The closest pho I've ever had in the Philippines that tasted as legit as the ones back home in California!

1. Broth was soooooo good 128077🏻128077🏻 It's like this soothing soup that gives your throat an invigorating tension release and clears your mind of any stress. Seriously, it's that good.

2. Noodles were perfect! Not too hard or not too soft, the perfect texture and the chopped green onions added a twist to my taste buds alongside the green leafy thing that makes up the nice smell in the broth.

3. Meat inside my pho bowl consisted of beef flanks, tendons, meatballs, and briskets. Everything was so soft and just melted in my mouth. However the meatballs are the best I have ever tried, even beating the ones in Cali.

This Pho Hoa branch is soooo friggin good Im going again next week I promise yall 9994🏻9994🏻

I will always be a fan of Vietnamese cuisine! Got their Pomelo Shrimp Salad (11088️11088️11088️11088️11088️), Shrimp and Pork Fresh Spring Roll (11088️11088️11088️), and Fried Rice Paper Roll with Pork and Vermicelli (11088️11088️11088️11088️11088️). 128523

The salad and fried rice rolls come with their fish sauce which is basically a sweet vinaigrette that tastes similar to 'atsara' or pickled raddish. The fresh spring rolls come with peanut sauce - nutty and a bit sour taste.

Pho Hoa is always my go-to when craving for light and healthy meals! Their stores are just simple and clean. Service is just okay. They don't boast on that because they don't have service charge. And our orders came pretty fast. 128077🏻128077🏻

When I was craving for some nice soup and my clinical instructor, now, cuisine guru was suffering from menstrual discomfort. Off we went to Pho Hoa!

Its vietnamese noodles. Every time I visit I get the beef noodle i dont know the exact name, a vermicelli noodle bowl with beef. The noodles are wonderful, the beef is cooked just right, with bean sprouts, lemon and herbs on the side. I put more sriracha chili sauce on it. They are efficient and the food comes out a little bit fast. The large bowl of their noodle is good for sharing for 350 pesos ... I love also their spring rolls with peanut sauce :)... We also try their fried chicken it taste good and looks like buffalo wings but vietnamese version.
