Flank Tendon Brisket...I still loved eating it this time compared to how I've enjoyed it long ago.
I craved for hot soup one late dinner few weeks ago. And I picked Pho Hoa. Actually I really really like the thin flat noodles and this raw BeanSprouts which is really crunchy pag kinain.

Kaya lang, I really don't think I'd come back again for this anymore. P285 for a bowl and only good for one serving. Hindi pa sya kasing rich and well prepared like Ramen. Hubby and I would rather go to other Resto that offers cheaper yet tastier soup.

Latepost.

We went here last month when I was feeling sick and wanted to enjoy a good broth.

I ordered chicken noodle soup and my girlfriend had the grilled pork with fried rice. We had fresh springrolls for sides.

The broth is relaxing, rejuvinating, and very very good. Made me feel a lot better after having this dish. Noodles are perfect. Has the right firmness. Noodles plus the broth plus the mint leaves with a little lemon, perfect combination. You can put chili sauce if you want it hot. (If only I don't have colds that time I would put some chili.)

The grilled pork with fried rice was enjoyed by my gf. Huge serving, tasty pork, tasty fried rice, plus the crunchy spring rolls with perfect dipping sauce. Made her happy with this one hehe

The fresh springrolls are good. Peanut sauce goes very well with it.

The place/branch is quite small and I think there's too many table inside. When the place becomes full, you may bump into each other. The staff is attentive and friendly. So far everything's ok.

If you're craving for vietnamese noodles or you just want a good broth for the rainy days, come here and have a taste of vietnam. :)

R have been craving for Pho Hoa for a while now. Since he always agrees to eat wherever I want, its my turn to return the favor.

He got his favorite Flank, Brisket, Tendon and Meatball Pho while I on the otherhand got the Vegetarian Pho Noodles Soup.

Their small serving is very generous. I like how fresh the veggies are, and its nice eating here from time to time. Feels like eating such a healthy noodles, clear soup + tons of vegetables 127836127808127811

One of my fave restos to eat. Healthy, less guilt and tasty! So far the best vietnamese restaurant in Manila.

My usuals:
Fresh spring rolls with pork and shrimp
Flank pho
Lettuce wrap
Kungpao chicken

Of course all with peanut sauce and fish sauce! :)

I am really curious on what Pho really tastes like after our Phat Pho's experience. So, Pho Hao is my second attempt to try pho. Their phos come with a various combination, and some menus you can't even understand. Srsly! I even need to ask the waiter for descriptions. Their phos taste nothing special or superb but I'm sure are healthier than Phat Phos. It does not leave any stingy taste nor "kakaumay" taste since they don't use any strong herbs like cilantro for it.

There's nothing to hate nor to love with their phos, so I think 4 star will do. I would have given them 5 star, but their service still need more improvement. Service still matter when dining out.

Final judgement: I still prefer Phat Pho.

Go-to place for Pho fix since I haven't really tried other Vietnamese restaurants. Haha.

Got the Pho Beef Noodle soup this time. It's just as good as the chicken one. Best with few drops of Sriracha.128077

I've been a fan of pho since I tried it at Zao. Then I heard the pho at Pho Hoa is even better. So I tried their chicken pho, and well, it's true!

It's hard to pinpoint the exact differences. It just seems like ingredients used here are much more fresh. And "earthy" or "airy". As if you're eating God's given plants rather than anything processed.

One interesting suggestion is to drop in some sarachi sauce into the pho. Kicks up the spicy, but it's really good this way! Thanks to Rina for that idea! 128513

I also got to try their string beans with pork and shrimp. Well worth trying. And their kung pao chicken. It's almost like the sweet honey chicken you'll get at PF Changs, but correctly balanced sweetness. Really good if you're not going for soup!

I'll have to knock one star for service though. Took a long time to get the servers' attention to get the check. Guess they were in their own world, I'm not sure.

I read in someone's post there that a Pho's broth should be clear and not murky. This is my all time favorite Pho. I also got an order of fresh spring rolls, another favorite. Kunyari healthy eating. 128522

Pretty much everything on the menu has fresh vegetables, which is a huge draw for me.

Also, after having gone to Vietnam last year, I appreciated Pho Hoa even more. It's really the closest to authentic as you can get in the Philippines, and I've tried other Vietnamese restos here. They've increased their prices lately, but it hasn't kept me away.

My absolute favorites are #50 beef pho, the vermicelli bowls and the fresh spring rolls.
