I have a lot of late looloo posts but this one deserves to overtake the others...over indulgent will not even begin to describe this FIRM BURGER (yes, this is THE FIRM burger).

This plate full if calories is made up of grass fed wagyu and topped with foie gras grilled to perfection...this was sooo good 128522

As you might have guessed, my food tripping days are very limited because of my neck deep work...so, my food reviews are mostly from RL. BUT, as previously posted, the menu here are a mix of Gaita Fores' various restos...and so, I will try to research where you can try out the food served here at RL para naman may value ang posts ko hehe 128513

Anyway, today, I finally gave in and tried the roasted bone marrow. Apparently, this one is a favorite among the associates.
This dish is served with bread, and some condiments. To eat this, you have to spread the marrow on the bread, sprinkle a little bit of rock salt, put some truffle oil and squeeze some lemon. Since i'm not a fan, I just tried a smidge...my officemates said i should put more because I wont taste it enough...i declined 128528...the tiny spread was enough for me. This dish is really yum! You can taste the woody garlicky in the marrow and the salt and truffle makes it more decadent while the lemon cuts through all that fat to provide contrast. 128077 This is really something worth trying, even for non-marrow fans 128079

You can try this dish at Grace Park Bistro at One Rockwell 128522

Adan wanted to check out where I spend most of my waking hours so he visited me at work 128079128526

Naturally, i brought him to the RL for dinner (my treat since coincidentally, it's my first month at V&A).

He got the slow cooked beef au jus...which looks like nilaga and even tastes like one but it's sooo good 128077 According to Adan: it tastes like bulalo na steak 128525

We also got the barquillos with wasabi cream cheese and prosciutto which is a staple in our associates splurges 128522

Part of our lunch menu is a special from Gaita Fores' restaurant...and, the Glazed beef belly, being a favorite among the associates deserves to be on looloo 128513

This one is served with a side of zucchini and a tad bit tiny rice pilaf 128525 what i love about this dish is the super melt in your mouth beef with that sweet glaze, sooo yum that you wouldn't mind the tiny serving of rice.

This dish is available at Grace Park, just in case you want ton try it out 128077

There's something comforting about breakfast food for dinner time, good thing the boys at RL were kind enough to accommodate my request for longsilog 128522

The longanisa might look too small in the photo, but, it was very plump and big 128513 i love that it's a mix of cebu longanisa (sweet and spicy) and vigan (garlicky) this went well with vinegar and fried eggs...sigh! Dinner of champions 128077
