I ordered maki to go and the wait was unbelievable. It took me 20 mins. It could've been faster than that. And I paid 500 and it was quite annoying they asked for smaller bill. Places like these should have anticipated that almost all of the people would pay bills and not exact amount. Br!!

We ate here last July, and until now I could not forget our dining experience.

It was my birthday dinner so I was really expecting to eat some place really nice and the like. I love Japanese food, so we went here instead of SumoSam (we already ate there before kasi)

The food was bad, the service was just a smidge nicer. The guoza they served was cold, the tempura wasn't any good, and the salad wasn't even cold. The food that I wanted cold was warm, and the food I wanted warm was already cold. The vegetables for the yasai itame I had ordered were so undercooked, it was nearing raw. And I ordered two of those because I really really love vegetables. So disappointing.

Sure, the food came pretty quick, no long wait. But what I expected and what I had just didn't add up.

The only upside was the milk tea with egg pudding I ordered. I think that was truly the only thing that I enjoyed.

I really hope that it was just because of the branch, because otherwise I won't eat there again.

The place isn't that big, although I was fortunate enough to be there on a weekday lunch time, the whole place doesn't have too many people since the mall is fairly new and a bit out of the busy area.

Anyways, can't say anything about the service since I was the only one at that time.

I loved the iced tea...it reminded me of those Lipton iced tea from the past...the ones that tasted like the Lipton Tea bags tea (if you get what I mean). The Gyoza was on the soggy side...can't bite it without the whole filling splattering all over the place. The Katsudon was nothing to rave about, the rice wasn't that sticky, so eating with chopsticks would be a challenge and the soy sauce of the dish is on the salty side.

But even with the not so pleasant experience, it was topped with a surprising affordable price. Will I come back? Heck yeah!

We went here sunday afternoon to had our lunch and we ordered the same food that we had when the last time we where here, except for the Katsudon.

The food was tasty and delicious. We also tried their Milk Tea, I really like their Wintermelon Milk Tea. It wasn't too sweet, then I sipped to hubby's Rock Salt Cheese Dark Chocolate Milk Tea but I didn't like it, it's too sweet for me and hubby did'nt like it too.

We also tried their California Maki, It taste good but i really like the California Maki at Buffet 101 so far.

The place was really small but clean, and the service was ok.

Not sure why this branch has the worst tempura (soaked in oil, smallest shrimp - not prawn, and salty batter) but they do. Miso soup was bordering watery, and the Kani salad had way too much mayo even if I mentioned that I didn't want a lot.

Was pretty disappointed for the quality at the price point.

Not sure if I would go back in this branch but hopefully their other branches are better.

Somewhat like Tokyo Tokyo. It was just more convenient because the food were being served.

Better than Sumo Sam's :)
Cheaper and more delicious foods than Sumo Sam's . Aside from that , their milk tea is the best milk tea ever. Better than Prosperitea and Serenitea , believe me. I also requested to change the egg pudding on the Wintermelon Milk tea into Coffee Jelly which made it more tastier and sweeter . Downside of this restaurant on The District Cavite branch is that their place is too small.
The Tofu Steak by the way have Shiitake Mushrooms plus some veggies and the sauce? Feels like heaven. Just like you can really feel that you are in Japan eating all that Japanese Foods. The next time I'll visit this , I am going to try also their Bento Boxes :3
