Disclaimer: this is for the Glorietta Branch

Potato Corner will always be number one in my book.  Affordable and delicious,  that is a killer combination.

Braved Monday traffic and went to Makati to buy some ingredients for the spaghetti bolognese I'm making for my band of misfits.   Quickie stopover at Potato Corner,  bought some wasabi fries.  Got the large size as i want to test the waters first.

Drumroll please.... Wasabi flavored fries is awesome,  flavorful with subtle hints of wasabi.  The fries are cooked perfectly and uhmmm...me likey green colored fries

** Reviewing this branch since they haven't added the one in Century Mall and the contest is about to end. Lol 128514

We ordered cheeseburgers from The Beef but got dismayed that they cannot serve us fries because their fryer was not working yet. My sister suggested we get one from Potato Corner instead. 128514

When I was younger, I remember my dad brings me and my sister to Glorietta and we'd never miss out on passing by their cart to buy BBQ or Sour Cream fries. It has also been a staple movie snack for me instead of popcorn. So happy that until now, they still have stalls almost everywhere in the metro.

We got a BBQ mega fries for P100+ I think. The fries were freshly fried but not oily. Thin, crisp and crunchy, just like how I like my french fries. I like thick cut fries too but thin ones are what I usually crave for. Each piece was generously covered with BBQ powder. 128523 I like their bbq flavor's sweet- mild spicy taste. Once you reach the bottom of the bucket, you can indulge in more bbq powder that makes it hard for you not to lick your fingers after eating. Haha oops!

They still serve the best flavored fries, in my opinion. 128525

Cheese flavor is my fave! Can't resist this even when I was preggy. Haha!

I saw sweet corn flavor on another branch which this branch doesn't offer. I wonder how it taste like.

Anyway, Potato corner is a much affordable choice compared to the shake shake fries (from Mcdo) before.

Their sour cream fries are my fave! But sadly, I got soggy and sad sour cream fries at this branch. All of that powder didn't help in making me love this snack. 128532
