I love how hidden this place is. Being such a tita, this cozy and quite place is perfect for me. I love going here around 7pm (yes, that early haha) coz usually me and my friends will have the place by ourselves.

Prohibition Liquor Lounge is sort of a hidden ‘secret’ place by Dillingers 1903 themed as a speakeasy bar located on the 3rd floor of Greenbelt 3. You enter the place trough a tunnel. The space is beautiful, subterranean, and cozy in an almost conspiratorial way.

Initially we were stationed near the bar, and about half an hour in, we were seated at a booth. Though I love the bar area, the al-fresco dining experience was so much more spectacular! The vibe is classy and romantic, perfect for a fun ladies night out or a date! I love how the music isn't that loud, perfect for a conversation.

Finally, THE DRINKS. After telling the bartender that I love citrusy and sweet drinks with a kick, she recommended the 'Manhattan Cocktail' which ended up being one of the most delicious drinks I've had in a long time. My friend, who was very indecisive, got a custom made strawberry cocktail. The bartenders were very attentive and as long as you tell them what flavors you like, they will get you the best drink for you.

The only downfall I found in this place was the fact that they only have drinks and snacks on small plates. My friend and I came during dinner, so after a few drinks, we were both starving. They have a fancy cheese platter you can order, but when you're hungry, cheese just won't cut it. It would have been nice to be able to order 'real food'.

The staff are superb, consulate professionals who can guide you and seem to appear just when you need them. I also appreciate that they give you water right off the bat, and continually refill it, so you can pace yourself and cleanse your palate.

So go there only expecting great drinks. It's a place with character and substance. You will love it!

Cheers
Mickey

My cousins surprised me with a cake and some champagne for my birthday!! I felt so loved! 100841008410084

I didn't know Dillinger's had a back door!

Lava cake was good!! Their waiters are dressed like butlers 128039 and their service is prompt. I like how clean their glasses look and that there's ice available all the time.

The DJ looked like a friend of mine, music was OK. A lot of Zedd was played.

It is where i drink when i wanna hide from the rest of the world. Not too crowded on weekends and quiet on weekdays. Just the way i like it.

Original plan was to have drinks at Dillingers, but they no longer had seats so they led us to Prohibition. The entrance was thru a small sketchy door in Dillinger's. It was like a "secret" hideout. The place is just 3 months old. It was spacious & really classy looking. It has a small nice alfresco too. The seats were cozy & big. It wasnt too cold inside.

Apart from having Jack Daniel's & coke, we ordered "(something)'s enemy". It was a nice, sweet & smooth drink, with fresh ginger. I like ginger, so it worked for me.

Music was really good! They played a lot if Cascade until the featured DJ came in. Last night Yellow Fever was there. They were really good! I suggest that you look them up!128077 What was kind of sad though, was no one was dancing. Such a waste of good music! But I wouldnt really say that the crowd was boring; they were just not the dancing type. The crowd were in their mid twenties & above. Chill, lounging kind.

They don't charge for entrace & tables. The catch is... Local beer is at P250. So everything else is gold.

Despite the non dancing crowd, we really enjoyed the night. 128077128513

Place reminds me of how Cuisine used to be before it got wild. It has its own Skye-type mini veranda. Wide assortment of scotch, with almost all variants of Johnnie Walker being the frontliner. Looks good for drinking dates.

It's my first time to go to Prohibition, and I super loved the ambiance. It's located in Greenbelt where W was placed before. The place was classy and amazing!!! It's so secluded and private. (Its entrance door is actually hidden inside a regular bar) I wouldn't even know that the place existed if I wasn't invited to the party I went to. I had a few glasses of my favorite drink, Mojito. They were mixed just right, refreshing as usual. They were also serving food, my friend got fish and chips which came in huge serving. The club had an indoor and outdoor part. We stayed outside cause most of us were smokers and we actually stayed outside the whole evening, it was nice cause you'd feel the Christmas breeze while drinking with friends. The club was selling cigs too, so it was less the hassle buying outside. The music was great as well cause Dj Euric was there that evening. A lot of local celebrities were there too, adding up to the classy vibe. I'm actually thinking of celebrating my 20th birthday there, seems like it's gonna be a new hangout place for me as well. We ended up staying there until 4 in the morning and there were still a lot of people. It was a crazy evening for my cousin, our friends and I. Can't wait to go back there!!! :)

Credits to my friend Lulu Meringue for the photo! 10084
