So far this is the best Pho I have found in Manila. Ordered large #4 beef soup, #16 Spring rolls, and red iced tea. P535. I could eat here multiple times a week. Yummy!

Need to end the week on a happy note? Then Pho it is!

Ordered Large Flank, Brisket, Tendon and Meatballs Pho. Had it split into two. And added Fried Rice Paper Roll. We're supposed to have the FRPR with Lettuce Wrap, but as usual, since it's lunch time, the servers got no time to confirm orders.

Arrived a little past 12noon, and the place was packed. And when I spotted a table for two, I went straight since no staff was approaching us to get us seats. Had to wave several times before a server handed us the menu. Though, since we usually dine here when we want some good vibes in the middle of the day or week, or end of work week, I just got our usual orders. I was actually referring to the Lettuce Wrap, but whatever, lucky them, we liked the fried rolls too! But I hope they add more manpower during mid-day. Or train their current resources on how to better handle customers during peak hours.

Special thanks to Sriracha for adding spice to our soup! 128516 four stars because of you! 128514

Tried this fried spring roll with vermicelli that has to be wrapped in lettuce. It was good and I liked it.

Service was sucky this afternoon. At 12:30pm it was packed, and it's payday Friday, but there were only about 3 waiters. I think the other was the busboy and he had to help out in taking orders.

Giving 4 stars still. 128532

Pho Hoa is a default restaurant of choice when there is nothing new around or when we're so hungry to think of a place we want to try. It's our family comfort food and has not yet failed in satisfying our rumbling tummies! So when hubby and I were in Paseo Center and there were no interesting restaurants, seeing Pho Hoa was a delight!

Hubby got his usual Grilled Chicken with Fried Spring Rolls meal and I opted to try something that we haven't tried yet. Looking at their menu, I decided to get a Bánh mì. I went for their Grilled Pork Bánh mì and got so excited as I recalled that I enjoyed the crunch of the bread of the one I had in BFF.

Hubby's order was as usual thumbs up! Perfectly marinated and grilled chicken that was tender and flavorful plus those crunchy and tasty spring rolls. Love their vinegar coz it's not too sour and had sweetness in it!

Then my Grilled Pork Bánh mì. Errrr... It was just okay. First time that I felt ripped off in this restaurant lol The bread had the signature crunch which I liked and the grilled pork was tasty and tender but it just didn't cut it. Maybe I should have went for the chicken or maybe grilled is not a good option? Thinking as well that they could have used pulled pork instead of chunks. Though the veggies inside were fresh and crisp, they didn't quite help with what I was expecting this sandwich to be like.

Anyway...will make sure to shy away from their Bánh mì from now on 🤒

Came here the other night cause the weather called for some pho and this place was literally one spit-away from my office. Pho Hoa is top notch for best value for the buck. Not only is everything absolutely legitimate, the atmosphere is quite inviting and the people are nice. They also play beautiful and soothing old school music.

I had the fresh spring rolls (Goi Cuon) and the brisket Pho (Pho Chin Nac). The spring rolls were made with vegetables, shrimp, pork and came with a rich peanut dipping sauce. The pho came in a large bowl which was enough for two people. It also came with a side dish of basil, chili, lemon, and bean sprouts.

The spring rolls and pho were both soooooo good. Eat the spring roll with your hand (obviously), and don't forget the hoisin sauce and Sriracha on the table for your pho. The broth was tasty and brisket was tender. Everything is reasonably-priced and absolutely delicious!

Will very likely come back here again and sample more items on their menu in the future. I'm a fan!

Cheers
Mickey

Pho hoa is my comfort food when I'm having a not-so-good morning, and extra cold morning at the office. I love their noodles, but well..minus the wansoy, then..plus hot sauce! 128077

Fried Squid. No chili. The batter was falling off but it doesn't matter since it's really tasty. 128077🏼

Mango Prawn Salad was good. I don't like so much the dressing that comes with it so I requested for the one that comes with the Pomelo Shrimp Salad. 128076🏼
