First time to use Looloo to find where to eat 128540 And it did not disappoint!! I wanted ramen so I searched and found this place.

Shoyu ramen (P350) - Divine 128557 Noodles, broth and meat were perfect. The pork was grilled but still soft 128525

Gyoza (P150) - loved!!

They have a no take out policy - "If you want to eat ramen at home, we recommend instant noodles."

Lol. But this is really good!

I have tried lots of ramen around the city, this place serves one of the best I have had. The broth was heaven. It is thick and seasoned just right. (I had the tantanmen.) It was spicy and savory, just the right balance of both flavors.

Their ramen's winning component: freshly made noodles. I really dislike ramen which uses ready-made instant noodles because it makes me feel like I'm getting less quality for what I'm paying. Noodles were fresh and al dente, cooked at just the right temperature and duration to prevent it from being soggy.

Price: medium (for ramen)

One downside: You actually have to pay to have chasyu prok and eggs in your ramen. Most ramen places in Cebu already have those by default. So yeah, this makes the ramen more expensive if you really want the added chasyu and egg. Otherwise, if you're like me and you just really want broth, noodles, and some meat, then you're good to go.

The picture is of the Shoyu Ramen. Personally, I prefer the Tantanmen which is a bit spicy. (Still not a fan of hard noodles tho) Very flavorful soup tho I found the Bamboo taste quite over powering. Still good though and their gyoza is 128077🏻

Just couldn't get enough of their noodles 128513

This time tried the Tonkotsu Ramen.
I like the whole concept of dipping the noodles in the broth. It feels like I'm in Japan (sorry first timer here 128517)

I'm really so happy that it has arrived in Cebu 128588🏻128588🏻

I love this place already. Definitely at the top of my list after having dinner with a friend last night. Surely the best tasting ramen in the city. Their soup was thicker in consistency, making you savor the myriad of flavors with every slurp. The tips from the first few people who dined there did not disappoint with trying the gyoza. And the karaage was a pleasant surprise. Looked tempting after seeing another customer have a bite and it surely tasted delicious.

Finally, I have tried the consistently no. 1 ramen in the Philippines! Hihihi 128514 So happy Ramen Yushoken is already in Cebu! Whenever I come home to Manila, I always plan to drive to Alabang just to try this but traffic from QC is just hella crazy so I never got the chance to do so. And now, it's here and I'm one happy kid I got to dine here with my closest friends in Cebu last night! 128525128525128525

I had the Shoyu Ramen, and it was the bomb!!! 128163128163128163 It was salty but balanced with the white broth. What I loved about it is its thick soup and perfectly aldente noodles. 100841008410084️ It was a party in a bowl and I practically kept dancing on my seat while slurping on them goodies! 128514 And the piece of pork had an awesome smoky flavor and it just melts in your mouth! 128525

Since we came in a group, I got to sample other items too, which is the best part of eating out with friends! 128513 Their Tantanmen was very good, not too spicy and had just the right seasonings. The Shio, their most basic ramen was amazing too! It would be a delight to come back and just enjoy this basic bowl exploding with all the right flavors! 128516

Their Karaage was great, crunchy on the outside but nice and juicy on the inside. But the star of the night for the sides is their Gyoza! 128516 These fried dumplings have been topping charts of the best gyozas in Manila and now I know why! It was crunchy, but the skin was not too thick. The ginger does not overpower the gyoza and the pork is just juicy and delicious. The best part was that it was not at all greasy! 128525

I can't wait to come back! Woohoo! 1008410084100841008410084

Days before it's grand opening, we went over to given Yushoken a try. 127836

Thanks to everyone's recommendation, I absolutely 100841008410084128076🏻 the ramen. I got myself a Shoyu as recommended by Chris C and the soft boiled egg, Aji Tamago (tasted a lot like century egg - just my pov). The pork with the ramen was cooked well, very tender 128077🏻 The broth was very flavorful. I got myself some free gyozas as well 128513128513

Miso full! Hehe. This is their Miso Tonkotsu Ramen. A thick, rich and complex broth with about 7 kinds of ingredients that make this one of the bestsellers. The noodles are perfect Al Dente to give the perfect bite. They add in bean sprouts for some crunch, ground pork and small pieces of fried pork to make this bowl more meaty than it already is. I asked for addition Aji Tamago that's basically a soft-boiled egg that's boild at 60 something degrees. There's also green onions for more flavor. The broth is slightly different than the Shoyu and Tantanmen flavors in that the broth is more briney in taste and less meaty. All in all a good bowl of ramen, but not the best. P.S. - there's always a line and it's been a month now.

Still in soft opening! They give free gyoza for every ramen! unfortunately they ran out of gyoza but gave us chasiu(spelling?) instead 128522. The tantanmen was 128076🏻 although i'm not a big fan of hard noodles. The shoyu ramen was a disappoint tho, couldn't exactly understand the taste.
