It was a rainy night when hubby insisted on trying a restaurant that opened just a couple of months ago in Better Living. I was hesitant to do so but the hubby was just so giddy I couldn't say no.

Roviliaz had a nice all white interior, decent furnishing and fixtures. We tried the following ---

Adobong Puti - adobo cooked in vinegar, without soy sauce. It was pretty good - flavorful and oily LOL. But the serving was too small for the price of more than 200php and the meat pieces were not choice cuts since they had a lot of fat in them.

Pesto - THE SADDEST PESTO EVER! Gosh! Pasta was overcooked, it was dry in general and it lacked some saltiness. I asked them to do it all over again but when they gave the plate back, it got worse!

Chicken Barbecue - the only sulet meal for the night. It was well marinated, sweet and salty, and was grilled perfectly.

I didn't like the experience here and swear that I will not come back ever! See, they have a lot of staff and they tend to group together when an order is ready to be served. Maybe there were about 10 crew members doing nothing! Then when you call out for help, they wouldn't notice!

Another bad thing was the manager or maybe owner. He didn't mind being seen by customers as he joyously eat his burger, bought from a stall outside the restaurant. He was loud and not minding the customers at all.

Gah! Being on soft opening is not an excuse for such bad service, ambiance and food 128548
