OH GOOD LORD WOULD YOU LOOK AT THAT????

I had the Oh Crab Lah wrap (250php) and it was amazing 128557128557 Did not expect it to be that huge but I finished it on my own.... which I think was not healthy? LOL. Anywho, you could really tell that the veggies were fresh and the crabstick meat was of high quality! I did not feel the "kick" at all so I opted to add Tabasco.

My friend got the Geisha salad and added chicken (310php). I wasn't really impressed with it, but it's not bad either. It was designed for vegetarians though so I guess it's not for me.

All in all, i loved it!!! I seriously can have it every day and not complain. Wish they'd have a branch somewhere in the North!

Take 2 on my salad stop review. I don't know what happened to my last review haha. My bad. 128517

For those who want to have a light and yet healthy dinner and if you want to feel the power of fiber the next day this is your stop. 128516

It is located right across Gloria Maris greenhills. Parking is difficult in this place since they have around 6-8 slots available. You can park in the basement of the greenhills shopping mall right below Gloria Maris.

Upon entering the shop, one could notice the vegetables that looks fresh. They have a simple interior that would make you feel relax and the staff were nice and willing to help. You can also customize your salad in any way you can.

Go geisha in a wrap was what I ordered. It combines the freshness of the vegetables with a twist of Mexican dish. The vegetables where crunchy and the soba noodles compliment the dish perfectly.

Iron "wo" man in a bowl. Well this dish made the wrap look very small. The vegetables were fresh and crunchy as well. However, the addition of feta cheese makes it quite heavy to eat and making it tiresome to eat.

I would recommend that you order 2 different kinds of salad with a friend and share the salad with each other. 128514

When you say healthy, there are a few places that i can name, and here's a total guarantee you'll get all the health that you're looking for. Not my first time but am glad to tell you about this big bird salad.

128204128525 big bird
Thanks Mary Love S for this suggestion, i was about to choose go geisha but then server recommended big bird as well if i am not THAT a vegetarian. Originally got romaine, smoked turkey, avocado, green apples, celery, red grapes and ranch dressing. But then the avocados were out of stock so they let me choose another fleshy fruit.
Mangoes. Too powerful. But then it jived with the ranch dressing which i like--more than the Jai-Ho's spiced indian yoghurt dressing.
Celeries. If you're not a celery eater, don't get this but if you wanna learn eating this veggie, this might be a good lesson because the green apples does cover up the eeky celery taste.
Turkey. Oh man. Smoked and cubed. I thought i was eating a hotdog because of its salty flavor!! But then far be it to think that it's a processed meat! Lets be wholesome. Hehe

Again the serving was abundant. Oh salad stop please open here in the north and don't open near an ice cream shop or desserts place lol. 128513128540

I just wish salad stop would open a branch near the north--is this their nearest branch? 128550

I was actually suppose to try carousel alone tonight, but since i saw this too, why not have something light?
128204 jai ho.
I was wrong about something light. This is a bit heavy for me. (For someone not really hungry) my option is to choose between nicoise and jai ho, but the server recommended this to me.
What made it heavy were the chickpeas, potatoes and chicken tandoori. All healthy greens like the romaine, cherry tomatoes, capsicum, and cucumbers were just in a way real healthy fillers. The indian spiced yoghurt did not taste yoghurt at all cause it's spicy.

The bowl seems never-ending. I just kept munching and munching looking at carousel and thinking.. "Man, ndi pa ba mauubos ito?!"

Gym goers are natural customers here. There's anytime fitness upstairs kasi. CR? I did not see any. The ambiance is super bright similar to sprout. Btw, internet sucks here. 128518128541128518

Healthy eating can't get any better with Salad Stop's filling treats. Salad Stop has been my current go-to place on "healthy-eating" days. Among their offerings, I'm loving and have been coming back for any of these signature salads:

Tuna San: love the fresh crunchy romaine, mixed with the fresh & nutty edamame beans, creamy avocado, sweet cherry tomatoes, tarty-sweet mandarin oranges, sesame seed, and deliciously seasoned seared tuna chunks all tossed with the sweet-spicy-salty Wasabi Honey Soy Dressing.

Omega 3 Baby: love the mix of arugula and romaine greens, with smoked salmon, broccoli florets, cherry tomatoes, sweet red beets, sunflower seeds tossed with tangy-sweet Balsamic Soy Vinaigrette.

Jai Ho: a perfect choice for me when I want a healthy creamy-starchy salad and need some healthy carbo loading. Love the fresh romaine mixed with tandoori chicken chunks, potato, chickpeas, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, cucumbers tossed with a creamy & lightly spicy Indian Yoghurt Dressing.

Healthy eating doesn't end with just their salads. When a sweet tooth craving during those "diet" days arise, Salad Stop's Carrot Cake and Raspberry Quinoa Cookies have been my quick fix.

