128078🏽 Parking
It was hard to move around the parking levels since it is too tight. There are limited parking slots as well.

128077🏻128077🏻 Wifi
Informed by the receptionist that wifi is under repair when we checked-in. Connection was restored the next day but quite slow.

128077🏻128077🏻 Food
Our room comes with a buffet breakfast. They served simple breakfast and options are limited.

128077🏻128077🏻128077🏻128077🏻 Customer Service
Very friendly staff however no lobby guard to open the door and welcome guests.

128077🏻128077🏻128077🏻 Room
We booked thru Deal Grocer and got a double queen-bed room. The room is equipped with a card access for security purposes. Room is simple and has a black and white concept. Beds are nicely made with white sheets. However, felt a slight hesitation with the towels because it's not so white unlike the towels in other hotels we previously tried. Shower area is quite small but with nice rain shower. Toilet flush is hard to press and faucet is not properly installed. Saw small ants also inside T&B.

128077🏻128077🏻128077🏻128077🏻128077🏻 Location
Strategically located since very accesible.

Over-all the hotel can be rated 3/5.

Planning a short relaxing vacation or staycation in the metro? I definitely recommend this place, it's just near everything your looking for. From restaurants, bar and shopping mall in Capitol Commons. And Kapitolyo, the food district which is gaining it's popularity now, which was once a quiet subdivision which I grew up to. 128514 You can also go to nearby malls which is Shangrila and Megamall which is 10-15 minutes away without the traffic.

We got a room overlooking Kapitolyo, well it's hard to spot are house though. Our room got a two twin size bed which can accomodate atleast 4 persons. Each room has a complimentary bottled water, coffee and tea. The room also has a small ref and a hair dryer which I totally love since some small hotels doesn't provide one. They also have a pool and a bar in the roof deck where you can relax and unwind and see a good view of the city.

If you don't want to eat at the hotel, I assure you that there are so many restaurants to choose from just a walking distance away. From fastfood to fine dining. And as you wake up the next day, no need to worry on where you might be having your breakfast for you'll be eating buffet style. Not so many selections to choose from but definitely enough for someone who'd love to have a typical filipino breakfast which includes fried rice, egg, hotdog and arroz ala cubana. They also have pancakes, cereals, different selection of breads and spreads, carbonara, vegetable salad which you can create on your own. They also have fruits mainly watermelon and oranges and of course breakfast won't be complete without a brewed coffee which I enjoyed the most and a mango and pineapple juice for non-coffee drinkers. They served simple and yet delectable food, everything taste good.

And to complete my simple and yet awesome staycation, I would give 5 stars or maybe even more to all the staff because they were so accomadating. Not too mention that everyone was so polite from greeting all the guest at the hotel every now and then and even going out of the elevator so as the guest can be comfortable inside. And this is probably the most affordable hotel around the area. Definitely staying here again. 128522 #henrysinstaxgiveaway

Just stay here for one night in their double deluxe. The room quite small but ambiance is very homey. I like the minimalist concept, dont have a massive wardrobe but just a hanging for clothes. Basic amenities are available in their hotel. Location is near capitol commons and kapitolyo where restaurants are to be found. Staff are very friendly and accomodating plus its a budget hotel. I enjoyed my stay and would love to come back, relaxing staycation.

My second time in Privato. This time I’ve availed their Congradulations promotional package! Where you get to stay for a night, inclusive of 1 hour massage, use of swimming pool and fitness facilities, complimentary wifi and parking for only Php2800.00! I find it so sulit!

So after the Masungi Rock Formation Adventure, we head to Privato to rest. We we’re given a Deluxe Double Queen room. It was spacious. 28 sqm room good for 4 people. The bed is so comfortable and so as the pillows. The view from my room is fantastic! City lights at its finest. You can get a better view of the city from their pool area and from the restaurant/bar on the 23rd floor. It was a perfect stay… wait, there’s more!

The complimentary massage! It was 5/5, this was the second time that I had a great and relaxing massage, and it’s free! (My first awesome massage experience was from the Spa). I booked my massage at 10PM, and then the masseurs came into my room 10 minutes before the time allotted. Before starting the massage, they let me choose the scented oil to use. I choose lemon grass. It smells fresh and totally relaxing. Then she started the massage. The masseurs is so great, it feels that she was very professional and she really knows what’s she’s doing. The lightness of her strokes are super soothing. I love it. This is my new favorite massage place!

Privato is located near Capitol Commons and Kapitolyo, perfect place to stay if you want to check the popular restaurant in Pasig. It’s also near Shaw and Metrowalk.

I love Privato, if I want a quick staycation, this is my first choice. 128521

>Technical glitches with the card key from the moment we arrived (this happened first when entering the elevator and not being able to select the bottom of my floor and then another time right after having it supposedly fixed when trying to get in my room).
>Plus the personnel, including their receptionist, have no sense of urgency... Huhu
>Aaand the mediocre toiletries

Never again.

