I miss looloo-ing!!!!! 128549 It's been a while! Ahh, I'll make it a habit to post within 24-48 hrs of foodieHopping. Yes? Yes.

Japenesey on a cozy Friday night! Opted to stay here while everyone's stuck in traffic. HA-HA 128519

Not a restau-salad-fan but it looks like he enjoyed it so, ok! 128514 Got to taste it, and I don't like their mayo. If I'm having mayo, it's japanese mayo, nothing else. 128518

The level of spiciness is 2-3 bars below my level, but because it's spicy and the broth is thick, I like it! 128524 Hard noodles - very good128076 Hard cuts of beef - meh (but still tasty so, happy tummy!) The egg is plain hard boiled egg 128514 Finished this all by myself, barely 1/8 was eaten by Rainer P because. . . :/ 128563128518

It's the mayo, it's the mayo I don't like128566 But this is still a treat for maki roll lovers like me. Just a little of everything, though not that crunchy 128514 Maki is maki.

Squid - the sauce was nutty and a little sweet, think oyster sauce + bbq. Mussels were also ok, though mash-y. Tempura breading was bad, or maybe not fried til crispy? But there's something wrong with it. Sauce saved the day, as always! Rice was kind of dry, yet sticky. Mixed veggies were a little sour but good to pair with seafood!

The berry-kind-of-brewed iced tea. Not tea-strong, but very-berry, so ok!

Found a spot with soft seats, yay! The waitress who served us was jolly and very accomodating, so it was fun to order and be served. Everything came right on time! More like, all at the same time that made us look like hungry beavers.

We had a good fill here! And there's a spa right beside this place for a relaxing dessert treat. 128518

Our go-to place for a quick ramen fix. If you love spicy, try either Tan Tan Men or Garlic Spicy Ramen. One bowl serves 2-3.

I prefer this branch when eating out late since it is in Blue Wave. They're open until late and they have outdoor seating so lucky if a good band's playing, you can enjoy the music over some gyoza and a bottle of beer. 128523

Not the best ramen in the metro BUT in case you're stuck in the middle of nowhere like me, this Tonkotsu Ramen was able to satisfy my pansit craving. The pickled ginger on top gave this ramen an interesting yet still delicious taste.
Plus points for serving it on a heated stone bowl. The soup maintained its heat until my last spoonful. I wish other ramen places can do the same because what I really hate is a lukewarm-to-cold bowl of ramen.
