Too loud. Could barely hear each other speaking. Asked the staff to turn down the music but they aren't too accommodating.

For a Nutella avid fan like me, this one is a great find! Nutella cream puff! Not too sweet, not to bland, everything lies between. And I likey like it! ♡ #loolooexplorerpackgiveaway

SHRIMP FRA DIAVOLO. One of the best I've tasted yet. Good ambiance, attentive staff, good food. Food's a bit pricey, but the serving size is pretty worth it.

We were looking for Shrimp Bucket unfortunately all branches were closed that time due to a national convention I can't even remember. So we ended up in The Primary instead.

Ordered Paella, Mussels in Butter and Wine Sauce and the Shrimp Sack to cover our craving for shrimps. The paella was good with its sticky rice. Mussels were definitely worth the try because of the very delicious sauce! The butter and wine provide soury and garlicky flavor which is palatable to your tastebuds.

The shrimp sack was a big disappointment. The taste was not to die for but its whopping price is! It costs P900 for a few pieces of shrimps. Anyway, they say the steak is delicious here. Will go back for their steak.

The Primary's crowning glory is its STEAK DIVINE. 400g of juicy ribeye served medium rare with sidings of roasted vegetables and mashed potatoes. So flavorful and savory, it doesn't even need the gravy!

Their RASPBERRY CHICKEN SALAD is also a highlight, with nuts and cubed cheese pairing well with the tart dressing.

Overall, I enjoyed my meal here and wouldn't mind going back!

This place was dark and we had a hard time getting the attention of the waiters. We availed of the promo they had. The chicken wrap was beyond good, the pasta wasn't so bad but it could do a lot better and the rest were nothing major. I however like that they gave my friend a dessert for her birthday celebration with matching sparks and candles.

Price is reasonable.

I have mixed feelings for this place though.

They have a bar but it was too pricey for our taste.
I have this feeling its closing down soon.

There are few establishments in UP Town Center where smoking is allowed so we ended up staying here as they had a smoking area.

We didn't really feel like drinking so we ordered brewed coffee and the nuttella creampuff. The chocolate syrup on top was not nuttella although I expected it to be as such. The inside of the cream puff contained nuttella. There was cream on top. We liked it.

The brewed coffee was just okay. They kinda spilled some of it on the saucer probably while the server was walking with it.

I thought that the place closed pretty early for a resto bar. There were some customers who arrived at 930 and ordered some cocktails but were asked whether they were ready to settle their bill at 5 minutes to 10.

There were not alot of customers here. I'm worried it might close down soon. We'll need to find another establishment in UP Town Center where smoking is allowed 128542

We came here for the buy 1 take 1 mojito 128516 Husband and I shared the grilled blue marlin and it was quite good. Nachos was ok too. Service was great- we probably stayed there for over 4 hours and servers were quick to refill our glasses/bottles.

We came here past 9 pm. The truffle fries tasted rancid. They should check their oil if it is still good. We were also offered their buy 1 take 1 on cocktails. We clarified on the mechanics. So, we got a lychee martini (?) and a cosmopolitan. The cosmopolitan was inferior in taste compared to The Borough. The alcohol was too strong which overpowered the whole cocktail which took out the balance and appeal of the drink. I was not able to finish my drink.

We also ordered a blueberry cheesecake. Barely, got a taste of cream cheese in it. It just seemed a frozen whipped cream with blueberries on top.

Finally, upon getting our check. We found out that the buy 1 take 1 is applicable only to same drink and not buy any cocktail and get any cocktail as implied by our waiter. I wanted to argue with the waitress that this was not properly explained when we clarified. But, my friends let it slip already. VERY DISAPPOINTING! Don't advertise something without properly clarifying the mechanics!! It misleads customers.

Food:
Dip Plate - dips were 'ok', the baguette crust was not crunchy as expected.
Asparagus Soup - they ran out of mushroom soup, so we ordered this instead. Was also 'ok'
Shrimp Fra Diavo - the shrimps were good, the pasta felt overcooked.
Steak Divine - the saving grace of our dinner, no complaints here

Overall considering the ambiance, price and service, not bad at all. But I would expect the food to match the overall experience.

went around UP Town Center with friends to look for a place to hace lunch and came upon this resto at the 2nd flr just near the escalator... started with he mushroom soup... felt like it had to be strained... my friends said it was looked like oatmeal... the fries was yummy... didn't taste the truffle oil... carbonara was ok... the steak and asparagus pasta needed more steak... its pasta was bland and had no taste... the mediterranean pork belly was just a typical lechon kawali...

one thing that was really nice... the service! or is it maybe because we were their first customers for the day and not much people were coming in yet?

Spanish-Mediterranean cuisine.

Beef salpicao - tasty, tender & mildly spicy

Tomato soup with "créme fresh" - unapologetically spicy. I welcomed the surprise heat at first (no indication of its spiciness on the menu) and I did finish it, but afterwards it felt like it burned the lining of my throat and stomach. If you're a masochist, this'll definitely thrill you.

Seared sesame tuna salad - dressing was tangy & creamy, tuna was fresh. I usually don't like oranges in my salad, but the segments complimented the other ingredients.

All in all an ok place and I guess it's worth a try, but competition is pretty steep in UPTC and I would probably eat somewhere else.
