This place has been one of the most loved buffet restaurants of Cebuanos. My friend brought me here for dinner one time. Dinner buffet is at Php 449 nett per person including unlimited juices. It's actually quite sulit especially that the famous Cebu Lechon is included in the buffet spread. 128568

The selection of food is limited, but then again it's ok for the price. In my honest opinion, lutong bahay tastes even better. But then there were some good parts. I particularly liked the Japanese station wherein they served sushi and tempura made and cooked on the spot. There's a tendency to have a queue though, because it is a live station.

I had to comment on the staff though. They're not very friendly. Had they been nicer I might have given them 3 stars. But most of their wait staff were (in lack of a better term) rude. I guess they're just used to having their restaurant fully booked because of their long time patrons. Hence they have close to no effort anymore of making new ones.

As such, I probably will never come back unless I am dragged here and I don't have to pay. 128569

Well, when a restaurant boasts that it's "Cebu's Favorite Buffet" you can't help but be tempted to experience it for yourself.
The Port, a restaurant located at the Waterfront Hotel, had friendly and helpful staff. Complementing the nautical themed establishment, they served oysters, barbecued squid (as well as bbq chicken and chorizo), crab omelets and other seafood based dishes. For those who aren't crazy about seafood there were other options like bicol express, grilled pork, bam-i, lumpia shanghai just to name a few.
I was charmed by the hanging rice (different types of rice were served) and barbecue. I like that they didn't stray too far away from the Filipino/Cebuano roots.
For a buffet, it is reasonably priced especially with bottomless drinks (iced tea and juices). I haven't been to other buffets in the area but this is a nice one.

The Port Restaurant, located at the ground of Waterfront Hotel, is a must try when you visit Cebu City. It is a Buffet Resto offering an array of different Asian dishes, mostly seafood that will satisfy your tummy! I love their grilled salmon and salsa, their version of baked talaba with cheese, their steamed scallops and all. And the price? Unbelievably less than 500p per pax 128522 Great value !

I tagged along with my friend's family for dinner at the Port Restaurant. It is an outlet of the Waterfront Cebu City Hotel & Casino and they offer all-day dining buffet. Price-wise, it was good but don't expect a long table of different varities of food though. Lol. Basically, they offer Filipino dishes and the ever famous Lechon. 128022 128076 Food was delicious but not the best. I prefer Waterfront's Cafe Uno for their buffet, for they have a wide selection of international cuisines. But if you do not want something too pricey, then Port Restaurant is good enough. :)
Service was alright, the wait staff were attentive. We had a birthday celebrator with us so the staff sung a birthday song for him and gave him a slice of chocolate drizzled cake. What I didn't like though was after singing, they immediately left. They could have atleast smiled or made eye contact before leaving. I thought that was rude. Sorry, I am very finicky when it comes to the service of a restaurant/hotel. Hehe ..
The place and ambiance was great. Felt like we were on a cruise, chilling and having a bottle of wine. Everything was white. tables, chairs, walls, everything. Very fancy indeed but floor was hard to maintain because it easily besmirches. But overall experience, 11088110881108811088 STARS! 128522
