Ordered my usual large seafood pho. Yummy as ever. Fried lumpia (forget what it is called), pomelo shrimp salad were yummy. Glazed chicken rice and sizzling beef tenderloin rice were a hit too. The downside hence my rating- the place was hot as in hot. Also the kropek that they were selling for 90.0 a bag was not crunchy. :(

After badminton (kain ulit!) I picked up Reg from work and we headed to pho hoa. Before even looking at the menu we knew what we would be having: Large chicken noodle soup split into two.

It's filling, it's healthy, and it's cheap!

Plus it's open late, so we were still able to get service past 9 pm.

My favorites: Flank, Tendon & Meatballs Pho, Fresh Spring Rolls, Pomelo Shrimp Salad, Chocken Drumettes and their Vietnamese Coffee.

The veggie sidings (bean sprouts, basil and lemon) are tipid na. U need to ask them for more servings.

The spring rolls were the best as always. Pomelo Salad did not disappoint as well but the glazed chicken serving was so small I wonder where the 295 pesos went. My brother was expecting something of a humongous plate that would match his voracious appetite. Shame. The Mango crepe and mango truffle for desserts was ok but too pricey for its own sake. Place was small and the ambiance and interiors nothing spectacular actually, it was so plain you'd think its a cafeteria.

Like many people, whenever I'm sick I crave for soup.we had a couple of bouts with the flu earlier this year and chicken pho was the only thing I could stomach. Thus my love affair with Pho Hoa began.
Luckily this restaurant is close by and since then whenever we are lazy to cook, we have all or some of the following:
Fresh shrimp spring rolls
chicken or beef pho
Grilled chicken salad w/ fried spring roll bowl
Chicken lollipops
Comfort food, reasonably priced & filling. Parking is shared a/ the other restaurants so sometimes we just order take-out.
It's not as authentic as Bawai in Tagaytay but good enough for a quick bite.

My absolute favorite dish from Pho Hoa is their Vermicelli Bowl topped w/ pork slices & fresh spring roll.

It's basically a salad with vermicelli noodles for added carbs. Romaine lettuce, vermicelli noodles, grated carrots, sliced cucumbers, toasted peanuts & fried garlic.

Instead of the pork slices I asked for more veggies instead 128521

It was late and we needed to grab some dinner. Lucky for us, Pho Hoa was open! Since it was late, we didn't want to really eat anything heavy, so we just ordered a large bowl of Seafood Pho and split it between the two of us.

The broth tasted the same as the non-seafood version, with the only difference really just being the actual seafood in the soup. This includes some fish, fishballs and shrimp. Even if our order was split, we each still got a fair amount of seafood, so we were both happy. 128522

The whole thing cost us less than 450 for the both of us. Good deal for what you get!

They serve Vietnamese cuisine. Good and tasty noodle soups plus they have salads in huge bowls to top with vinaigrette. The one on my photo is their Spring Rolls (appetizer) to be dipped in their own Peanut sauce 128076

We came to Pho Hoa fresh out of Pacific Rim. We were kind of filled up with popcorn from the cinema, but still wanted a "real" dinner. Since we didn't want anything too heavy, we just ordered the large Chicken Noodle Soup and had the order split between the two of us.

As soon as mine arrived, I took some of the beansprouts and basil leaves they provide and mixed them into the soup. Because I like spicy stuff, I also seasoned in some Sriracha hot sauce. And finally, a flavor that I really like that goes well with the soup is the lemon wedge.

So all in all, really simple order, but hits the spot without overstuffing you, or breaking the bank (295 for a large order split in two.)

They have many specialties in store! This Vietnamese restaurant has so much to offer, even the spiciest food. I usually order their Pho Bo Vien (title is much longer) but it consist of, tendon, beef, some beef balls, and assorted kinds of beef parts that are Savory with their thin noodles. Yum! I would also recommend their healthy salads, fried spring rolls that are quite Addicting, Chicken drummettes, Vermicelli rice set with grilled pork, grilled shrimp and Vietnamese Java Rice, all original Lemonade and refreshing Red Iced Tea.