We stayed here because we need to be close by our company event which is actually happening tonight
Place was small, good for two but really clean. Sheets on bed and bed was comfortable enough. Reasonable. Food, well typical, we ordered their pasta, which was fine. It needed more acidity its too creamy for my taste but edible. We also ordered their deep fried chicken. No "wow" factor. Typical, which can be cooked at home. It had a side of crispy fish crackers. In fact those fish crackers were alot tastier than the actual protein. Deep was sour cream. I really would say.. nahhh, it was okay.
We asked the reception to grab us a ride going to our event. We had repeated phone calls with the lobby personnel, until finally we agreed that whatever uber charges them they'll in turn charge to our deposit and it an estimate of P200. I said yes, please book. We'll just wait for it to arrive. We're suppose to leave exactly 5pm but its taking more than 20minutes of waiting.
I called again to confirm, and shockingly this personnel is clueless we had an uber booking. I was furious!128545we had to be at the event at 5:30PM and we werent waiting for anything?! They explained that because we charged the room service (typical but expensive food) our deposit has already been used up. Okay great, why didnt they tell us sooner rather than letting us wait for nothing!
It was easy to call back, swipe my card right again, time not wasted! But noooo, they literally or i dont know intentionally forgot we were waiting!
To cover and make up for their senseless mistake (to which they said was miscommunication) they brought up an apology letter and with two bite-sized brownies (it was really delicious as compare to their savory menu)
So they got on my good side again, not because of the brownies but the effort to apologize to their clients.

It's a budget hotel so don't expect that much. My friends and I stayed in a double queen size room for P3100/night. The room can accommodate 4 persons. The room is not carpeted. There's a small flatscreen TV. Also, they give shampoo, soap, and dental kit.

I don't like their bathroom. I'm not happy with their flush. Plus, I think there's a problem with the aircon - there's an annoying sound when you turn it on.

Generally, it's an ok hotel if you just want to hang out with friends overnight. :)

It was a very long weekend for me so I decide to check in at Privato hotel. They have this promo NOVEMBREAK. 2170+++ pesos as per the ad. I am planning to stay there from saturday to sunday. I've tried contacting them last friday via phone but no response, sent an email but no reply as well. I called again the day after which is the day i will be checkin in and at last someone answered my call. I asked if there is a room available and she said yes.she asked me to just walk in and look for her. I booked for the executive twin. When I am there already the reception area the reception said she will be booking me a room with a king size bed instead of twin beds,i asked if there is a extra charge and she said none but suddenly she said sorry because she found out that there is an extra 150 charge. I said yes since i wanted the king size bed. So my total bill for the one night stay is 2800+ taxes included. The room was not that luxurious but it is fine.and the reviews were right because it is not that spacious. Gym and pool is on the roofdeck. I went to their bar and resto VERONA on the roofdeck. It was a nice view but it didn't get that nice relaxing feel if you know what i mean. For the breakfast buffet, there are only few selections.

A luxurious hotel in Pasig.

I’m so busy lately and my body is screaming for a staycation, Privato is a quick and convenient choice! This is one of the cheapest and nearest hotel from where I live. 128522 So I booked!

I had a double twin room. The room is not that luxurious but it sufficed my hunger to relax. It’s not that spacious but it’s decent and clean. The bed is comfortable, mattress feels light like I’m floating. The bathroom is big, it has a rainfall shower which I really enjoyed! 128166

They have bar at 23rd floor. Dine here at night so that you can have a wonderful city lights!128077🏼
Swimming pool is also located on this floor, its small but it was okay for a quick dip. 127946🏻

All of the staffs are well-trained to handle guests, everyone is attentive and accommodating.

Tips: Privato is located near Capitol Commons and Kapitolyo, meaning you can have your food trip around this area too! 128076🏽

I had a very relaxing stay at Privato and I recommend it to everyone who wants a very quick escape from all the workloads and stress! 128522128582🏼
Enjoy!

Random staycations with my girls over the weekend.

Why not settle down here where it is beside the Kapitolyo Food street. Yes, after we checked in we went straight to Charlie's. Hahaha

I was quite surprised to the small room we had, anyway, it was a nice stay. Also the staff were all nice, and attentive to the guests.

I just think that the restroom smelled weird some time.

They have pool deck which isn't that big, but we enjoyed it; especially the bird's eye view of the street below, and the sunset.

The rooms were pleasant, although as I said a while ago that it's small, you cannot here the other rooms that much.

We had a good time staying here. 128522

Stayed a night at Privato and paid absolutely nothing! Ask me how! (Di po ito networking). Hahahaha.

Anyway, Privato has made my head turn quite a few times whenever I passed by along Shaw Blvd. I finally got to stay there (for free) last week.

Privato has a total of 177 rooms designed in contemporary style. The room decor is predominantly black and white. They have two ballrooms and two function rooms.

