On a trip to Ayala, my friend suggested that we eat her. By lunch time, the place was filled with people. I can see why. It was affordable Korean food. For less than 200, you get a rice meal with kimchi as side dish. You line up and pay. The food gets served after. Water is self-service too. I ordered Kimchi Jjigae. The food arrives within 10 minutes. The soup was boiling and served on a stone pot. I wasn't ready for its heat that I burnt my tongue. I wondered if I was still gonna be served with kimchj as a side dish. I still was and you can get refills for it! 128076 Their kimchi and kimchi jjigae was sweetly spicy. I do like their kimchi though. I like to eat with it with rice. 128513 My friend ordered samgyupsal bulgogi. It wasn't how I expected it to be. I expected it to be dry like barbecued bulgogi but it came stew-like bulgogi. The sauce was sweet though. She also told me how their sauces are almost the same. It has that sweet gochujang taste, I guess.

I would to try their other foods. Howver, I was already warned that their kimbap was not good. Most orders I've seen were jjigaes (soup) and bulgogi (the normal bulgogi we know served). If only it wasn't a hassle to go to Makati from QC, this would be good. Hope they can consider opening a branch in the north. 128539

Had their Chicken Bibimbap and it was good! 128523 Affordable too at P170 since this was served on a sizzling hot stone bowl. Like the fact that the place was very casual, and that they have Korean ice cream. Must come back for that 128523

Just another spicy Lucky Me!-like noodles... with 5 small pieces of 'real' squid and vegetables! Haha.

Price: P140

This is by far the best tofu bibimbap I've ever tasted. Also a must-try are the following: Bibim Mandu, O-sam Bulgogi (spicy stir-fried squid & pork gochujang sauce), and Dakgaejang (spicy soup w chicken).

Never thought a colorful presentation will make food savory. I've been missing the taste of kimchi for months already. I grabbed that single opportunity to taste another Korean inspired semi resto before going to the cinema to watch for the Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters. Although I waited for long time for my meal to be served, it's definitely worth it. My all time favorite Bibimbap was accentuated so much with the meal i ordered. And of course, the unlimited kimchi somehow helps the meal more appetizing. It's too odd though having a soup, it does not blend to the korean taste i had during that special day. But overall, i would love to recommend this semi resto to those who want Korean dishes at affordable prices.
