While at Box Park, we can't help but notice the one preparing the Nachos in Pork Folio. He was preparing Nachos non-stop. The orders were continuous, so we got one. And it was a hit.

When we go back to Box Park, Pork Folio will not be skipped. I'd like to try their Quesadilla as well.

For those who are not familiar with Box Park yet, it's an establishment comprised of container vans transformed into mini restos. You'll enjoy a variety of food choices. Google it and find out more!

Another popular stall at Box Park is Porkfolio. They serve dishes from different countries with one common main ingredient: Oven-Baked Pork Cracklings (aka: litson kawali, bagnet, or chicharon na may laman).

We ordered the Quesadilla Overload for 140php. The dish was made with two plate-sized tortillas filled with pork cracklings, cheese, and a secret garlic sauce. The dish would’ve been rated higher if not for the soggy pork cracklings. It was mouth watering and perfect with beer.

** Box Park is located at Tandang Sora Avenue in Quezon City. Inspired by the container parks abroad, Box Park Manila currently features 14 food brands that are unique from each other.

What's inside the boxpark? Looking for dinner? Pork? Try this! And may i add this must be one of the best tasting food inside the boxpark.
128204saigon crackling rice
enjoy sweet-spicy-sour taste that really kicks with your ever tender lechon! Those lechon skins were crunchy! The asian slaw as side dish is good. Has some sour notes as well.
They put too much water in their rice that's why it's mushy. (maybe during my visit)

Should i visit the boxpark again, i will surely order from this stall.

I gravitated towards Porkfolio during my Box Park catch up date with Kara G! Missed you!128536

Anyway, on to the food! It's looloo, c'mon!128522

This place offers pork cracklings in different ways... They have several sandwiches and rice meals available... I asked the staff what their bestseller was and they gave me a choice between the Korean style Seoul Crackling rice and the Kare-kare Crackling rice... I went for the Kare-kare crackling, thinking of Pino's Kare-kareng bagnet... Same principle anyway...

Actually, the food was served quite fast... Bagnet with a generous serving of rice, bagoong, and your dose of green veggies, topped with their kare-kare sauce... The bagnet was crunchy and not too oily... I just thought the sauce was too sweet for my personal preference... I prefer my kare-kare salty... But the serving was generous and Kara enjoyed it... I might just opt to try their nachos or quesadilla next time!128522

Their prices were not bad btw!128077

Your turn Karz!128515

Not a fan of rice meals so I ordered their 'Quesadilla Overload' the tortilla was good, the amount of cheddar cheese is decent, the salsa was okay. There's actually a bomb of flavors in one bite. It was more like a sweet pork quesadilla. It was great & a must try 128077

I love their menu! It will really make you hungry just by looking at it.

It's also one of box park's stalls that has a lot of customers!!! #becauserice 128076🏼 I tried their kare-kare and had high expectations just because of the good reviews but it was so so to me. I love the pork because it was tasty and not that greasy. Of course i expected it to have fats which complimented the taste really well haha but the kare-kare sauce wasn't that tasty nor creamy. :( it lacked taste.

Overall it was good since serving was just enough for 115pesos. Anyway, i'd love to try their other food next time. :)

Aside from the awesome staff and owners! (Hey Lianne and Rob!) their food is superb! Talk about big serving sizes and top quality food. Pork is a crowd favorite but this team made a less greasy and super flavorful twist to the classic roasted pork favorite! Must try! 128077🏼

For my main meal, I opted for Porkfolio, since that piggy with the sunglasses looked cool and sure of the food he offered. 128055🕶

We got their quesadillas for sharing. It set us back about 140 pesos. I then got their kare-kare crackling for 150 pesos or so. Pork crackling covered in creamy peanut sauce served with white rice, veggies and bagoong. They also offer nachos, sandwiches and other rice meals.

The quesadillas are good guys, try them! Might be one of my favorite food offerings from the entire box park! 128077 The kare-kare was good as well and was a comforting treat. Plus, although there are better kare-kare options out there in the world, this was a fairly good contender.

Crunchy pork with yummy tasteful sauce to boot. I love the Kare Kare crackling pork and the quesadilla, one of the best I've tried in a long time. Worth a rerun or two or three. Definitely going back to Box Park for this.
