Amazing food. I think this is my new favorite Filipino restaurant. Too bad it is so far from home.
A lot of good food here, but these stood out for me:
Sizzling Indong: eel cutlets sautéed in chillies and spices. So very good. It beats most Chinese eel dishes I've tried. And those are from freshly butchered eels. Meaty goodness with the fat skin of the eel. So well-cooked as the meat's texture is consistent with no chewy part.
Kilawin Shots: if you love kilawin like I do, then you have to try this. Sweet, sour, spicy blended perfectly.
Liempo Chips: imagine perfectly crispy bacon goodness. But it's liempo. Boom.

The first time I was here, I thought the food was great! My family went back a few more times until a few negative feedbacks were raised because of food quality and taste. The crispy pata didn't have crispy skin anymore, other viands were cold or dry when they were served, etc.

Recommendations and suggestions were given to the owners (they are a family friend). The last time I went home, we were invited to a taste test to try their new dishes. They were good.

Majority of their dishes are ok. They just need some consistency with the food quality.