I liked the fact that their salad menu show the calorie content of each choice. More so, when I'm monitoring my nutrition intake, I found that the calorie count mobile app that I use reflects the nutritional content of the salad flavors that I love (showing the calories, carbs, fats, and protein count). So happy to discover that the yummy salad flavors did pack quite a high amount of protein. More than just eating healthy, quite perfect if you're into the body/muscle-conditioning thingee. And most importantly, a serving of their Signature Salads is quite filling.

This Singaporean Food Chain - Salad Stop I must say is to die for. I rarely eat healthy so I was afraid to try this at first. I ordered the COBB WRAP which is a classic salad with egg, bacon, chicken wrapped in tortilla. It's so freakin good and if I could eat food like this every single day, i would. Surprisingly, i felt full right away after eating the first half of the wrap. I rarely get full right away cause i'm a heavy eater, never felt so good and full at the same time. Hindi bloated ang feeling, so good!!!
For P250 this is a bit pricy if you plan to eat it frequently, but for small tummies like me kaya na pang lunch and dinner ung one order.

I have not tried their youghurt for dessert pero it looks so good! Nagccrave ako and I could imagine eating those for breakfast. They also have carrot cakes, acai banana cales, fig bars, mango and raspberry quinoa cookies. Oh so good!

Will definitely come back :)

Dining in the nicer restaurants often indulges you with the better types of food - and these dishes are a lot of times very sinful. 128513 still doesn't stop us from eating them since they're really good!

So, the wife and I now have a mandatory stop every now and then to "counter-act" the sinfulness. Regular salad days!

We've been doing this since last year, and while learning to eat salad as a whole meal takes getting used to - I'm very thankful that there's now the likes of Salad Stop!

Pictured is my DIY salad with extra mushroom soup on a lemon and oil dressing. I usually take ripe and green mango, pomelo, corn and carrots on the lettuce base. Surprised myself then that the salad can actually fill you up and it really does make you go through that detox step you need regularly. (Besides, you can tell when you do #2 the next morning that the salad was really effective!)

Salad stop is our default salad place, with Juju as the 2nd. The type of dressing available sort of dictates which place we'll go to. So I guess it depends what the tastebuds of my wife prefer for that time on which one we will go to!

Salad is still by default expensive for what you're eating but they do have to maintain the freshness of the veggies. I can imagine the rate of spoilage that they have.

But good salad over-all, makes you do your regular detox easier, so this will really be a usual stop for us!

One of my favorites at Salad Stop, Jai Ho!, paired with Seafood Chowder. I needed a quick meal since I was pressed for time for another engagement, and since all other restaurants were full, I decided to go again for another stop for salad. Always in wraps, since I like eating with my hands. The Tandoori chicken and the chickpeas were awesome with the Romaine, tomatoes and Indian yoghurt dressing, and the spice was just right enough. To make it more exciting, I added a bit more of the Tabasco! Perfect! The serving size was so huge, I needed to bring the other half home.

In order to change we must be sick and tired of being sick and tired. Such powerful words from a restaurant that is advocating to eat wide awake.

I got myself a Jai Ho wrap, because I wanted to live on the edge and add that extra 200 calories to my lunch. This has chicken, chick peas, and Indian spice yogurt. I haven't ordered any other variant except for this one. Though I've tried the others from tasting from my lunch dates, this is my default order as this has the lowest calories on the menu.

The wrap was properly made. Powerplant is so terrible with wrapping, so I was happy my food was intact.

Water is available on the counter, as well as granola and yogurt. No soda here, after all, why eat healthy and ruin it with a glass of sugar water?

This is half the size of the BGC branch. Wasn't full earlier and there wasn't any queue, but people came in steadily. Chairs are different from the Glorietta branch. I wanted to try Dohtonbori on the 2F but I just needed to lessen my calorie intake from Christmas feasting and I wanted to indulge in Carousel next door. Very limited parking in front. You can opt to park in the Connecticut parking structure if there's space there, not that far of a walk. This is right behind Gloria Maris.

Shoutout to bushy eyebrowed smiling face Cid! He offered me ice for my water, which BGC has never given me despite me asking. He even went back to refill my glass. No love to the spaced out cashier. I received no "thank you" for my order, demanded "250" like I was wasting her time. She should learn how to smile, like Cid. I came in today, around 12NN.

Yay, more Salad Stop branches means easier ways to get my Cobb Salad fix 128541

This branch right across Gloria Maris was empty when we got there, which is weird since the BGC branch has the longest line ever. I guess Greenhills people haven't discovered it yet?

Anyways, the Cobb wrap was good as usual. Suggestion: have them replace the red onions with grapes. 128077🏼
