I know, i know....i am a couple of years late.  The DIY craze has died down and I am joining the bandwagon just now.  First,  the visit is not planned, Project Pie is the only establishment open when we arrived at Glorietta.  I was starving and so was Grams.

You know what's the funny part,  I didn't customise my own pizza.  I was too preoccupied with my hunger and decided to get The Richie and Spaghetti and Meatballs.

| Spaghetti and Meatballs  (Php 185).   I had major pasta regret after the first spoonful.  The pasta is soggy and the sauce didn't taste fresh.  I am guessing they used canned sauce and never bothered adding some herbs and spices to mask the "processed"  taste.  The meatball is not appetising as well.  It falls under the processed category.

| The Richie (Php 285).  Thin crust pizza with pepperoni,  bacon and ground meat.  This falls under the mediocre category.  There was an ample amount of meat and cheese. The crust is not as chewy as I prefer but it is decent.

After our meal,  I can safely assume that one would visit Project Pie because of the thrill of creating your own pizza.  This will attract millenials and their too-cool-for-school friends.  They pass with the "interactive" approach but they fail in the taste category.

Peace Out!

Reich

Late bloomer, hahahaha. Been wanting to try this for quite some time but only this week that I've sampled creating my own pizza. For PhP285, I got myself a white pizza with lotsa cheese and toppings. I favored the meat, of course. Good stuff!

I'm always all about the sweets. And project pie has this smores and strawberry pizza for desserts and it's worth the try. It's a regular, thin size pizza but instead of the usual it has the sweet stuffs for you. I actually like its taste. But it can be overwhelming sweet. I'd go back to Project Pie because of this but for their regular pizza, hmmm. Maybe? Their pizzas are just ordinary for me though, DIY yes, but not worth the price for me.

I ordered the "woody" which was chicken with barbeque sauce as my base pizza topping then I added the following:

For cheese-feta, ricotta (since woody already has gorgonzola/bleu cheese and mozzarella)

For meat-spicy italian sausage

For veggies-fresh mushroom, candied wallnut, black olives, fresh basils

I liked the idea of the barbecue sauce drizzled on top of the pizza as it added a little sweetness to it. Contrasting the saltiness of the rest of the toppings.

S'mores Pizza! God is cruel to fat people. And foodies. Who are trying to diet. Hahaha! 128520

Went here last month during a sudden downpour after shopping in Rustan's. Sunday late afternoon isn't rush hour so it's was a pretty sparse crowd at the time.

There were four of us and we ordered a pizza apiece, intending to share with each other our respective concoctions. For the initiated, there are about 7 or 8 pre designed pizzas, a mix of white and red sauce base. Then you can make your own for roughly the same price (under P300).

My reco is to ask to design your pizza based on one of the pre-existing menu items then customize (remove or add ingredients) to taste. Otherwise, if you're that bold, designing your own pizza can be fun, but it can also contradict flavors and not end up being good at all if you get carried away. The pizzas we designed were good. So should I rate myself? 128522128514128516 Anyway, their pizzas are top notch. Just right thickness, dough pretty good crunch but still with enough "laman" to be delish. Their ingredients are of high quality, though you can't dictate too much ingredients, the servers will still manage it well. 4.5/5

The dessert pizzas were good. The S'mores Pizza, what can I say? Chocolate then gooey sometimes crunchy marshmallows in every bite or two? Wow. Awesome. 5/5

The banana Nutella is damn good too. They just over toasted one side, I think. 4/5

Drinks: bottomless! Their Peach iced tea is a refreshingly nice surprise. Even their base sweet tea, too. 5/5

Ambiance is pretty good. Industrial type not far from the designs of Yellow Cab, 8 Cuts. 4/5

For only P285 you can create your own pizza. This is my first time to try the Park Square Branch. The place was quite accessible and I can say that this is more accessible than the one at the Bay. Well of course all Project Pie's crews are the friendliest bunch no doubt. I like how they interact with you & try to help you create your own pizza. So whenever I try to create my own pizza I make sure that my pizza has a lot of Parmesan cheese & lots of meat. Take note it's UNLIMITED. Put everything you want on your pizza! "wag mahiya!!"

"Congratulations, Sheryl! You've ruined pizza!!!" I can hear Disgust and Anger raging and vomiting as I add broccoli on my pizza. But hey! Broccoli on pizza seemed to be a good idea ha! Masarap siya in fairness!

Straight outta the oven, my pizza: half-half red and white sauce + ricotta cheese + bacon + roasted chicken + pepperoni + basil + garlic + mushrooms + pesto.

It's funny and amusing how the staff here remembers me! Hahaha they identify me as the girl who can't eat (cow's milk) cheese wahahaha 128514 they're so cool and friendly! Kudos to you guys!

Btw, they have this pizza card promo which is P499 for three pizzas (one pizza per visit, consumable within a year). You can get yours until October. I just got mine last night!

CANT WAIT TO HAVE MY NEXT PIZZA WITH BROCCOLIIII (#NORAGRETS – TAKE THAT DISGUST AND ANGER!) 128514

Project Pie is a great place for people who likes having a wide variety of toppings to put on their pizza. They allow customers to have a choice on how they want their pizza, which is great because we know that not a lot of pizza places in town offer the same thing. However, I don't think that Project Pie is a place I would visit often because for the price they have for their customized pizzas, you can get to have a good-tasting and much more bigger pizza in some place else. But I can also say that it's fun to get to choose what you want for your pizza. Perhaps, I just chose toppings that didn't go well together so I'm thinking of giving Project Pie another shot 128522

The crew is so awesomely accommodating. I thought the place is already big until the crowd gets in. Or maybe it's a Friday night.

Pizza is the best too. You can't get wrong with this place.

Nothing like a thin build your own pizza on a lovely afternoon awhile ago.

One of my hs friends came back for a vacation and treated me and two of my groupmates here. I recommended this one to him since he hasn't eaten here. I was a bit afraid that since we were late we might not get any tables but I guess I was wrong. With it's location a bit distant from the mall, there were only a few people who ate in the place that time despite it was 1pm. But nevertheless, we get to chose easily our place to seat at.

All of us ordered the build your own (Php285). So in my case, I placed mozarella, feta, bacon, proscuitto, green bell peppers, mushroom, pineapple, garlic and bbq sauce. 128513128076 Never disappointed wherever branch I went to. Thin, hot, crunchy pizza. 127829127829127829127829 Definitely going back here next time. Curious as well of their dessert pizzas so I'll give that a try next 12852310084

At first, the urge to put as many toppings as possible is great... Until you try eating it

Best to keep the toppings to at most 7-8 in my opinion.
