This is a quaint shop inside The Collective.

They have a lot of local stuff, including those for all-natural diy concotions like borax. They have tables outside their store for coffee and ice cream.

This is their salted caramel vegan ice cream. Kinda tastes like the topping you put on puto bumbong. Almost spit it out but it kinda grew on me so i ended up finishing my cup. I totally forgot vegan meant no milk, parang sorbet. A friend tried their dulce de leche (non vegan) and it was pretty good.

Went here to try the Katipunan beer. Found a lot of other cool local organic things as well! They have different kinds of things like hot sauce, vinegars (including one that's 3 years old), honey, mushroom salt, beer, rum, etc.

I also bought some hot sauce here another time. It's called "Aeta Hot Sauce: Nature On Fire". With a hot sauce with a name like that and a description like "straight from the jungle", I HAD to buy it! People who love spicy things would love this!

They don't sell your average local things here. Go here when looking for something local, interesting, different, and organic.

You have to at least stop by here and see what they have!

I strongly recommend at least dropping by and at least learning a thing or two about things we have in the Philippines! Might as well buy something also while you're there!

J'adore Ritual. It's cozy and rustic in all the right ways. They have a great selection of local organic products.
