I don't know how many times I have eaten here last year upto this year. This is still hands down THE BEST roasted prime rib in town. There's nobody else that can compare! Nobody can make a roast beef that tasty and that delicious! Most roast beefs I had were either dry or bland. With prince albert's, it was just perfect. The red wine sauce is absolutely perfect for the beef and the yorkshire pudding. The meat is full of flavor and juicy. You can't go wrong eating here.

As always, best roasted prime rib in the city. They just make the beef flavor come out in every bite. No other restaurant have served roast beef with that kind of moist and flavorful beef. It was also perfectly seasoned and there's just something in it that makes every bite leave you wanting more (walang umay). It's good as it is but it's so much better if poured with a little bit of red wine sauce that they also make very well. I also like dabbing the yorkshire pudding in that red wine sauce! My mouth is salivating right now just reminiscing about it.

Awesome interiors. The lobster bisque is tasty. The steak was great - not tough and cooked to my liking. I liked the potato gratin too. Cheesy!

We dined at Prince Albert rotisserie for an Anniversary dinner. We started with their gratinated onion soup topped with gruyere cheese. It was love at first sip. 128525.

Not to be missed is the whole spectacular attraction of the making of your ceasar salad at your table side made with fresh dressing.

Then came the star of the show the 200grams of prime rib with sides of baked potato and yorkshire pudding. The meat was flavorful and was cooked to perfection. This is hands down the best primerib ive ever tasted. 128540

Surprised by my sweet boyfriend with a fancy dinner (before starting pre-residency last October; late review! I've been toxic with research and stuff, hence my study/library series and multiple daily entries)... Romantic setting, as its dinner by candlelight=) we started with wine and Caesar salad, just starting the meal right... On to --what else, but their famous prime rib! This really put them on the map for a reason, juicy and tender, with the right amount of marbling... Soooo good! For dessert, order off menu (but with cult following) their mango crepe! It was the first time my boyfriend tried it, but he was hooked=) a great place for a romantic evening=)

I come here for the prime rib but for a change and since the husband would still have it- I ordered their sea bass. I specifically asked for it to be juicy to avoid it being over cooked and that's what I got- but for the price, I couldn't stop thinking about Antonio's seafood sampler. *grins*

For your fill of killer prime rib, served with a P3,000-P4,000 price tag, Prince Albert at the Intercon delivers. It's everything you could possibly want in a pricey piece of beef: Tender with the right amounts of marbling. Plus, the quality of the beef hasn't changed even after all these years. My nostalgic dining experience also garners this place plus points.

You will be wowed by the classy ambience, the pampering, and the quality of the food at Prince Albert. Arrived to find our table draped in immaculately white and crisp tablecloth with matching elegant table settings. The waiter seated us, draped napkins over our laps, and asked for our drinks. Then they served complimentary appetizers of salmon bits and cream cheese on cucumber and various types of bread.

It was rather pleasant that they allowed us to enjoy our drinks and a bit of chit-chat before timely getting our orders.

I ordered the Lobster Bisque and their ribeye. Sinfully delightful! The ribeye came with baked potato topped with sour cream and bacon bits and yorkshire pudding.

There must have been a total of four or five waiters and waitresses that served three of us! What attention and pampering we got!

Of course, you get what you pay for and you pay for what you get! Prince Albert is surely pricey but you definitely get your money's worth!

This is where my fiance's family love to celebrate special occasions! I love everything about this place. From the classic fine dining interiors, to the waiters, to the utensils, down to every detail of the place. You cannot find such classy and old school steak house like this in the country anymore. We would always order caesar salad, which they prepare right in front of us, then soup and of course, the rib eye with baked sour cream potato and Yorkshire pudding! If the steak was not so pricey, id eat here every week 128513

The prime rib was very tender, this piece is cooked well done. I like the red wine sauce. It also came with baked potato and a piece of bread that I forget the name.

The service was a bit slow. You'd have to ask 2-3 times for your request like mustard and water. Btw, their mustard is oh so yummy! Must request when you're there. It goes well with their pretzel that's part of their bread spread.

Overall, experience was great! :)

Best Prime Rib ever. Also try their fresh oysters from France. Have it fresh, squeeze some lemon and chili sauce and you're good to go.

Wines are superb as well. Try Montes, Cabernet ( I think).

Though its pricey but the experience is rewarding.

Also Kudos to that staff, if not mistaken its Rudy.
