Because of the weather, I often find myself craving a bowl of piping hot ramen. Since Ramen Nagi wasn't open yet at that time, we tried Ramen Bar instead.

I got the Shoyu Ramen (P280) while my cousin ordered the Spicy Karaage Ramen (P280). We would have wanted to order their Cheese Gyoza but we were turned off when we found out they were fried. Now onto the ramen, I loved that the broth wasn't too salty. We found it a bit oily though. Especially her order since the chicken karaage was fried. They didn't skimp on the ingredients and their serving is big. Service was also fast and the staff were attentive. Food wasn't superb but it wasn't bad either.

So late review. We celebrated mother's day here at ramen bar as all of the other restaurants are full.

The ramen is so-so maybe because i find it light in taste unlike other ramens that are tasty (a little bit salty).
But surprisingly i love their big plates and my family agreed with me, they love it too specially the beef one.

5 stars, no doubt about that!

It's Fathers Day so we decided to treat our lolo here since he loves ramen.
I ordered the Spicy Karaage Ramen which was DELICIOUS! Mild spicy! Awesome -- the fried chicken fillet toppings was an absolute compliment with the ramen.
Of course I wouldn't forget my favorite Tempura Ice Cream! Perfect dessert to end the perfect meal :)

Plus, I think the prices here are fair compared to most ramen restaurants.

Happy Fathers Day to all the dada btw :)

Went to explore more ramen with a girlfriend at this place and I was somewhat disappointed after having tried several other awesome ramen places. Price-wise, though, this is a very reasonably-priced ramen bar. The servings are for sharing (unless you are a ramen fanatic like me). If you order ramen for yourself, don't eat anything else because you may not finish your extra order. Haha. Staff were generally nice. Quick to respond but did not warn us of the size of the serving. I liked the space of the place because it allowed sunlight to come in, making it a comfortable place to dine at.

I ordered the Shio Ramen and everything was pretty balanced. Light broth, good noodles, good chasyu.... But I think I got so used to the rich-tasting ramen that I was somewhat taken aback by the lightness of the broth. For those who like it light, i would recommend this place.

For a filling lunch or dinner, this is a good place to go to. Will try their seasonal fare next time I am at Robinsons Magnolia. :)

I'm only rating four stars coz i know that there's a lot more good ramen restos..
This time i ordred sapporo miso ramen
With corn and butter to add in your miso base soup. I liked the flavor. It's garlicky...

We also ordered their fried chicken.. And this one's much juicier than jollibee or kfc..

I wasnt so impressed with their gyoza

Calpis soda.. I ddnt taste the yoghurt that much... :)

Because of my cravings for Japanese cuisine, my friend and I tried Ramen bar at Rob Magnolia didn't really expect that their menu will be one of my favorites! I really like this Cheese Gyoza! Super crunchy and cheesy 128077128522

As this is a super late review, I THINK I had the Shoyu Ramen. Broth was great, the egg was done perfectly, firm but with half-cooked yolks, and the noodles firm. I find this comparable with Ikkoryu. But that's just me. 128522

Husband had some rice bowl which didn't satisfy him that he had to steal some noodles and pork from my ramen. 128541

Bikkuri Ramen (P380) from their seasonal menu

Miso mixed with chili and minced pork. It was spicy and flavorful 128077, better than spicy karaage 128541

We decided to use our deal grocer voucher before it expires so off we went to ramen bar for a ramen fix

We ordered the following:
Super chasyu ramen - broth was served warm not piping hot and it was too salty for us. We even ordered extra tamago and corn to try to temper its saltiness 128542

Yakiniku beef small plate - we loved the sweet and salty flavor of this dish and the tenderness of the beef. Would order this over their ramen anytime 128525

Chahan - best fried rice ever 128525128525128525

Kakuni buns - just so so nothing special i felt that the mayo dressing was a little out of place in this dish 128521

My Kakuni King Ramen was exactly as I remembered it: the firm noodles, the huge portions of flavorful pork belly, the tasty tamago, oodles of chopped green onions all put together in a big, steaming bowl of rich ramen broth!

Ramen Bar is one of my favorite ramen joints in the Metro. For me, they have the most affordable, bang-for-your-buck menu among the other ramen places. Their cheapest bowl of ramen is only P280, while their most expensive is at P380. Any ramen you choose will offer you an authentic taste of real Japanese ramen without sacrificing portion size and quality. :) You will leave the resto with a very content tummy!

I also love that their broth is rich, but not too rich that it gets "nakakaumay" when you get past half of your bowl. :)

If you feel like ordering something crunchy, their karaage serving is very generous at only P155--- ask the server to have to chopped to bite-size for an easier time eating it, and you can ask for some jap mayo if you need an extra kick of flavor for your palette.

UMAMI at its finest!! 128525

Their R.B.S. Ramen (380php) tastes really good! PS: if you have hypertension, ask them to minimize the salt :)
Btw, it is also good for sharing. 128077

My friends and I ordered:
128076 yakiniku beef rice topping (165php)
128076 chicken namban rice bowl (185php)
128076 spicy kakuni rice bowl (185php)

And since our order was more than 500php, we availed free gyoza from this looloo app! :)

THANK YOU SO MUCH LOOLOO! 128591

Plus 1 127775 for the fast service.

I ordered shio ramen (P280) and was surprised of their "big bowl" serving! The ramen was good and definitely fulfilling. The noodles is a bit different though. It's not as chewy as compared to other ramen joints in town. On the other hand, they should improve their service. I was half-finished eating when my drink came. After numerous follow-up, it still came up (very) late.

A big bowl of shio ramen for less. One of the cheapest in the market, i think. Light but still fulfilling. What a steal!

One of the more affordable ramen places that I've been to. A bowl of their Shio Ramen only cost me about php300. It was so filling! They're pretty generous with their noodles and soup...so generous that I couldn't finish my meal.

As for the quality, it's not the best or most authentic ramen I have tried but it was hot and filling and I didn't spit anything out so I'm happy 128522

Place was close to empty during my weekday visit. So we got privacy which I appreciated.
