Now time to to do all my pending food reviews. Been busy since my Pre 35th Bday Trip.

Went to Kalibo last Feb 14 with my family to celebrate Valentines Day and my Pre 35th Bday in Boracay. We were fetched by the service van of Shangrila Boracay Resort&Spa which I rented then the driver was so accommodating and he allowed us to have stopover lunch and he suggested to bring us to Ramboys because we still haven't eaten our lunch and it will be a long travel going to Caticlan.

It is located at Bulwang Numancia in Aklan. There were many tourist also when we get there. They say the best seller is lechon manok and liempo, I'm tired of eating chicken so we got the liempo and I'm a fan. Then we had kare-kare and plenty of rice 127834127834127834127834127834127834

Medyo matagal ang service dahil madaming tao that time so we keep on follow up our orders , then the liempo arrived with a huge serving, it's good for sharing and wow 128055128061 the best liempo ever!it was so crunchy ! Parang litson na! Malinamnam talaga and this liempo is really special , sobrang sarap and affordable !

Good news they have branch ata in Paranaque or Las Pinas so no need to go to Aklan pa, this is the best liempo ever ! Need matikman ni Anthony Bourdain ito12805512806112786012807710084

Seriously sinful chicharon-ish skin on tender meat - this is how grilled liempo should be like! I'm salivating again as I remember my meal. Note that this is grilled and not fried! The skin remained crispy even when it was cold already. It came with some sort of sarsa but I prefer it with vinegar and sili dip. Wow! Super yummy!
