Racks has good ribs. The baby back ribs are rustic, tender, and flavourful. I also really like their original sweet tangy barbeque sauce.

The thing with racks is that they have expensive prices but small servings. Hindi na siya sulit for me.

This platter was almost 900. I expected the rack to the a little bigger. It was a bit bland and not as juicy as I remember it to be. You're better off eating at Rubs. Even the lamb of Fireside is way tastier and meatier than this, given at the same price. The corn bread is just sweet bread with corn.

It took 25 minutes to get our order. And almost the same amount of time to get our bill.

On the plus side, we loved the small bottles of wine they serve to make sure you don't get old wine. I think it was about 300 pesos.

Remember when Racks was so amazing? We came in feeling so nostalgic even.

My hubby and I love Racks. we always order the fried chicken with biscuits paired with any kind of ribs. Love the side dishes too. We always leave satisfied.

We tried the classic baby back ribs. It's true that the bones get too soft and you sometimes eat some bits and pieces so my hubby thought of separating all the meat from the bone before anyone gets a share.

Their new boneless pork ribs are also good.

Value for money! Affordable ribs!

What I do like most at racks is their baby back ribs (Yeah! Falls off the bone baby!) Lol. The best ribs I've tasted so far. Haha. Then after the main course. My very favorite dessert the mississippi mud pie! Haha. It's made up of a hot freshly baked from the oven brownie, topped with a vanilla ice cream and whipped cream. With a taste of gooey chocolate from the inside out. *Feels like heaven for a night* LOL. Dinner was served properly. Relaxing place. Not so crowded. Haha.

Fall-off-the-bone meat, indeed! Racks has been around since forever, and there's a reason why their establishment has withstood the test of time (and competition).

Their main courses were quite delicious, with beautifully-flavored and seasoned racks of meat. 128522 We got a half-order of their Original baby back ribs, and their Memphis baby full rack (which was made of pork). I don't normally eat meat on a regular basis, but I believe I would make an exception for these babies! Partnering them with the available sauces made them taste even better. 128077 I chose the non-spicy variant, and ate my way to pure bliss. 128522

The serving size of the Memphis dish (P825) was pretty generous and filling, but the baby back rib order was WAY too tiny and did little to satisfy my appetite. The -1 star was for that, because at a P435 price tag I expected to actually get something sizeable. 128532 I would definitely come back to this branch, though, as the servers were very attentive and friendly. I'm definitely looking forward to trying out their other dishes sometime soon. 128522

I didn't like their mac & cheese. The corn bread is like the less hotter version of the corn muffin in Kenny Roger's. Gravy fries was just ok.

All these tasted mediocre except the baby back ribs. It was their specialty after all. They have superb juicy fall-off-the-bone ribs. It costed me 700+ for a full slab with 2 side dishes plus slices of corn bread (rice not included).

Indeed, Racks is right. Their meat really falls off the bone. The odd thing about this baby back ribs meal though was that the bone was also falling apart. So I was getting bit and pieces of it in my mouth. Bits and pieces that I had to spit out every time.

I can't explain what was happening but the bones were crumbling at only one end of the ribs. Not appetizing at all.

But there was that spicy sauce to save the day! I had to endure beads of sweat and a runny nose again. All worth it.

Always love their baby back ribs. Falls off the bones. The extra hot sauce is something. I always make it a point to buy a bottle every time I get a chance.

The Hawaiian BBQ ribs in Boracay/Tagaytay are better but for a quick "ribs" fix, you can't go wrong with Rack's.

One of the best baby back ribs tasted. Meat literally falls off the bone! And yeah, don't forget to add BBQ sauce.

Steaks are definitely very tender and juicy. Their sauces are also a plus.
