We've been meaning to visit this place for quite some time but we always end up driving past because the entrance is dark so we assume it's closed. As it turns out, it's located located on the 2nd floor. 128514 Because we were too early for the wedding we attended at St. Peregrine's Shrine last November 7th, my Nanay and I decided to finally go for lunch here. I wasn't expecting much but as I went up the stairs, my eyes grew bigger with each step. This place is gorgeous! 128525 I could imagine myself getting lost with my thoughts for hours in this place and I really do hope I could come back soon.

I had:
> Salmon & Caper Baguette (200php) - I was a little surprised with the presentation because I was expecting something sandwhich-like (unless ganito dapat talaga. Hihi.) 128514 But I enjoyed this a lot!
> Grandma's Old Choco (100php) - Ahhhh, sweet and comforting. 128522

Yes, I'm happy to say that, truly, #IhavebeenPicked. 10084

Individual coffee shops are now a thing because hey, coffee is for everyone. And I found one just beside the church we used to go to mass when we were kids. It's called Picked Cafe and Gallery. Located at the 2F of the Place Building along the National Highway. It's right beside St. Peregrine Church and Lyceum Alabang.

What I tried is their caramel macchiato and S'mores. For the Caramel Macchiato priced at Php 90, I'd say it's cheap and good. It is served warm, in a 10 oz cup and had a smooth texture. It's more sweet than bitter. S'mores is priced at Php 220 which ain't bad for its serving size. Toasted marshmallows in dark chocolate hershey's. 128525 I really liked it!! It comes with 6 pcs graham crackers. It can be too sweet if this is your lone order so you might want to try other things they have on their menu.

Their menu is pretty diverse with pasta, sandwiches, pastry and various kind of drinks to choose from. Really cheap coffee options for the coffee lover like me. They also sell coffee makers and various syrups for drinks. The place is cozy as well. No wifi but they do have plugs. It attracts people of all ages from kids as they have this little corner for coloring books, the Titas of Muntinlupa and teens just chillin. The playlist is also okay. Definitely worth the try specially if you're near the area.

I first saw this cafe via Instagram post of one of my friends. And because I'm a coffee lover whom happened to be a Café Hunter, I've searched the location and visited them for a review, jk. 128513
The cafe are mostly crowded, maybe because it's a new hangout place to students. I love everything about their Cafe, from the store ideas, tables and chairs, food presentation and the winning tastes of most of their foods. I love the black burger (Squid-ink Buns) that comes with Iced tea and Sweet Potato Fries, I also love the Smore's Dip, Coffee and Pastries. The foods are kinda expensive but worth the price! 9786

I like this place because its near to my house and the good homey ambience of it. They serve a good variation of food and drinks, I usually eat light foods and their longganisa with bread just fits right I don't remember the exact name of the food but it was yummy. Their green tea matcha was good and their smores is just as sweet as it should be but the cookies really filled my sweet tooth cravings. I will definitely come back again.

Liked the place and the ambiance. Food is good too. They do not only serve pastries but salads, burgers and pasta too. Tried their Mango Lemonade with Lemon grass (85php) which was really good and affordable. Also tried their brownie named Dark Vader as it was made with Dark Chocolate (85php) Also tried their Chicken Burger paired with Kamote Fries (180php) which was also good. The chicken patty was grilled and was very tasty.

This coffee shop in Muntinlupa serves good coffee and homemade pastries. With only 7 round/square tables and one long table, got so lucky that I've found a seat in the corner.

The place was crowded when I tried their place. At 7pm, more patrons came in to have a family dinner. Yes, they do serve salads, pasta, sandwiches, burgers and many more. The place looks similar to The Curator in Makati.

Cappuccino (70 pesos) - the coffee tastes good principally with less people around waiting for you to finish your coffee and cake. Guys, if this happens to you I bet you'll not enjoy your meal. 128528128528128528 I understand and appreciate the use of waiting area now. Maybe I should try this place during weekdays.

Red Velvet Cake (210) - This is their best seller and a slice can actually satiate the craving of 2-3 persons. The cake was moist and filled with extravagant amounts of cream cheese. It was good, but cloying afterward.

Still a good place to hang out with friends, but you may want to consider other place if you want some quiet and peaceful coffee time.128522

IVEBEENPICKED

My love for red velvet grew stronger thanks to this cafe i found another heaven in a slice of a perfectly moist and dense red velvet cake which also matched to my Java toast!

Place. Perfect place for group/friends/family chikahan bonding esp after having mass (it was near St Peregrine Church). big signage on the front door "NO WIFI" was posted, (nay for some but yay! for me128522128077🏻) maybe for the pickers( customers ) to enjoy and have pure quality moments with their companion/s. I Love the idea of putting chalk board art along the stairway wall just not sure if customers could write it too. 10084

**I liked it when i found out from a friend that the cafe has children's books and coloring books which customer can borrow:) But that moment there were many people so we didn't notice it. Instead my lo just enjoyed the magazines and some books stacked on the cabinet along with the coffee products and a some amusing coffee makers.

Staffs. Servers were polite, i think one of them seems to be the owner of the cafe coz the way he handled the costumers and gave commands to other staffs, seems very bibbo and attentive.

And so.. ended our day with tummies full of sweetness! All good for an after church bonding!

Babalik kame to try their S'MORES DIP!

CONS: Didn't like their Oreo cake that moment, it was dry and has a bit bitter taste. Took us time to finished one slice of it. (or maybe i was just too focus munching my rv)
