To celebrate our officemate's last day at work, we bought her a cake from Purple Oven and surprised her with it.
Got the Campfire Chocolate Cake which is really good! The cake itself is layers of chocolate cake with cream and huge chocolate chunks in the cream 🏼 The icing is a beautifully crafted meringue icing

We went here in purple oven just to taste their products, we ordered their Chocolate Campfire Cake for my friend. I always recommend this cake cause it is so delicious, creamy chocolate and super moist siya which i like sa mga chocolate cakes. This is really my favorite among their cakes, lalo na sa mga mahilig sa chocolates like me, for sure you will like it, sobrang tamis nga lang as in kasi hindi talaga tinipid yung ingredients niya e. Haha. Kaya siguro sa iba baka hindi nila magustuhan kasi super tamis nga but unlike me na may sweet tooth. This one for me deserves a thumbs up! 🏻

Purple Oven near our office is a blessing ️ You get to grab freshly baked goods and they even have a blackboard that states what time will the next freshly baked good and which is available. They also don't accept credit cards yet. Just eps and cash basis. I like their white chocolate sansrival though. Sweet, smooth and crunchy. Ugh. So yummy! What I dislike though is how they kinda force their clients to buying their eco-bag cause they don't have these straws or handles or any kind of rope to hand carry your box of cake. So it's actually a hassle though if you opt not buying that eco bag. I think that's a minus though. But their brownies are good; soft and moist. Their cookies are equally great. So yeah for baked goodies, this a sure catch at Makati!

So happy that a purple oven has opened near my office :) I really like their revel bars. But for today's visit i decided to try their cheese bread for takeout. The cheese filling was really thin, almost couldn't taste it but the bread was soft and fluffy. the outer layer of the bread was coated with cream and drizzled with sugar. It almost have the same ingredients with their ensaymada. The difference is just they have the cheese on top with the ensaymada. The bread was only wrapped with white paper and was placed inside a small white bag. No dine in area at this branch.
