After pigging out...I decided I needed to balance out all the sinful things I've eaten. Back to Salad Stop for me!

I decided to go for their classic Cobb Salad in a wrap. It was good but it was heavier than the Man-go Wild wrap I usually get. So it was good that they ask you if you want to cut the wrap in half. I saved the half for an afternoon snack. 128077🏼

I also got their Blueberry Greek Yogurt. For a healthy dessert, since it's Greek yogurt, it was quite sweet. Probably because of the blueberry puree and the sweetener at the bottom (which I'm guessing is honey?)

With December coming so close and the trip to El Nido also creeping in, I really want to get as close as I can to a beach body. 128514

So I decided to give Salad Stop! a shot. I remember it being pricey that's why I always opt for the closer and cheaper alternative Go! Salad.

I remember that I didn't like their salad as much and it seemed way easier to eat it as a wrap so I got the Man-go Wild salad wrap. I forgot I didn't like red onions so I didn't ask them to remove it. 128517 I painfully removed all those I could see while eating.

Overall, the Man-go Wild was a good flavor for me! I liked having the crab sticks! Hehe! 128540

A new stop in Leviste! Aside from the famous toasted siopao in the area, this salad is a must!

I was surprise by the big servings of their take out salad. Wow! Love their salad especially when it has mango toppings. I super loved it!

Vegetables were fresh. Serving is generous. Taste was awesome.

Thank you!

Their takeout container is pretty neat and reuseable. Serving size didn't change even if you had the meal taken out.

Feel like eating healthy food so hubby and I went to Salad Stop near our office to try it for the first time. I had hail ceasar salad with grilled chicken (P310) and he had Oh crab lah wrap (P250). We also ordered pink panther smoothie (strawberry & banana) for P150. Find it a bit expensive but you are paying for the quality so okay na rin. I like both the salad and the wrap. Downside is the waiting time, took about 15-20mins for our order to be ready.

Met up with the Makati peeps for lunch last week, we hardly get to see Chichi T during our regular lunch dates so when she requested to have lunch here last Friday, we (Carla M, Yina M & moi) had no choice but to say yes 128517 we were also lucky enough to see the ever busy Dastine S, who dropped by for about all of 20 minutes to say hi 🙄

This time I opted to Create my own salad because I didn't like everything they put in my Go Geisha Salad the last time I was here... With Create your own salad, You get to choose 8 toppings (out of 35) Choice of wrap or salad, choose your greens & pick your dressing...

I chose Romaine lettuce for my greens & balsamic soy vinaigrette for my dressing. For the toppings, I went with some mango, grapes, cherry tomatoes, celery, soba noodles, broccoli, mandarin orange & pomelo... Then I added some crabstick & smoked salmon (paid extra for these) Ended up with a bill of about 400+ 128514 Quite steep for a salad but I got to have everything I liked in it... 128517 As you can see, it's a huge bowl and good enough for sharing...

My favorite salad place and my go to place if i want to eat something healthy.

Teemee T and I agreed to order the cobb salad and their soup of the day which is beef goulash on our last visit. For our drinks, we tried the yellow mellow smoothie.

The cobb salad was delicious and flavorful. It had grilled chicken chunks, romaines, cheese, egg, cherry tomato, red onions. It was supposed to have avocado but it wasn't available so we had it changed to pomelo instead. The dressing for the salad was ranch. Over all i'd give it a 5 star :) we also requested the greens to be finely chopped. The bread stick included in the salad was also good.

The beef goulash was beef (but very small portions) with carrots and potatoes in tomato soup. The tomato had a very strong distinct smell and taste.

For the yellow mellow smoothie, it was very sour. I couldn't sip continuesly because it was sour. Ingredients are fresh passion fruit, mango, pineapple and on top some chai seeds. Although the ice wasn't blended very well, I was expecting a more finely crushed ice since it was a smoothie.

Adequately priced and vegetables are really fresh, i can even split one serving into two -- for breakfast and lunch!

Favorite is the jai ho but i replace the cucumber and potato with asparagus and red beans

I've been here several times given the proximity to the office, and i gotta admit, i was never once disappointed... impressed even! Impressed at how something as deceivingly light like a salad and/or wrap can get so delicious and filling!

Well, the menu pictures and descriptions look really appetizing at first glance. And does help to see how they put together your salad or wrap of choice in an organized assembly line. My favorites would be the 'Oh Crab Lah', 'Jai Ho', 'Iron (Wo)Man', and the 'Go Geisha' whether in salad or wrap form. Veggies are fresh and crisp, the dressings used are flavorful and unique, and the combination of ingredients are spot on. 128076

Would also recommend their greek yogurt. So very very good with fruit jam and granola on top! A fittingly fit end to a fit meal. 128517

This is my 2nd time on this place and they never failed to amuse me. I first ordered Jai Ho, the one on the picture is Ceasar Salad (can't remember the exact name)

Even you're not a veggie/salad lover, yoooooooooou'll love this place, a bit expensive though, but that's fine cause it's worth the price..

Most of us have the yearly new year's resolution of losing weight but never really follow through. Well, that's the case with K and I. Hahaha!

We actually started it right by just having salads for dinner. We're losing track of our resolution now, though. 128517

I got their Jai Ho! salad (P260) which has romaine, tandoori chicken, potato, chickpeas, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, cucumber, and their Indian Spiced Yogurt dressing. I really loved the salad but maybe I'll have the bell peppers replaced with chickpeas or potatoes on my next visit. Downside? It's 359kcal. 128557 I actually chose this salad because it was one of the salads that had the lowest calorie count.