All rooms are equipped with the following:

LCD TV
WiFi
IDD and NDD phone
En Suite Toilet and Shower
Individually Operated A/C
Orthopedic Mattresses
In room electronic safe
Electronic Keycard Entry
Kettle
Mini Fridge
Hair dryer

Some of the other amenitiea include:
Roofdeck Swimming Pool
Roofdeck Bar
Gym
The Cake Bar
Piazza Privato Restaurant

We were greeted by staff the very moment we stepped in. Everyone was courteous, smiles on their faces, really made you comfortable.

The lobby was beautiful. Very modern feel and design. Artsy people may really appreciate it.

The reason why I couldn't rate it higher than a 3 is because of the following reason:

Cleanliness - the baseboards and some walls were dark and dirty, there were some webs at the corners of our rooms ceiling and the worst of all is the funky smell coming out of the shower drainage. Very bad.

What made our stay worse, which wasn't the hotel's fault is that me and my gf both got sick because of something we ate before checking in. So we spent most of the time just vomiting and pooping. So unlucky I guess. But hey, it was FREE! Haha. 128521

We checked in at this hotel cause heard a lot of good reviews about this. It was good and the interior was nice. But sadly they dont have kitchen for breakfast, good thing it is surrounded with a lot of restos and it's close enough to walk to kapitolyo.

Bad thing bout it cause their shuttle from the airport cost P1,000 going to their hotel.a cab can only reach 200 with traffic already.so it's kinda pricey..

But the pool and gym are nice with good bar location towering the hotel.

Got an Executive King room for 2100php (discounted rate) at the 16th F of the building.

Only one elevator is working so there's often a build-up of people within the lobby.

The room was good enough for its price. The air con was a bit slow in generating the desires temperature. The floor and some of the walls weren't cleaned well.

I appreciate the kindness and attentiveness of the staff. I enjoyed the room's city lights view.

I liked the service and it's nice that the staff were very accomodating even the guards. Reservation was a breeze even if I just walk-in. Just stayed 1night and it was a nice stay. Feels like you're in a condo. Although the room was a bit small, but the bed and the sheets are awesome. Had a good weekend stay here and made me feel relaxed. What surprised me was that breakfast was not included in the package. You'll have to pay 350 for breakfast, which I did. Breakfast was ok and few come by the resto to eat. Got a little bit conscious because the staff in the resto just stand there waiting for people or something.

Let me begin with the rooms. I was made to check in into 2 rooms before ending up in the 3rd and where I eventually stayed in for 2 nights. 1st room I was assigned to smelled like a sewer: it stank and smelled like a canal. The 2nd one, the toilet bowl had not been cleaned and there was urine on the seat. The rooms a basic and are nothing great. High ceiling is the only thing going for this hotel. The bathroom was disgusting with strands of hair in the corners of the toilet and the smell was not clean at all. I used slippers even when in the shower: that's how dirty it was. The hotel is relatively new and based on the photos of the brochure and on the website, it looked like a wonderfully designed and decorated hotel. I was wrong and the photos are misrepresenting what the rooms are like. The doors are thin so every noise made in the hallway can be heard in the room. TV is very small and the most bothersome thing about the room is the oddly placed cabinet for the clothes. It was obviously not fitted for the space and made the room feel even smaller. The hotel is managed by the Enderun School which explains why the hotel fails in every aspect from service down to the facilities and amenities: all run by kids who don't know a thing about what and how 4-5 star hotels are run. The hotel felt like a high end motel at the most.

Read about this place from a blog & they're still on promo rates. They opened first quarter of 2014. My friends and I needed a place for our get together so we got the Double Queen room- rate Php3435nett, no breakfast. Reservation was fast, just had to call twice to make a follow up on my confirmation email. We checked in at 10pm so it was a breeze.

The hotel lobby was quite small but nice. Staff were accommodating but they all liked like they were on training- or maybe they were as the place is ran by Endurun. We got a room at the 11th floor that still had a faint smell of paint but it wasn't bothersome. Bathroom was another story though. It had a damp/ moldy smell the moment you get in and it got worst when we started using the faucet & shower. Toilet bowl had very poor flushing pressure as well. We didn't bother to change room anymore we had to shower & get out massages inside the room.Room was tiny- just enough
space for the 2 queen beds , a small table & a chair. Tv has a small flat screen hanged on the wall.

For the room rate and there were 5 of us- it was totally worth it. The queen beds were new & very comfortable, the sheets & pillow were fluffy & soft (not 1000
thread count but at least the same ones they use at standard 4-5stars hotels. I hate it when I have better sheets at home). I asked for extra pillows (I asked for 5 extra because I have to have at least 3 minimum). They have free wifi, A/C
worked very well, pool isn't open yet but we didn't mind as we only had time for massage before sleeping that night.

Overall, our stay wasn't so bad. I loved the bed & the sheets, so I'm happy- will I go back? Maybe, as long as it's still on promo rates but they should do something about the bathroom smell.
