My cousin and I were waiting for our NBI Clearance and decided to eat our late lunch here at Recipes. It's my first time to eat here and I am soooo happy they exceeded my expectations!

Food: As pictured, we both got their rice plus 1 promo, I had the Pork Adobo Flakes (Php 185.00) and she got the Beef Tapa (Php 170.00) then I ordered Sinigang na Baboy (Php 270.00) for our soup. I was impressed because their servings are big, it made me order another cup of rice. Anyway, this Rice plus 1 promo is: 1 viand, 1 cup of rice, and 1 glass of iced tea. Taste-wise, the sinigang was just right. Sakto ang asim. The adobo flakes really tastes like Adobo, kahit wag na masyado lagyan nung Adobo Sauce they serve with it and the beef tapa is really tender and flavorful!

Experience: Our server, Arnold, was really attentive and he enticed me to order the adobo flakes as he said its one of their best sellers. He served us water even without asking and refilled it when it was half-full. The store was clean and cool. The only downside is there's no signal in their couch area.

I will definitely come back here. 10084128077🏽128077🏽128077🏽

Out with family and I suggested Recipes :)

We ordered a lot and I'm sorry that I forgot some of the dishes but everything was good.

My favorite was emperor's chicken. Spicy chicken with slices of eggplant 127814128019 soooo good 128077128523

Pork bbq was also really good 128523128523

Ps
The one on the picture was beef teriyaki which was also good.

The food is always great. I ALWAYS get an order of Gising-gising. Other favorites are the Crispy Tadyang and Chili Prawns.

General's Chicken reminds me of good food in Shanghai and street food in Korea. It's very tasty - a little bit of sweet and spicy. I kinda wished the serving was bigger so I can eat more of it. 128517

Few choices. We had a hard time choosing what food we like to eat since everything on the menu is common/the usual. Tastes home-cooked. Parang not really to die for. Although we ordered one item--General's chicken. Super sarap. That's the only plate I enjoyed. Small servings... Kaya for big groups you should at least order two of each dish.. Pero cheap sya maybe because servings are only good for two..

It's been almost 2 years since I last ate here, and I have to say, I was satisfied to find that the food hasn't changed. I'm not sure if that's at all good or bad, but needless to say, I still enjoyed myself.

I only eat 2 things here - General's Chicken and Gising gising. Surprise (or not)! They still tasted the way I wanted them to. I tried the squid appetizer, not the spicy one. It was sweet, but it didn't taste like squid at all. It wa mostly just flour 128540 I didn't finish that one.

But anyway, I still enjoyed my food. Nothing beats a hot meal when the last one was at 10am 128513 Recipes didn't fail (or not entirely).

Recipes is my family's favorite no-nonsense Filipino resto!

Our favorites include their best-sellers gising-gising, crispy tilapia, general's chicken and kare-kare. Their seafood and bagoong rice are both delish, too. Oh, and the spicy squid is a good way to start off your meal here. :)

I've dined countless times in their TriNoma and Greenbelt 3 branches, and it's my first time here in Robinson's Ermita. All of these times, food was served in 20 minutes or less.

Yummy food plus good service at great prices, Recipes gets my 5 stars. :D
