If you're a coffee and art enthusiast then Restock might be a gem to you. Restock is like a gallery where you can appreciate every work of art. The place is very serene where you can study, work, or simply kill time and think about all your life decisions. Not even exaggerating, it is that homey.

I ordered their Hot Chocolate while Cindy S had Mocha. She fell in love with that drink immediately. One happy girl. And seeing her happy makes me happy too.

P.S. They also have cookies! 127850 And I guess they change artworks from time to time. 128513

Been wanting to visit this place since forever and I'm glad that I finally had the chance yesterday. This place is heaven for a coffee junkie and an art enthusiast like me! 128149 Too bad they already took down some of their art pieces that I wanted to see. 128546

The place is quirky and homey at the same time, perfect spot for chilling or just passing the time with friends. And I'm not even exaggerating, but they seriously have the best Mocha I've ever tasted! I was tempted to order another one! 128514

Will definitely be back soon with Norman Lester T! 1281499749

If you know me, you know I just love cookies! 127850 And I heard this place offers a good one so yeah, I had to try it. It had some sea salt in which I could taste all through out. It was served warm and yes, the choco bits were just oozing out from it. It was quite big too and chewy. Priced at P100, it was worth every peso in my opinion. I paired it with their Stock Shake which is another must-try here. It's a dirty espresso milkshake. Not sure why they call their espresso dirty but the taste was just pure bliss. For P200, it gave the coffee jolt I needed that day. And oh, I don't normally go for cold coffee concoctions but this was definitely an exception. Plus, it was really hot that day too so I deserved this. 128523

Now let me talk about the place. It really is an art gallery. They have lots of interesting pieces that are just picturesque. Its space was big enough for coffee and art lovers. It's really a good place to escape the city hustle. I couldn't imagine a place like this exists in Makati. It was like I wasn't in Makati. Haha. During the short time I was here, I got to read my chosen book of the month. I've always wanted that: some alone time with coffee and a good book. Goal achieved! Oh yeah! It was before my work shift then so you can bet that I was energized after. 128522

Restock is a hole in the wall coffee shop at Guijo, Makati. It has this cozy feels and will make you stay longer than you originally thought you'd be. This is a quiet place to study as it's a small shop with very few people. They have pizza's and basic coffees. I tried their Margherita pizza for Php 220, I think. It's a pricey, small serving of 4 slices and the serving takes time but it's worth the wait. The red sauce is sour and rich in flavor with generous serving of cheese. Oh my! I love it. The coffee is good too. We tried the short black which is smooth. They have these frames too of Disney characters and sometimes they change that to skies or anything that's for sale. This is a unique place to hangout or study or just chill. I really like it here!

This place is just instagram-worthy. Not in the mood for coffee so I got their warm chocolate drink which has 65% malagos chocolate and also a cookie to pair. I enjoyed the bitter sweet taste of the chocolate drink. It went perfectly with the setting and the chill music.

Place looks very artsy-fartsy. Some of the stuff on display appear to be for sale.

They offer coffee, tea, pizza and some cheesecakes. Prices are in the 100-200 peso range.

I settled on their long white (160 php), which I thought was okay. I also had one of their chocolate chip cookies (95 php). I liked their version as it was just the right amount of chewy and crunchy plus it had huge yummy chocolate chip bits inside and had salt sprinkled on top. Fair warning though, it can get a bit too sweet. I liked it anyway haha.

Visited Restock a few months ago with a friend because we were in for some good coffee around Makati - and we both haven’t tried it here yet so we gave it a go.

The place is a mecca of art. Everywhere you look, has something artsy to offer. They have notebooks, mugs, and lots of different art prints that would surely feed the artist in you. Most of them are for retail too, so make sure to bring some home!

I got their Long White (160php), and my friend got their Stock Shake (200php). When I took a sip of it, I was reminded by one of my favorite cafes in the South (Magnum Opus). And to my surprise, Jonathan Choi of Magnum Opus was actually sitting two seats away from me. I was unsure at first so I asked him if he was the Jonathan Choi, and he said yes. Haha! No wonder their coffee tastes so good!

