When it's rainy weather, you can never go wrong with Ramen.

I have been to a lot of Ramen places and by far, this is the best when it comes to overall ramen experience.

The staff. They are indeed approachable. They even give you tips on what's best for your ramen.

The food. We ordered Midori King or the ramen that has pesto and cheese. I didn't like the taste but to a friend who liles pesto, it tasted good. We also had Red King. It was a bit disappointing that the Red King was termed as "Red" because it wa supposed to be spicy but it wasn't. We had to ask the server to add more spicy herbs. Lastly, I personally had Butao. It is my favorite! The creaminess of the broth was legit and the belly was oozing with flavor. Love it!

The place. What's nice about it is that you can feel the Japanese vibe yet the ambiance is still perky. But I think Ramn Nagi in Galle was too crowded for me or maybe there were a lot of customers being served at that time.

Overall, if you're a ramen fan, you wouldn't want to miss this place.s

After watching A Wrinkle In Time in Robinson’s Galleria, I was craving for ramen and went to Ramen Nagi at the ground level of the mall.

The place was a jampacked during that time and I was seated with the other customers beside me.

I got a Black King ramen for Php410.00 with additional Tamago for Php60.00 and Chicken Karaage for Php250.00. The ramen was so rich and flavorful and I can taste the garlic flavor in the black broth. The pork belly was served tender. The chicken karaage was crispy and tasty too, it complement with the cabbage and Japanese mayo. The only issue was the tamago, I find it a little bit over-cooked. But all-in-all, I had a great ramen night, I was so “busog”. Burp! 128540

My sisters were really craving for ramen and Ramen Nagi just happened to be around the corner. We went directly to the order slip wherein you can customize your ramen or go for the chef’s recommendation. I went ahead and customized my own since that was how I liked it.

ORIGINAL KING Php390
Tonkotsu pok-broth prepared in the traditional method. Mouth-wateringly rich, fresh and aromatic; special handcrafted noodles and classic Nagi pork chashu.
You can never go wrong with a classic ramen. I can almost taste the fat in the broth – indicating that the pork was cooked in it for that very rich and flavorful broth. For first timers, I'd recommend this one.

RED KING | Php410
A striking blend of garlic, chili oil, and cayenne pepper in a velvety broth; topped by a tempting ball of miso-infused minced pork and special Nagi spices with tender chashu.
For those who love that kick of spice in their ramen, I can definitely recommend this one. It’s feiry and delicious! Half-way through the bowl, my face was dripping with sweat but all of that was worth it. Chashu was very tender as well. Forget knives and forks, chopsticks can rip it apart easily.

GREEN KING Php410
A fusion of fresh basil and olive oil with delectable tonkotsu broth in a truly unique combination; lavishly garnished with grated parmesan cheese and richly marbled chasu
The green king is quite unique. It’s like marrying Japan and Italy together. It’s practically Italian pasta but in ramen version. I only had a taste of this so I wasn’t really sure about how I felt about it but my sister quite enjoyed herself.

Service was quick too and staff were attentive. Overall, a great visit. Thanks Nagi!

When is the best time to eat ramen? Anytime of course 128522 especially now that it's raining and we have 2 typhoons approaching/approached our country. Hope everyone is safe by the way.

First, a disclaimer. I ate here last month, I'm just posting a review because it is timely and relevant hahaha (because it's cold outside, you know?) 128514 Soooooo here I am, craving to slurp on hot ramen broth today but sadly, I wasn't able to go to work since it's flooded in our area. So forgive me for posting this now.

Last month (August), I wasn't feeling well so after work was done, I teleported from workplace to Ramen Nagi. It was my second time in Ramen Nagi, first was in Mall of Asia and the second was in Galleria. I ordered again the "Black King" because I remembered that I liked it before.

If I were to rate their service, I'd rate it 5/5. They were approachable and the waiter helped me put on a "bib" simply because I ordered Black King and I was wearing white 128521 so thank you coz without that, I'd be washing stains from my favorite white shirt. The ramen was okay. It did not give me an OA anime reaction hahah I don't know maybe because my tastebuds leveled up since I experienced eating authentic Japanese Ramen from Japan or it just taste a little MSG-ish. Not saying it taste bad ha! What's important for me that day was to have the broth warm up my tummy since I wasn't feeling very well nga and have some hard noodles to fill me up. 9786

How about you? Do you like Ramen Nagi's Black King? 🤔

This rain = ramen weather. Tried the Bicol Express King yesterday and it was good! I'm a big fan of the Bicolano dish so having it as a soup was extremely satisfying. Probably should have upped the spice level though 128513

Heard that the Binagoongan King wasn't bad as well. Too bad I missed it.

They also have the Kaldereta King. Haven't tried it but it does sound uhm interesting. 128515

Good restaurants in Galleria are hard to find. With the exception of Mangan, finding a place with good food in this rundown mall can be frustrating.

Enter Ramen Nagi. Finally, a place where I'm confident that the food on my plate (or in this case, bowl) will be to my liking.

Ordered the Crab King and I must say, it's damn good! Well-- at least my customized Crab King truly hit the spot. I had it with super hard noodles, tamago, and spice level 3. Thinking about it makes me want to head over to the nearest branch and slurp slurp slurp. 128523

What to eat while waiting for ramen? Gyoza, of course! They were delicious as well, but I like Yushoken's gyoza the best.

Will I come back? Definitely! Heard that the Manila Kings (limited edition ramen) are quite tasty. Looks like I'll be heading to the nearest branch after all. Oishi! 🇯🇵

Broth 7/10

Its a fine ramen, its not that great or bad. Its good. This one goes at number 3 top ramen restaurant in the Philippines.

My base of stars are only for the quality of the food. I dont want to judge the restaurant because of their staff. I really dont care if their rude or not.i just want to eat good food :)

We ordered Butao King (Chef's Recommendation for the specifics cos we're lazy) and Chicken Karaage. The ramen was good! The broth alone is flavorful and the noodles were just right. Maybe I'll start honoring the chef and rely on his recommendation for my next visit. The chicken karaage was also delicious. Though it was hard to find a spot where to bite it at first, it was still worth it. I think some parts of the chicken had garlic bits below the coating which made it really flavorful.

For thie branch, I think the place is too cramped. Most of the guests were sharing tables and it was hard to walk around without having to say "Excuse Me". The cloths on top of each table mimic Japanese ambiance but this was also the reason why it was hard to call a server. I just hope they can maximize the space without sacrificing personal space of their customers and make their servers more alert whenever there's a customer calling them.
