As much as I don't want to make a bad review, I just couldn't help it because both of my toes are now swollen with pus! 128557
I paid 935php for their mani-pedi-footspa package.
To be honest, I could let the overpricing pass but the service was just too bad. Actually, the worst I ever had.
It's been two days and I still couldn't walk properly because it's swelling with pus so bad. I even had a hard time sleeping on the first night because of the pain!!
I assume their nail paraphernalia aren't that clean since infected na talaga toes ko.
Leaving Manila today but I hope this reaches them, since most of the reviews about their service are negative feedbacks. Paid 935php just to get my toes hurt 128548 Never again!

It was a Friday afternoon and I've been walking for hours in search of a nail salon with a few people in it. Coz every salon I go to was already full or I should have to wait for like 8hrs before my turn.
Good thing SM The Block has fewer people compared to Trinoma, and their salon is mostly located at the top floor area of the mall.
When I walked in at Pink Parlour, I then totally fell in love with it's pinkish ambiance.
When I browse their menu, I didn't totally get their price range. I thought it was around 300-500 for both hands and feet, I thought it was ok so I filled up their form and waited for my turn. But when this two attendants called my name they said I should pay 1200 for the service (like wth?)
I'm very much kuripot when it comes to things that aren't foods. So I told myself, I wouldn't pay 1200 for a mani and pedi., but since I was already there, barefoot, the two assistant suggested that I took their other service which was around 970. 128531
I really don't get their price. Like what's so special with ur service other than any salons? I was totally bill shocked.. 128557

I bought of an underarm and half leg waxing session voucher from Deal Grocer for only Php 400 here in Pink Parlour SM North. Normally, the two sessions would cost Php 350 and Php 600, so the voucher was totally a steal. Now, onto my review...

Boo moment #1: A few days ago, I called their branch for an appointment scheduled for today. However, when I got there, my appointment was not booked at all :( good thing that I was the first customer there and they accommodated me.

Boo moment #2: I was expecting the waxing area to be spic and span. I guess I was able to compare the waxing area to Wink's area, and the latter has cleaner interiors.

Boo moment #3: The wax therapist who serviced me seemed to be some kind of a rush. She hurriedly waxed off my legs and armpits! It's a good thing I have high tolerance for both pain and heat and it didn't bother me much. But I wish she wasn't such a hurry because I was kind of disappointed to see that some wax residue was left on my legs when I got home :(

Overall, I'm glad I was able to avail of a super discounted service. But I guess you get what you pay for.

I feel guilty giving this a bad review because the attendant was so nice but as I paid good money for the service (more than I usually spend on sugaring at Barenaked), I need to give an honest opinion on my experience. It wasn't my first time with hot wax but it was my first time being scalded with it. I kept repeating that it was too hot but it was applied on basically the same temp again and again. The waxing itself was more painful than when I had it done at Wink in Trinoma or Barenaked or even the cheaply priced Lay Bare. The products used weren't all that special and there wasn't much prep. Bits of dried wax was left on my skin after as well. I don't know if I got a newbie, but overall, the experience isn't making me keen to go back there.

I was on my way to go to Lay Bare then I found this salon, and tell myself to try it. 128522

I was strucked by the pricey services, and te PINKINESS of the whole salon.

They offer hard wax on almost every services, and I asked if I can have my Eyebrow and Upper Lip, on a threading process not the hard wax. Good thin they offer it but insisted on having it hard wax but I resisted because I don't want to try new process in my face.

The staff are courteous enough for me, but I feel bad that If seems like she doesn't know how to thread at all. 128542 After momentous time of threading, there's still hair on my upper lip, and she just plucked it. It really hurts 128557

I'll just go back to my original eyebrow house.
