So when I crave for Vietnamese and I have to had it right away, this venue is closest to my home. A whole bowl of their Vermicelli presents a full meal.

It has a whole bunch of freshness. I even overdo it with fresh spring rolls instead of fried ones. The peanut butter sauce is a must dip. The sweet sour dressing is a must have as well in making it close to perfect.

When here you can also go for their beef tenderloin with fried rice. Amazing stuff.

I love Pho Hoa's fresh spring rolls so much it has become a staple in my diet. I usually frequent the branch in Eastwood but when I'm out on official business at Robinsons Equitable Tower, I frequent this branch in Galleria.

Located within the IT Zone of Galleria, you'd think you were walking into an open air internet cafe. Sitting in this branch is it not as comfortable as the resto version in Eastwood but food is just as good.

I always like pairing my Fresh Spring rolls with their lemonade. If you're not into really sour drinks, then this drink might not be for you. I just love how they're so generous with the lemon floating in the drink, so much so that you'd have to be careful not to swallow a lemon seed. (I've swallowed my share.) If you find your drink to sour, ask the waiter for syrup, they'll give you a shot for free.

Of course, Pho Hoa won't be Pho Hoa w/o the Pho. I usually order the regular Chicken Pho and it never disappoints with the amount of chicken and noodles plus a generous amount of stock. Best serve with lemon juice to add tanginess to the Pho.

If I'm in the mood for pho, i order Stir Fry Chicken with Lettuce wraps. Certainly a must try if you're not into Pho.

One other thing that attracts me to this resto? You can also order from Jack's Loft's menu where they have the best desserts!

BANH MI Vietnamese Sandwich
According to the product description written in the Menu, all sandwiches are served with Lettuce, picked vegetables, chili and mayonnaise.

Grilled Chicken Banh Mi

What I only saw in my sandwich are pickled vegetables, lettuce and grilled chicken strips. No mayo and chili128078. Grilled chicken strips tasted good or should I say it's the only thing that I tasted everything is bland. The sweet potato fries is too oily, tho it's sweet but I opted not to eat this one.

Fresh Squeezed Lemonade

A tall glass of Lemon juice with fresh lemon slices, well, it's too sweet! When I finished half of my lemonade I requested for a glass of water and fill my glass, this time it tasted better. Baka nakalimutan pang 1 liter pala yung lemonade powder nailagay lang sa 500ml na baso 128540. I bet it's not really fresh.

I will still go back here but not for BANH MI, the noodles of course.

Ambiance is not that good in this branch because it's an open area and located in the middle of IT Zone of Galleria, so you'll see lots of people walking around and hearing the sales ladies of the adjacent stalls shouting "hi sir/mam casing po".

But service is good!

Since the doctor said I need to eat only high fiber foods, and avoid meat 128078we settled for Pho Hoa. *thank goodness he didn't prohibit the desserts * 128520

First time to try Vermicelli. I dunno why I choose this one to think that I don't have any idea on the food itself, Maybe it looks good on the picture. 128514

A bowl filled with vermicelli noodles, vegetable, grilled pork (a bit only 128517) and fried rolls served with their sauce served separately. I'm not sure what was that, but it's somewhat sweet liquid-y sauce. Twas okay. I love veggies and fruits. It's also a nice combination, but it's not something I will look forward too. 128523

I'm a big fan of Thai and Vietnamese Noodle soup. One of the things I like forward to in Thailand is the street version which includes blood cakes which are awesome meat substitutes.
Pho Hoa is my favorite alternative when I am here. I always order number 8, the Adventurer's Choice, in the large portion, so I know what serving to expect. That said, the Magnolia branch is the better place to go to for big servings and the Galleria branch is the most inconsistent (sometimes giving a regular serving in a large order) and the V-Mall branch and Ermita branches being just okay.
Put in a lot of their hot sauce if you like your soup spicy like I do. And ask for extra bean sprouts for a nice crispy combination to your noodle experience.
