It was unplanned that I dropped my daughter to school last Thursday and after that before going home , I always passed by at this Rosemarie Bakery Cafe just beside the Ateneo Grade School gate.

I'm always curious about this so I gave it a try. Good thing about this bakery cafe is that it's now crowded. They sell cakes, cupcakes, pasta, meals, sandwiches , coffee etc.

Supposed to order burger but not available so I just had the tomato spaghetti, in fairness the pasta is good, price is 120, quiet expensive for a pasta.

The place is nice if you need a place to stay especially when waiting for your kids school dismissal in school nearby. I heard their specialty here is macarons.

Had their cream of mushroom pasta (PHP100) for lunch, but not yet their desserts and coffee. This cafe is quaint and affordable, but just a bit out of the way for me. It's highly accessible coming from Marikina and the LRT2 area though. I would definitely come back.

Worth all the calories at a very affordable price! Red velvet cake is so good and their french macarons are the best! Had hazelnut praline, sea salt caramel & pistachio.

So far the best red velvet cake/cupcake I have tasted! Can't decide which is better so I must say it's equally delicious with sweet spot cafe's variant.

The cake itself is smooth, soft, and utterly moist. Garnished with a perfectly sweet cream cheese frosting and filling complemented it so much. For the price of 65, I find it completely worth every penny!

When in SM Aura, dont forget to drop by their weekend gourmet fair and look for Rosemarie's.Their melts-in-your-mouth cakes are absolutely divine.I recommend the red velvet cake!just the right amount of sweetness and the cream cheese frosting on top is just perfect!

Hate this place! Got a ticket from MMDA because the sales lady said I was not a customer. Fetched my son first so that he could choose what he wanted to eat. Crinkles was soft but very sweet. Oh well... Never coming back to this joint.

Rosemarie's Macaron is the first macaron I've tasted.

They're delightful I liked all their flavors especially the Pistachio except for the Blue one which is Mint flavor. Sorry but I'm not a fan of mint. They've got so many flavors; nutella, pistachio, mint, hazelnut and etc. (I will leave a link to their FB page) :)

Anyway, my ate got this for us as a pasalubong, I think she got it in Rockwell during some event; I don't know now if its still available there but you can still order; here's their FB page (https://www.facebook.com/pages/Rosemaries-Cakes-Chocolates-Confections/175691749134379).

Try it and ENJOY! :)

Rosemarie’s were one of the stall offering french macarons at the Robinsons Magnolia, and because of my personal quest to find one of the best macarons in Manila, I just had to try it.

Rosemarie’s not only sells french macarons, they also sell cakes, themed cakes, cookies, brownies etc. And I saw those cuddly bear macarons, OHMYGAWD! It looked so adorable! But that’s another story. For now let’s focus on the goodies that I tried.

It look’s good enough to eat actually, well except for the fact that the macarons are not equally sized. Some are wide and thin, while others are a bit smaller and tall. Sorry, but I like my macarons of equal sizes. 128517

My favorite flavors are:
Hazelnut Praline
It does look pretty, with those studded hazelnut bits on top. I can taste the nutty fragrant hazelnut flavor more than scooping a spoonful of Nutella from the jar. Perhaps they added real hazelnut to this? It's really good!

Salted Caramel kids
I love those 2 different colored macaron shells! And finally! a flavor that delivered! The caramel flavor was there with that saltiness that takes the sweetness to another level.

Dulce de Leche
is the moist version of Yema, it was solid but chewy soft enough...like soft candy with a 65% malagos chocolate.

Chocolate Ganache
It was good with a slight bitter kick. This is definitely for all chocoholics out there who loves the rich and strong choco flavor vs the kid-friendly milky and creamy ones.

Strawberry White Chocolate & Orange Dark Ganache
Both are fruity, tart and just the right sweetness to bring oohs and aahs with every bite.

Peppermint White Chocolate
It had a refreshing taste, the reason why my sister loved this flavor.

Box of 12 - Php 480

My French macaron cravings have finally been satisfied. Even if I only just had one of these. They're too pretty to eat anyway! But OMG. I want to try more of those macarons and cakes!
Catch them at Robinsons Magnolia LG/F
Friday - Sunday
10am - 10pm

I'm reviewing this under their Katipunan branch although I bought in Rockwell. Their macarons at P45 are sulit! They're not all air and you can differentiate the different flavors, something most local macarons can't achievr. Chewy but melts in your mouth. 128077128077128077

I've been a Rosemarie's fan ever since i randomly chanced upon them in a weekend market thing in Trinoma!! Now they have a tiny shop in katipunan and i'm just super happy that i can get my macaron fix anytime i wantb (Also, yes i totally requested for this place to e added in looloo)

What i really hate is when a macaron is all air and tastes dry. Rosemarie's macarons always taste amazing at 40php a pop! The nutella flavor is my personal favorite together with the speculoos one and the salted caramel!

Definitely a must try! 128525
