Food was okay, serving is a bit small, but despite that i still went to this place. I actually liked their steak chizu burger. But after three times of horrible HORRIBLE service, the so-so quantity and quality are not worth it.

The service staff are all huddled in a corner, they are nice and all, but just really inefficient. I could see they were doing their best, but they just lacked training. So what really annoye me was the goddamn manager just standing and doing nothing near the reception area instead of actually making sure that the customers are being noticed! Or even at least, to make sure that the waiters get to the tables when they are called. I had to raise my hand for a whole minute SEVERAL times just to ask for a napkin (which wasnt on the table in the first place) or for the bill. God, such a hassling experience.

To top this off, my sole order took almost 30 minutes, and i wasn't alone. The customers at the table next to mine waited at about the same time. It's okay to make mistakes, but when you've tried the place three times and the mistakes are frustratingly consistent. Then it's time to give up.

Their Master's Mix ramen really fills your tummy halfway finishing it palang. Grabe 128077

Their tofu & tuna sashimi are the best appetizers I've tried so far! It actually already kind of fills you up.

The California maki, however, was their pitfall. Tastes like those makis SM Hypermarket sells.

However, what really thrilled me was their Tonkatsu entree and Oyako Don rice bowl. PERFECTLY WONDERFUL. 110881108811088

Since I'm now on the look out for the best ramen, I decided to give Ramen Oh! a try on our first day back to school.

Tried the Master's Mix. Wasn't really that special since it felt like I was eating instant ramen, especially with the noodles, but good enough for its price.

Probably coming back again for when I'm on a budget and want some ramen though 128514

This 150 peso treat is just sooo good!

It's a must try!! A little bit too salty, but definitely different!!!:) i love how they were generous with the beef! And the chewiness of the ramen buns! <3

Getting this again soon!:) :bd

Their cupcake/ cake in a jar is too expensive though! 50 pesos for something so small! And mostly whipped cream too!❌ not getting that again! -1127775

1st time to try Ramen Oh.

We ordered Tofu Steak as an appetizer. Very delicious, sweet taste. It has ground pork and mushrooms. Bang for buck at 99pesos

As for the Ramen, they have their own version of TanTanMen but it is out of stock so I ordered the Ramenator (250php) which also looks and tastes like a TanTanMen!

Overall, serving and food quality is superb for its price.

I loved the ramen, and i forgot what it's called but we ordered the pork and squid with egg and sweet soy in it. It was yummy! My friend didn't love the ramen, but i do. And the price is affordable. Just right for those people who loves to eat but in a tight budget 128521

I've been wanting to visit Ramen Oh for a very long time.. And for some reason, every time i ask people to come try it with me, they're not in the mood for Japanese food.

So, i decided to go by myself just to try it out!

The ambiance was okay. I felt sleepy though. I liked how you could sit on an elevated floor if you wanted to. (And for some reason i prefer sitting on the floor)

I bought their Chicken Katsudon which is around 150-160php (I think. I can't remember anymore) And it was okay! It was yummy, but nothing special. Not bad for a first timer!

I tried the bowl o' babe while my bf tried the ramenator. My ramen didn't really taste bad, but I didn't like the texture of the noodles. It felt like I was eating spaghetti noodles. It also needed a little more flavour because it was close to tasting kinda bland. The ramenator was on the spicy side and I liked it better than my order. I loved the colors present in the ramen. Heehee. We also ordered gyoza on the side which I really liked because of the richness of its flavour.

Finally tried ramen at a ramen place! All is well.

We had a three hour break, so the gang decided to kill time by dinning out for lunch. I was contemplating wether to get Chicken Karaage again or finally get a ramen. Ended up with the later, I got Miss Sapporro which had butter, corn, pork, leeks and sesame seeds in pork bone broth. Got used to eating pastas, I guess? Looked for the al dente bite in my ramen noodles. 128514128514128514 The soup wasn't seasoned well for me, I added a lot of the condiments to give it a flavor lift. And the Gyoza I ordered as side dish was too vinegar-y that day. So much that I almost made the mukhasim face.

