We were actually craving for pasta when it came to my mind that Project Pie is also serving pasta and also adapted the DIY concept, so we gave it a try. It was my first time to try this branch here at SM Southmall. There were not too many customers when we arrived at around lunch time. For those who are not yet familiar with how Project Pie works, here is a somehow easy guide to do it

1. Choose a sauce
2. Choose a cheese
3. Choose a meat
4. Choose a veggie

You can actually opt to place everything thing (cheese/meat/veggie) or skip one of the 3 just in case you don't like any of it. You also have an option to try their ready made flavors. Their pizza is thin crust pizza.

As for the DIY pasta, it is actually much simpler since they only have two to choose from 1) Chicken Alfredo and 2) Pesto. You only have to select what type of Pasta to use (Fusili or Spaghetti)

Their drinks are refillable. They have a range of soda, juices and iced tea to choose from.

I’ve been on a strict diet of veggies and white meat for the past few weeks and it’s definitely difficult to cope with that diet and go through feeds on Looloo without getting a terrible craving especially when you see posts of mouth-watering dishes taken at the perfect angle. *sigh 128554

Anyway, it’s been a while since I’ve actually posted anything here since we haven’t been eating out much, but nonetheless, for my comeback post. I’d like to talk about Project Pie’s BYO Salad! Maverick Christopher P and I definitely love Project Pie.

Eating clean and healthy doesn’t have to be pricey, that’s for sure. Just for P198 you get to build-your-own salad, a cheese pizza and a drink. Not bad huh? Especially considering the fact that you can load your salad with all sorts of goodies. There’s actually no limit on what you want to put on it, so should you choose to put everything, you could just tell the crew assigned to do so.

The meat selection is limited to the chicken, bacon and ham (?), but it’s not really a loss since I don’t really get anything on my pizza except the chicken and pepperoni.

The crew was as friendly and bubbly as per usual, I just love their service. 10084

I just wished there were more salad bars or places like this in the Philippines. It’ll definitely be a game-changer.

Make your own pizza, Yay! I like this concept as you get to choose what will be on it. From the base to toppings. 128521

The price is quite reasonable (P285) and put anything you like on it. Nice, right?

They offer unlimited refills for drinks for only P65. You can choose from soft drinks to juice. They have a section for drinks, so you get to choose what you'll have next after finishing every refill. 9786

Worth it.

If you like cheese pizzas, you'll get a kick out of their Fab Four creation. Great for snack time! The Woody pizza was a nice mix of sweet and salty, so good choice too. Just wish there were more toppings. Place was generally clean and the quote wallpaper was a good way to spend time waiting for our order.

FINALLY, I was able to try Project Pie! Two years ago, this resto was the place to be, so late na late na ako, hahaha.

This was our last stop on baby's day out. We arrived around 3pm, a good in-between time for restaurants. The place was quiet and the servers attentive and friendly. Because of the downtime, they were able to amuse my daughter while I ate.

My pizza: tomato sauce base, ricotta, parmesan, feta, mozzarella, grilled chicken roasted bellpeppers, caramelized onions, black olives and lots of fresh basil. I'll call it the First Taste Pizza, because baby girl LOVED every single bit of it (and her dad did too, haha).

I love the idea that you can put whatever you want in your pizza but I wished they had a thick crust option. Not really a fan of thin crust pizza unless it's rollable.

Project Pie has the most accommodating attendants they give you tips on the best combos. MC loves this place so much, and every time we go there he places EVERYTHING (literally) on his pie. 128514

I love their cheese and meat selection, you can't really find Prosciutto in most pizza places here so that's definitely a plus for them.

For lunch earlier today, mommy and I tried the newly opened Project Pie here in Southmall. With the amount of food I have eaten in the last 5 days and the meals I will still be having this week, I should be just eating something light and/or healthy. I was thinking of just buying from Jamba Juice but on our way there, mommy saw this. She still haven't tried this. Hence, this review. 128528128546

Since they are still new, they have this on going promo. For every order of a pizza, you get a free drink. So we ordered one pizza and one salad (para healthy pa rin! 128517128540). It was only now that I discovered that you can have the pizza with half white and half red sauce. So I had it that way. We arrived early so I had all the time in the world to decide which toppings I want in my pizza. But if you can't decide what you want, they have pre-made pizza choices. So you just have to choose and they'll make it for you. Or you can always ask for help and suggestions from their uber friendly and patient employees! 128513

The salad, on the other hand, was not so good. At 225 pesos, it was not worth it. The greens were not that fresh anymore. Toppings (chicken, dried cranberries, walnuts and feta cheese) were generous, though. 128516

I love the idea of MYO pizza, So i got 1 with red sauce and since i love cheese i asked them to put all 5 kinds of cheese and just pepperoni and bacon with basil and some more mozzarella on top. Ate said why so tipid? I'm not into veggies and i dont like pineapples on my pizza that's why. And it turned out just the way i want it! Cheezy and some meaty goodness128523 I also got their Smore's pizza for dessert it was okay but a bit hard and messy but my son loves it! They also have this promo since they just opened this branch that for every order of MYO pizza you also get a free 1 refillable drink, So sulit! Staffs here were friendly and helpful on how you build your pizza they will suggest if it will be soggy or salty if too much toppings and which goes good together. 1 pizza can be shared by two i think 128521
