I cannot help but thank the industrious people of Pink Dough for baking up all those batches of pan de sal from four in the morning. Pink Dough's pan de sal is not too small, and it definitely has a nice sound when I knock at the top. It makes biting into more pleasurable thanks to the crunch that passes my ears. I prefer to dust as many crumbs off as I can before flattening it with my palm. Then I spread butter or peanut butter on the soft side. Others may want to tear the bun to pieces or cut it with a knife before spreading something on it, but I'm lazy. At the very least, I can enjoy the crunch of my chunky peanut butter and the crust with each bite.
Nothing beats eating pan de sal when it is fresh out of the oven. It warms the stomach and the soul, readying it for the day ahead.

I went here to get my favorite Cinnamon bread, but unfortunately, they ran out of those an hour ago. In short, naubos na! Quite sad so I just tried their Pan de ciosa (if I heard it right from the staff), like a bite-size bread with Cinnamon-ish taste and a milky topping. Not bad at all!

Not just an ordinary bakery. It's a mini convenience store as well. Their pandesal is so delish that I can eat it without stuffing. You can also try their cinnamon roll. Yummy but sugary.

The one and only bakery found inside the California community. They have friendly staffs, and most of all - their breads are so delicious and affordable. They also have some other suffs such as sodas, noodles and a lot more. Accessible to the towers across the perimeter. Their cinnamons are my favorites, by the way.
