I had their signature garlic tonkotsu bestseller. The noodles abit soggy, reminds me of pancit coz of its taste and color. Soup was thick coz of garlic which in my opinion was overpowering the entire thing. Chasu was very thin. Tamago was hard boiled 128547 why o why.

The place doesnt have the traditional japanese feel. I wouldnt come back anytime soon not because its bad probably coz i didnt like their version of ramen. 128533

Tried this Ramen Joint in Paseo Center. I had the Arashi Genkotsu Ramen Sio which had the Shio soup base. My order was upgraded to Chashu since they have a promo during that day.

At first glance, I have observed that their soup was a little thick and the noodles were a bit soggy. Soup had bits of tiny garlic pieces which made me uncomfortable of sipping it. The noodles since they were not hard was not that good as well. Their chashu was food but were very thin. I felt that I only had two slices when in fact I was served with five.

Only other good thing that they have here is that they offer a Junior sized ramen. However, I might not consider coming back to this joint for a long time.

Being a new place in Net Park, decided to give this a try. The broths were thin, lacked depth but not flavor, it wasn't bland. Their egg wasn't the ajisen tamago we have so loved of Ramen places, just a hard boiled egg. They have a lot of condiments with which you can customize your ramen, notable one was the ground black pepper from Fauchon. Hope that doesn't disappear in the long run, although hard to beat fresh black pepper. Their gyoza was ok, nothing to crave for. Butamameshi was also ok. Nothing spectacular, worth one try to compare it to other Ramen places but nothing on the level of Ramen Nagi, Ukkokei or Santouka...

I will never ever come back here again. I was very disappointed when i was eating and i saw a small cockroach in my bowl of ramen. Too bad didnt thought of takjng pic of it bec i was so hungry. Goodthing havent eat too much of it, if so i might get sick. After i saw the cockroach we just asked for the bill and left immediately, the staff didnt do anything about it. My boyf and i end up eating pizza. Yay

Not a big fan of ramen, but I enjoyed my Shio Ramen and my boyfriend enjoyed his Tonkotsu Barikara (Spicy) Ramen, as well.128512 My boyfriend didn't like my Shio Ramen, though. To each his own, I guess.128517

The Barikara Ramen was more expensive but you'll get full right away because you have to drink a lot of water. IT WAS VERY SPICY. Perfect for people who are looking for real heat in their ramen. They even top the ramen with a dried chili pepper!128293

They have interesting condiments, like spring onions with chili sauce and the seasoning for rice (which I still put in my ramen haha). Chili oil, chili powder, vinegar and soy sauce were readily available too. I just wish they added crushed garlic.

The only thing I think they can improve on is the taste of their noodles. I found it too eggy, plus I wanted it to be springier.

Kagetsu is slightly cheaper than other ramen joints, but it was still good. It's not something I would always look for though, but that's just me, since I don't always crave for ramen.128512

Kagetsu feels like a chill ramen place. No pressure with what to order since there are just about 3-4 choices. That's actually good when you only have an hour or so for lunch. Good thing also that their service is quick.

The Arashi Genkotsu Ramen, a signature ramen and top favorite in Japan, is concocted with their signature Garlic Tonkotsu soup broth (from the menu 128516). So I had this, with additional nori, and it was good. 128077🏼

The best thing I like though, is that they have Junior Ramen. My prayer's finally been answered. 128517

I'm not an expert on Ramen. And I usually go for the dependable favorites such as maki and tempura whenever Japanese is the decided cuisine. So my review of Ramen Kagetsu Arashi is as I see (and taste) it. This particular branch at Paseo Center is relatively small resulting to a considerable number of lunch patrons lined up waiting to be seated. Friendly crew. Very accommodating. I ordered their best seller; Arashi Genkotsu Ramen. I was a bit hesitant of the garlic broth. But it was pleasantly good. Not overpowering in taste like I was dreading. The bowl of Ramen was very filling because of it's hefty portion of noodles, broth, and meat. Not bad for my first formal Ramen meal.
