Usapang endaymada

Stalkers, do you know there’s something unique at red ribbon?

Whoa! This really got me interested.
It does smell like strawberry. The top is filled with strings of cheese, and this moist pink icing like filling. It tastes less than what i expected. It’s just cheesy with around 20% strawberry cream.

The salted caramel endaymada is interesting too, but I’m not into salted caramels,...

We know red velvet— usually it’s chocolate base (minsan beets base—lol oo beets ha!) but this one? It’s just your plain vanilla chiffon with red food coloring. The filling in between is a satisfying cream cheese filling.

Good innovation, but it was just okay for me. Parking space here is good. It’s near the beautiful SB branch btw.

Super Dad it is!
Yes we bought cake for our father last sunday since its their day although he's working overseas, it's okay atleast he will surely know that he is remembered from afar. :D

Before the dawn of the foodies and the world of everything gourmet, my student self had very simple wants. Like in the cake division, My favorite was good 'ol Coffee Crunch from Red Ribbon. If I have a little more time, I would go to Becky's to get their Swiss Cake which was their version.

Coffee Crunch was perfect. The chiffon cake had a welcome dryness made a little moist by the filling at the center - caramel sauce and loads of the coffee crunch pieces which were the charmers for me. Then the icing it was covered with had the right sweetness and butter flavor. Then some more caramel sauce and some more coffee crunch! Just so good! 128523
