Another thing that I want to promote, besides our very own Biak na Bato National Park, is a restaurant in the heart of San Miguel, Bulacan... Rockwood Cafe and Restaurant.
We celebrated my sister's birthday here, and it's pretty cheap. For 25 cups of rice, 2 orders of korean back ribs (in photo), 2 orders of crispy pata, 2 orders of cordon bleu, 2 orders or pork sisig, 1 whole roasted chicken, 1 order of pancit canton + 3 1.5 liters coke. We just spent 3,000! And every order is good for 3-4 persons.
The tables and chairs are made of wood but the walls are glass. It looks like antiques meet the modern (lol). There is also a big tv screen for the customers not to get bored.
Honestly, I did not expect something from here and I must say foods here are good, especially the korean back ribs and the cordon bleu.
They also have beers which you can pair with their pork sisig.
Foods are cheap yet good + the owner is accommodating.
I recommend their pork sisig!
So, if you feel like having some trek (see my previous post) and good food, visit San Miguel, Bulacan. #12Days
