Love at first taste with Lengua. Thanks to my bestfriend's father who is chef here. There is a one private room if you have big family or friends. The first time we visit here, i think one family ordered everything in the menu that costs them 10,000. 128514

We went to Laguna few weeks ago and was able to try the famous Itlog ni Kuya's Kinulob na itik or Crispy Itik. I have been craving for it since our trip. It was a surprise that i don't have to travel far to get to try the crispy fried itik again. Red's now serves this and they are equally great. it is crispy without the fatty off taste of duck.

Everytime we go here, i get to try new things from their menu. Tonight, this addition is definitely a must try for everyone. Chicken is too normal. Try duck :)

BTW, i was able to try the Ginataang susong pilipit also. YUMMY!

I like going here because:

Food are fresh especially the Sinigang sa Miso Ulo-ulo ng salmon. They will cook while you wait.

Always puno during weekends so better come early. Their Lechon kawali is good.

Staffs are so attentive and very friendly.

If you happen to pass by Lilac and want to eat something fresh and delicious, this is the best place for your tummy.

We have been to this resto for several times already. Their sinigang na ulo ng salmon is really fresh. Unlike most ulo-ulo where everything is pre cooked, Red's ulo-ulo are prepared as ordered. Cooked as fresh as possible.

The photo shows some of the food the we often order - sizzling tuna belly, sisig, chicharon bulaklak and gising gising. Their seasoned suka is a perfect match for their chicharon! Their crispy pata and buntot ng tuna are good too!

What's more surprising is when we receive our bill. I eat here with the family (of 4). We usually end up ordering at least 6 orders because of our eagerness to try all their offering. Despite the huge orders, we end up paying around 1,100 to 1,300 only. We are always left with something to take home.

We will definitely go back here often.