One of my blockmates found a small fly on her ramen.... how about no. Sad for you, minus looloo star. 128546

I got their master's mix ramen with a pitcher of raspberry iced tea that I shared with Ivanne L. I enjoyed the flavor of the beef mixed with leek because I was really hungry and tired when I got there. Their ramen dishes aren't really anything special for me so they were just alright. The yellow part in the egg that I got was slightly undercooked and I hated that huhu I'm very particular with how I want my egg to be cooked so there.

We ordered their gyoza and boy was it super oily I had to dab it on tissue. My friend said that it wasn't like that before so hmm inconsistencies. What I would come back for next time would be the rice bowls!!

Ramen Oh gets incredibly mixed reviews. Some rave about it, others hate it. I went there to find out what it was really like, and found out that both bad and good reviews had a point.

As the bad reviews say, the ramen isn't really authentic. And there's an 'instant noodle' vibe. That said, however, it's incredibly affordable, and for the price, is satisfying. It's not too far off from the other quick service Japanese places around the area, all of which are much more expensive.

The other items are the same. Affordable, recognizably Japanese, and reasonably tasty. The tuna salad (a sashimi/tataki/tempura crumb thing) is as good as Teriyaki Boy's at 60% of the price.

The service is great, the ambience is ok. You'll be happy if you expect to get what you pay for. (Which isn't the case for many new ramen places.)

Been wanting to try this place so when I asked Camia J if she wanted some ramen, we went out of school early just to try some.

When we got there apparently it was still closed (they open at 11am) but while waiting we checked out their menu and we had trouble figuring out what to order because there were so many choices for the ramen and also cheap food that you could have at the side. When I saw that they had Tempura Tuna Sashimi for only Php99 (photo on the left), I just ordered it right away without knowing exactly what it was. It so happened that the tuna sashimi was what my sister loves to order in Teriyaki Boy but at a much more expensive price. Its cube-cut tuna sashimi mixed with Japanese mayo and tempura bread crumbs.I enjoyed eating it so much since it wasn't as spicy like in TBoy, and also the mayo tasted great with soy sauce.

For the ramen, I forgot what it was called since it was in Japanese but it was known as R1 in the menu. We shared the buddy size for only Php89! So cheap!! It basically had pork, egg, nori, leeks, and some soup that wasn't spicy at all. There were other ramen flavors btw that were extra hot but I just liked mine plain. You also have an option to add some chili oil or pepper since there is in every table.

I enjoyed my experience here especially since we got the sit on the "floor" without our shoes on, Japanese style. The place also has free wifi and plugs, which is great for meetings or just plain chilling. I have four stars though because there flies inside and we didn't have a candle on our table.

Coming back here again for cheap sashimi and ramen! 127845127836

I like ordering rice bowls in Ramen places. Thats how you'll know how good the restaurant is. I ordered Karaage Don and Gyoza, same thing I had not to long ago at Tamagoya. Thankfully my pallet was able to differ one another. I actually prefer their rendition. The chicken breading was evenly coated, not super drenched in batter that the insides are still raw. Rice was well seasoned and the chicken had flavor. 128077 Not bad for 99 bucks. Thanking the Culinary Gods for Japanese food within the student budget.

My friend and I tried this place. I ordered Ramenator (the really spicy ramen with three chilis on their menu). I forgot what my friend ordered. Haha! We ordered the regular size. It was so good and fulfilling. For Php89-99 only, it was such a good buy. You can also order ramen for sharing.

Sadly, we weren't able to order any rice bowls. But we tried their peach gyoza, and it tasted good as well. Although the size was a bit small for Php69.

This place should have a disclaimer. First off all they don't sell real ramen, the broth is so bad it almost tastes like boiled water :( as ramens go this is a waste of a bowl of ingredients.

I ordered their tantanmen which is 1/4 the price of ukkokei ramen ron, but its not even 1/64th the taste of ukkokei's in fact they shouldn't even dare calling this tantanmen