I forgot if they have wi-fi. but they have plugs and they also have snacks to pair with your cup of joe. And you can also buy their coffee blend! Awesome experience, I would love to go back here soon!

After Ricing Bowl walking back to Ayala ave we pass by Guijo St since it was just around the corner. We try Restock Curiosities since I've been curious with this one since reading a review by Jayson J. It was a review about a coffee shop but the place was tagged in looloo as an Art Gallery. As an Art fanatic and at the same time a fan of great cafe. This one was immediately included on my must try list.

The place is just along the quiet street of Guijo just beside 12/10. Just from the outside it was already interesting both 12/10 restock got a beautiful look.

Inside Restock was an assortment display of art. One side was a very colorful cartoonish art while on another side was a darker art gallery. There were also different artful craft display everything got a pricetag if ever you want to buy a piece of Art. This was like going to an artfair. The beauty of the place was eye thrilling. Very instagrammable!

For coffee I tried the mocha which was absolutely great for my taste. Love that they use malagos chocolate in their mocha it just tasted great! Also learned that Jonathan Choi of Magnum Opus is the brain behind this coffee bar.

Overall the name Restock Curiosities was indeed a right name for this place. The place will restock your creative minds! Great place for Art and Coffee lover. 128518128076

Makati ang paa kaya napapunta sa makati..not
Thanks Marco Jose L for choosing this place as our meeting point. Uael C and the ever hardworking Kristin A who arrived the latest because of work.
I had the flat white.
I think it's strong. I like toby's better--even the latte art. Maryss made that art.
Every display you see inside the store is for sale. The paintings, caricatures, bags, etc.

Small place cause it can only accomodate around 5 group of 4s. The music is similar with the curator however the ambiance is super light and bright.
Sayang 12/10 was full.

Restock Curiosities is indeed an apt name for this coffee shop. We enjoyed looking through the shop's novelty items (like these awesome postcards) as much as we enjoyed drinking their coffee!

The barista was friendly enough to walk us through the different items on the menu. We ended up ordering a long white and a mocha. While he prepared our coffee, we kept ourselves preoccupied by checking out what they had on their shelves and on their walls. Aside from these postcards, they also had items like art prints, notebooks, mugs, and bags for sale, all of which are all produced by local shops. We couldn't help but admire the interiors of the place while we sipped on our cups of long white and mocha. The wall on the right was adorned with watercolor paintings and art prints. Meanwhile, the wall at the back had a mural by Elle Batung. They had the entire story of Hope for the Flowers up on the wall!

Restock recently put up something new on their walls to replace the mural and the paintings that were displayed during my last visit. I guess I have to swing by again soon to see their new walls! (And drink more of their great-tasting coffee, of course!)

Just got home from Restock to get my quick Friday night coffee fix. I just wish they close a little bit later than 10 PM. The place, the coffee and the people were all so great!

I had their Long White blend -- it was so good, I think I emptied my cup in less than 15 minutes!

Will definitely go back to this place, at an earlier time. Such a perfect place to relax and unwind after a long busy work week!

Restock Is a place of many things. Its an art gallery where you can enjoy a great cup of coffee or just sit, appreciate the art and listen to chill music. I really liked their Sidamo Brazil filter and their cold brew. The staff are friendly and know a thing about coffee and other things you want to ask and talk about. The thing I don't like is that you can hear the conversations of almost everyone in the room because the place is not that big but its not really a problem.

If you're looking for a new place to go to for great coffee and more, try to pass by and see why the place is called "Restock Curiosities".

By the way, Don't forget to get a cookie! (Its really yummy!!)

This easily became one of my favorite places! A good one to just chill and have a cup (or more) of coffee - they offer really good one! I love how relax the vibe here, with all those art - which I heard were made by young Filipino artists - surrounding you and the smell of coffee.

Staff were friendly but a little too loud. Hehe. I think they were conceptualizing about something for the gallery, so I didn't mind much (because I enjoyed OVERHEARING them lol). They have here some products too from local shops like The Lost Nomad and Nomadic Goods Co. that you can purchase.

