Considering Southies especially us around Alabang area lucky as we still have a chance to have the famous DIY pizza chain across the globe. Project pie is one of our to-go-to-lunchout restaurant in Filinvest City. This time we played safe and ordered 2 of their masterpieces - Richie (Meaty choice - with pepperoni, sausages and meatballs) and Yin Yang (perfect balance of meat and veggies) plus 8 pcs of their Parmesan Chicken Wings plus meatballs pasta. Sulit meal for 4 hungry ladies 🤣

Their pizza is really good. I've been here a few times, and I'm never disappointed. Their staff is great too, very friendly.

The pizza project as i'd like to call it, is surprisingly good! I had their Fab 4 (4 cheese pizza), which is one of their signature flavors. You could opt and are also encouraged to build your own pizza from the toppings and sauces available, but i got lazy haha. The dough is thin, soft, chewy, and crispy in the right places. For less than 300 bucks this was a good sized and well made pizza.
Special mention goes to their baked meatballs in tomato sauce and the smores dessert pizza with melted nutella and marshmallows. I'd go back to eat those again!

So yesterday night, we decided to avail the latest promo of Project Pie. It is Buy 1 Build-Your-Own Pizza and a Refillable drink then you’ll get to choose 1 Signature Master pizza for FREE. Promo runs from March 21-23 and you need to print out a copy of the ad from their Facebook page (IMHO, just showing the ad would be better instead of wasting all that paper to print it out, oh well, we got to play by their rules). Availing the promo was not a problem at all. There were no long lines so it was a breeze. We got to build our own pizza (as seen in the photo above). Service was fast. The staff was very attentive too. They were joking and making small talks with us.
Before, we do not like going to Project Pie because when they cook the pizza, it is either too baked or the opposite. Now it seems that they were able to master the art of cooking pizza to perfection. Just the right crustiness and taste wise, it is delicious. No complaints from us at all!
Oh, we were seated upstairs and there were really not a lot of people, so you get a lot of privacy to gossip with friends. Temperature is also good. It was not too cold or too hot. It’s actually a pretty good spot if you want to just hang out and eat pizza. Last day of their promo is today so better hurry and go eat more pizza!

I do not know why but there is something about pizza that makes it so comforting. When Project Pie opened in Alabang, I was hooked. Make your own pizza is a hit for me. You get to choose between white or red sauce. I always pick the oil one then you get to pick your cheese, meats then vegetables.
My favourites would be the prosciutto, anchovies and artichokes. Yes! Anchovies! It actually gives the pizza some definition. I do not understand why some or most people hate it.
When Project Pie started in Alabang, it was often a hit or a miss. Now they got everything handled. They don't burn or give out undercooked pizzas. They mastered the art of cooking pizza so Yay!
During the early days, the queue was unbelievable now it has toned down to manageable.
Well, I hope the staff would be friendlier but overall a good experience during my visit.

We love that we get to choose what we want in our pizzas - hubby tops his with meats and lots of caramelized onions while I'm partial to anchovies and prosciutto! Plus the servers are always ready to assist. In photo: our complimentary smores pizza!

Lunch out? Why not? It’s my only time to breathe and be stress free during office hours.
We chose the Build Your Own pizza and I tried to imitate the Pizza Quatro Formaggi that I've once tried in Balai Isabel. I asked them to put all the types of cheese that they have and put some chicken and ham on it. The result – well, it did not taste like one, but I still enjoyed my lunch and my epic fail pizza. Till next time.

Service was alright. Pizza's good only if it came straight from the oven, crust gets too chewy for my taste after a while. So yeah, best eaten hot

It's so annoying that the staff let me order a ready-made pizza and then ask me after he has prepared the dough and cheese if I wanted to replace almost every topping since most of it were out of stock. So I went on with no sauce with my pizza as I felt like he was rushing to get my order done since it was late already. He didn't offer either if I wanted to at least start over as it was turning out to be a make your own kind.
I've been to project pie a couple of times and I don't think I've ever had a great time here. I just don't get the idea of making your own pizza without any pro's to guide you. I mean, sure I can help myself and it's fun enough to be able to choose your toppings but I've seen my friends bear with boring/sucky pizza's they made. Also, the dough is only good when it's new and hot but after a while, it gets chewy and tough to the point that our jaws are tired after eating here. I won't even go over how boring it is to have a pizza dough again for dessert after having pizza, so it's good that they have ice cream as an option now.

Had late lunch here a few weeks ago. Project pie's service has always been so-so for me and again ganun nanaman that day, ugh.
When we went in, there were 2 girls behind the counter. One was like I don't know, fixing the dough and the other one was sweeping the floor. After a minute or so, lumapit na samin yung nagwawalis. Without washing her hands!!! buti nalang may lumabas na isa pang server and she kinda whispered to the other girl na sya nalang. Sya nga, super busangot naman! As in! Hay.. Kung d lang Talaga masarap e!

Went to this place due to the recommendation of Mhicaella T. I find the place peaceful because there were only few people in there. We chose to sit outside cause I intended to study there also.
I ordered their Banana Nutella and my companion built his own pizza. And before leaving we decided to give their new ice cream sandwich a try. I was more than satisfied because aside from experiencing great food, I was also able to study without any disturbance.
PS. I passed my ((accounting)) exams!!

S'mores? No problem.
I brought my cousins at Project Pie knowing that they simply love pizza. They enjoyed creating their own pizza and loved the outcome. We had also fun hanging out inside the place though it was really jam packed with customers. Nevertheless, the service was still great!
The s'mores pizza was lusciously sweet. Honestly, I can't finish the whole pizza all by myself, it's actually best shared with your friends/relatives!

.

Nothing like a blue-cheese-all-you-want pizza to get me hooked! You get to make your own pizza for P285 so whatever I feel like having for that day I can literally create on a crust! I got their all-cheese with mushrooms, bacon, proscuitto, basil, black olives and green pepper and it turned out nice! Paired it with their sweet tea (I always get one half black and one half peach tea for some reason because it tastes better haha)
Always love going to this place for a quick late night pizza fix!

Happy to say that it was considerably better than the last time we went. Had the #5 with extra broccoli and chicken strips. Pretty good! We didn't get any dessert pizzas na as it gets pretty chewy when you don't eat it right away.
One downside (that the resto had no control over) was the super hyper kids that were in the resto. As in parang pinakawalan galing preso buti nalang it was cool outside so we dined al fresco nalang cos you won't enjoy your meal with all the screaming and running around.
