Nice ambiance, tender meaty ribs, brisket. The food is flavorful and although you get the flavor of smoked food... It doesn't have the smoke ring and it doesn't smell smoked inside the meat itself. It's a lot of liquid smoke. The sides are well executed, the pulled pork sandwich is good. My daughter liked the truffle pasta. By the way the tables turned, the people seemed to like this place also. I would go back here.

This is a clear case of success getting into their heads before they actually achieved a great deal of it. Less than a few months after opening, they already increased prices by about 15%!

Food is delicious alright but it is no longer reasonably priced. Probably not coming back in the near future. We'll see.

For my lunch break from spring cleaning the condo, beau and I decided to try one of the rib joints in Kapitolyo and new kid on the block, Pitmaster's smokehouse BBQ. Still in their soft opening and I'm very impressed with their extensive menu.

Appetizer chosen by moi was the pulled pork roll with kesong puti dip. Lumpia look a like, very tasty and the dip's good too. We got a generous serving of complimentary nachos for it was Father's Day, father or not, real men get free nachos on the said occasion as per their poster.

I got the grilled cheese sandwich, it's composed of smoked cream cheese, cheddar and bacon slabs. Cheesy satisfaction and generous amount of bacon, bread's a bit hard though PHP235.

Beau got pork ribs with east Kapitolyo sauce, solo plate with 2 sides PHP350. He chose chimichurrri rice and mac and cheese. Very nice presentation of the mac and cheese by topping on some
shreds of purple cabbage but sadly the mac and cheese was bland but the pork ribs were tasty, tender and the sauce was good, the rice was okay too.

I congratulate this new establishment which is well on their way to probably branching out if they continue to improve their food and maintain their friendly customer service. 128077🏻128077🏻

We ate here during their soft opening. The place is quiet big. The ambiance was si cool. It's american style resto. Perfect for a date.

We ordered their Pork Ribs and Angus Beef. Both were so tender, juicy and tasty. Also, I love their sauce. You can choose what sauce you like for the ribs and angus. We tried the Hazelnut sauce and Apple Sauce. Also, there are a lot of side dishes to choose from. We ordered the Elote which was so good and tasty as well as their Truffle fries. Their Mac and Cheese was so delish and creamy. The taste and quality of their ingredients were impressive.

I was surpised the price is not that expensive. Our bill didn't reach 1k. Yet we are stuffed.

Meat lovers' paradise. All good. The sides are exceptional.

We didn't get the ribs because we're too loyal to Rubs Ribs down the road. Instead we got the Angus Brisket and 400g Bacon. For sides we got the most expensive on the menu (since they're already part of the order): 4-cheese Mac n cheese, truffle fries, mashed kamote with bechamel and Cole slaw.

Everything was good. The brisket was tender and full of flavor. The bacon was perfectly smoked.

Definitely coming back soon!

Loved the Pit Nachos, Smoked Pork Ribs, Pepper Rice with Sous Vide Egg! The difference from other ribs is because this has the smokey taste which I love!