Makati is known as one of the most busy cities in Metro Manila, the city where business establishment, call centers, or main offices are situated. But there's so much more to find in the working city. While looking for art galleries before, I saw this place called Restock, but there was not enough details about it, no reviews, no anything. So it made me think that Restock might not be a gallery worth going.

I went straight to Restock without reading reviews and viewing the photos. I just needed the address, and my feet brought me to this street called Guijo.

I'm wandering along Kamagong St., and found the street sign with "Guijo St." and I turned my way there. I was surprised to see a small place which seem like a house. From the glass door, I saw the interior and I was surprised, it is really a gallery. And when I stepped in, it is also a coffee place. I'm so happy about my feet for bringing me somewhere I know I will enjoy.

A [cute] guy barista assisted me when I made my order. I need to ask what the Tasting Menu is because I really don't have an idea what to get from their menu. The tasting menu includes Flight, Bipolar, Daily Habit, and Duet. I really felt bad not knowing the guy's name, I'm really sorry, dear.

What the barista told me is that all their coffees have two shots of espresso, their Tasting Menu is just the separation of two shots, making two different coffees for the indecisive. I picked the Bipolar which gives me a small iced latte and cappuccino.

Both coffees remind me of another coffee shop in Makati--Yardstick. I found similarities in taste, but the cappuccino in Restock keeps me at ease because of the dominant presence of strong coffee. I can say that Bipolar fits me so well because I experienced the struggle of choosing which coffee to have for the day. There is also "Flight" in the Tasting Menu, but this time, it will be three coffee with a theme. Interesting, huh. Gotta try it soon.

I also grabbed their Cookie. Why? They also offer pizzadillas, and cheesecakes in jars, but pizzadilla might be good for two persons, and I'm alone(let me remind you), and about the cheesecake, I just ate an oreo cheesecake at Central Park Cafe before heading to Restock. So, I ended up having a cookie which is a good idea.

The cookie is about three inches in diameter, and has melted chocolate chips, and I think those tiny whites on top are salt or sea salt flakes. I'm not sure. What made me love this is that the sweet and salt buds of my tongue are confusing me. It's like the first bite is sweet, the second is salty, then it's sweet, later on, it's salty again. And I love fighting flavors in my mouth. From its taste and serving, the price is reasonable.

The ambience here is one of the best I had. When I came in, I was the only costumer and there were three persons from the staff, including the barista who I thought was wearing suspenders, and the girl who was the one responsible for the wall calligraphy. I was really awed by that part of the wall, I see pure gifted talent and burning passion. I actually told myself while examing the calligraphy, "wow, writing skills goals." Just imagine the time, effort, and ink that was used to finish that, it is flabbergasting to the point that I almost doubted the hands who made it. I really think you need to see the product of Elle Batung's work.

The accommodating staff, the music, and the arsty-ness of this small room really captivated me. I wanted to stay for longer, or forever.

If I can just bring home all the paintings, I would have done it as soon as I saw the wall with different works. Aside from being decorations, they are also for sale. I'm really jealous whenever I see paintings because I don't even know how to draw an impressive house. My house is made up on a triangle, square, rectangle, and small circle. But I'm also happy, of course, knowing there are people continuing to hone their passion while sharing it to people.

As what I have said before, Restock also sells paintings... not just that! They also sell artsy things like books, notebooks, post cards, mugs, and bags. And calligraphy tools like pens and inks are also available.

This place is really something worth going, contrary to what I thought. From the ambience, to the coffee, and to the overall interior, I can honestly say this place is for people who need their comfort coffee while expressing their thoughts through their pen and paper, and also for some of the folks who were not given with calligraphy talent, but finds pleasure in seeing mismatched things come together in harmony. This is more than just an art gallery.

Expert in calligraphy or enjoying doing scribbles, this place is for people who finds pure delight with the combination of coffee and writing, with art as inspiration. Relax your inner soul in this intimate place meant for people who need something more than coffee from the mainstream.
