The Walk This Way tour of Intramuros with Carlos Celdran was hilarious, entertaining & educational but left us with a huge appetite for lunch. So we crossed over to Binondo for authentic Chinese cuisine. In photo: Roasted Suckling Pig

This restaurant has seen better days. Now, it' just serves perfunctory dishes.

A bit expensive for the area, but it lives up to its name and price. The dishes are really taste delicious, I recommend getting the prawn salad. Perfect for family reunions and gatherings.

Went to divisoria yesterday and of course that trip wouldn't ve complete without a food trippin' in Binondo. We went to thid place again cause it really is hands down the best when it comes to authenticity and service! My fave would have to be the hot prawn salad! It was simple yet so flavorful and that yangchow is perfection!

We had peking duck, pork asado, camaron rebosado, salt & pepper spareribs, and pancit canton. The food here lacks taste; ambiance and service is so-so.

My Chinese classmate celebrated her birthday here and I got to be part of it! She ordered everything in Chinese so I didn't understand. This is off memory because I have been slacking on the reviews lately. Sweet and sour pork was soft and tender, flavor juat right. Pigeon (!!!) was sort of rubbery, lots of bone but tasted okay. Oysters were great. Beef with noodles had a nice feel to it, great complement. We had a big fish which I cannot remember the name but my classmate had it deboned for us and it was delicious, melts in your mouth. For dessert, had mango sago and I ate four bowls. Self explanatory if I enjoyed it.

Would I come back? I honestly don't know because my classmate wouldn't show us the bill. For the food though, definitely.

Pictures taken are just some of the dishes we ate as we celebrated my brother's birthday as he is a big chinese food fan we went to the best place that serves authentic chinese food- binondo.

After attending mass, we walked a few blocks to here. It was pretty early pa so we were the first ones to grab a table. We had the following: yangchow rice, minced meat soup, hot prawn salad, steamed lapu lapu, fried chicken, noodles and hakaw. They dont usually serve dimsum but if you do request for some they would order dimsum from the tea house nearby.

Service was great cause they totally know what to recommend and the portion size enough for the table.

Although you would need to weave in and out of Ongpin to get to this restaurant, your troubles of doing so will be worth it. The food is delicious. I recommend their minced pork wrapped in lettuce leaves.

Been awhile since Adan and I visited this place. I'm glad to report that when we got our bill, we reacted the same way 2 years ago: Ang mura!

We got the nido soup, steamed suahe, crispy chicken, and yang chow fried rice. Initially we thought the small serving will be just right for 2 hungry people. But, we were surprised that President's small serving size is actually good for 3-4 people. We had leftovers for take-away, which is a first in our book (Adan doesn't like leftovers)128561

The highlight of my meal is the steamed suahe. The serving size and the size of the shrimps were bigger than what I expected. 128561The shrimps were really fresh and has that sweet taste, which you only get from fresh shrimps.128513 Adan loved the chicken. It was crispy, juicy, and well-seasoned. The nido soup was thick and hearty, though, I always add a little soy sauce to brighten the taste 9786️ The fried rice is a meal in itself, it was very filling 128077

Service was also very good, attentive waitstaff (but not eager to send you packing) and prompt when you ask them for something. 128513

Hopefully we can come back to this place soon 128077

Salad anyone? I love my normal salads but.. What if you meet.. a HOT PRAWN SALAD??!! (yes all caps. Lol) cause it was soooo good!!! This is the highlight of my Binondo food trip! I'm still craving for this actually. 128517128517128514128514

A good plus: the servings here are good for two-three (for a small order). Value for money folks! When you're in binondo, try this and their beef brisket 128525128523128525128523

My crappy picture will not do enough justice for the great food and service. We tried the favorites of course the crispy chicken, hot & sour soup, yangchow rice, beef with broccoli, birthday noodles, but my favorite would have to be the sweet and sour pork. You could also choose the serving size per order from small, medium or large. They serve house tea straight away when you sit at your table- thats a plus! They have the best location and ambiance compared to the other chines restaurants I've eaten in here in China Town. Just a stones throw away from Binondo church

I love Presidents Grand Palace.
Going over my sisters ( Theresa L ) review about Presidents, you can say that we were really a fan of this resto. amongst all the dish that was served to us, i really cant forget the hot prawn salad. best ever! 128077128522

They say, that going over the Lauriat is a bit pricey, but 15k for several authentic chinese dishes and celebrating it with your loved ones on an occasion is Great, dont you agree?

Ambience is great, that we had this private room reserved for us.
we didnt have any problems looking for parking considering its binondo.
Servers were attentive, food was served right and delish. 128077

will j come back? ofcourse.
