I dont like this hotel at all. Broken telephone line, sucky wifi signal, and limited food choices in their unli buffet. This will be my first and last stay here I think.

Beautiful hotel. Love the elevator design!!! We only visited the pool area to take some pictures :-( Haven't really had time to explore the hotel amenities. But our room was okay. Comfortable and homey. When we stayed there I remember I got sick and I only ordered a room service food for my dinner and it was delicious.

I would only be rating their unli buffet.

And because it was unli, pig out madness at our fingertips. For my first breakfast here I almost tried everything! Haha I had my meal: different viand + rice and soup, cereal and fruits on the side. The food was delicious enough although I didn’t particularly like their sausage. It wasn’t the kind of sausage I was used to. The rest was good and satisfying. I am a Koko Crunch lover soooo.. I had a number of refills. The milk isn’t a fresh one though, it wasn’t very creamy. The brewed coffee is good!

The setup of the buffet was nice. The staff were friendly too. :D

Food takes forever but taste is satisfactory. A little pricey for simple meals.

Saved by the breakfast. Classic chicken inasal was the label. Looking like a pale adobo with sauce, called for a second round with eggs and garlic rice.

Back in 1998 this hotel had the makings of a major 5 star hotel. Today, maintaining it most probably taken its toll as the venue is due for major changes.

In this visit aline i transfered rooms twice because the aircon was defective. I remember transfering once before bec of the cR that cannot bw flushed. One thing leads to another and i am sad that this hotel is now in that state.

Decent business hotel in the centre of Davao. Shows its age but rooms are nice and staff is very accommodating.
Very competitively priced (half price of Marco Polo).

Make sure you book with breakfast buffet. The buffet is excellent but when not included in booking hits home at PHP500/person.
If you didn't book with breakfast, stay with the regular, typical breakfast options which are large enough and between 170 (3 egg omelet with toast and coffee) and 300 for the more extensive international breakfast options.

Stay away from the Spaghetti Carbonara in the hotel restaurant. Worst.carbonara.ever.