I can't really remember what K had, but it was also good. And packed with a lot of calories 128557 Sana nag burger nalang kami HAHAHAHA!!!

Things they should improve on:
128204breadsticks. IT WAS SO HARD I FELT LIKE MY TEETH WOULD CRACK 128553
128204not drowning the salad with dressing. When K was finished with his salad, he was left with a bowl that's about almost half-filled with dressing. 128529

Ordered Oh Crab Lah salad to go which was 260 pesos. It was a spicy salad but I kept eating it! As usual, the serving was huge I ate it for 2 meals. Love it! Coming back to try other salads. 10084

Went out with Yina M for lunch the other week and I agreed right away when she suggested we meet at Salad Stop. Trying my best to eat healthy to make up for the sinful stuff I ate (and will be eating) during the Holidays. 128517

I didn’t check the menu anymore while waiting for Yina since I already knew what to order. But when I looked at the menu while queuing, I was bummed to find out that they removed my favorite Sunshine Manila wrap (and salad) from their menu. 128557 Went back to our table and it took me a while to think what I'd get. I was torn if I should order the Cobb Salad wrap which I tried from their BGC branch before, or try a new wrap. I ended up ordering the Hail Caesar Wrap but instead of caesar dressing, I replaced it with balsamic soy vinaigrette.

The wrap was generously filled with romaine, parmesan, egg, and bacon. I was pretty good. It kept me full but not for long. I was starting to feel hungry around 3PM. Lesson learned-- always add meat or protein, or brown rice. Haha! This one had bacon but I barely tasted it. 128514

Ever since the doctor told me to watch my sugar intake, I've been searching for alternatives to rice.

Thank God this was super close to my office. Based on the reviews I tried The Cobb.

Service was quick and the staff was friendly. As for my order, it really served up to me expectations. The wrap was filling, the dressing was not overwhelming.

It was so good that even my officemate who hates veggies liked it when she had a taste.

I am BACK! With a vengeance, mind you! I guess it's all due to the hunger from a shoot we had.

Salad stop is open on the weekend! So it helps solve my meal problems if i want something fresh, fast, healthy and near. I love their wraps!! LOVE!!! The toasted wrap makes a difference and adds to the already crunchy veggies.

This time i ordered two wraps to go. Since there was no one behind me, it gave me the opportunity to read everything and consider my selection. Oh, Crab Lah is my favorite and that was an easy decision. The second wrap took me a while to think so i looked at all the trays and asked where the soba went in, it was with the Go Geisha. Boom! Ordered a Go Geisha wrap, too. Each wrap is P250 each.

My dinner and midnight snacks are ready! So i had one half of each wrap. I started with Go Geisha so that i could end with something familiar and liked.

The Go Geisha was too ma-gulay for me. It had edamame that provided me extra crunch and protein. I liked the flavor the corn also provided. Made them switch the carrot to additional
Soba, but that wasn't much. I need this fiber in preparation for tomorrow's food binge!

Oh, Crab Lah still gives me a different high! I can't pinpoint exactly what i like but the combination of the sauce, veggies, crabstick and even the vermicelli makes this wrap very tasty!

I haven't gotten around to trying their other healthy snacks. For now, i'm sticking to the wraps! Yes, i will be back!!

For the nth time, found myself back at Salad Stop for lunch. It was Chichi T's first time to try it since she always can't make it whenever NB peeps would meet up here for lunch. Kirby G followed after his meeting. 128522

Yep, you guessed it right. I ordered my favorite Sunshine Manila Wrap again but this time, I added diced ripe mangoes. The combination worked well. The mangoes added a touch of sweetness to this healthy wrap. 128539 I finished the whole wrap and it kept me full until dinner without making me feel bloated.

Chichi had the Oh Crab Lah Wrap and a Sunshine Manila Salad for Kirby (additional carbs daw kasi yung pang-wrap!) 128530 But Kirbs was bitin with his salad so he got a pack of cassava chips and munched on it non-stop while we where chatting. Carbs pala ha! 128514

Still waiting for Salad Stop to offer delivery service in nearby offices. I always crave for a salad but too lazy to walk to Palanca. 128542

This is my second time to order and I ordered the Oh Crab Lah wrap for 250 pesos. The Oh Crab Lah is made up of romaine, crab sticks, croutons, red onions, vermicelli, cherry tomatoes, eggs and Singapore chili crab dressing.

But before I go on with the review of my order, I want to share my experience on their C. Palanca branch. The place was well lit and I felt somehow calm when I entered. Feel good music was playing, too.Their staff were all smiles and kept saying thank you! I even saw the one who gave my order dance. I would have eaten my order there if I weren't rushing.

So here goes. At first I was having second thoughts on the Oh Crab Lah because it may be too spicy for my taste. But I was proven wrong. The chili dressing had just the right amount of kick without making you drink water after each bite! The salad wrap was huge I think it can be a substitute for one meal which is very nice.

I had mine cut in two and by the time I finish the first half, I feel full. But that did not stop me from finishing the other half! The only con I would say are the red onions. They had the tendency of overpowering the overall taste of the wrap when you are almost finish eating. I would have given it 5 stars if they used white onions.

Overall, I will come back to try the other salads/wraps and maybe buy the Oh Crab Lah with lesser onions. Nice to know that eating healthy does not mean eating bland food and not feeling full! 10084

Been eating unhealthy and sinful food due to the APEC holidays, so Teemee T and i decided to have healthy, hearty and light dinner tonight.

We ordered an omega 3 which we split into 2. It was vinaigrette base dressing with salmon slices. I like how the leafy salad looks enticing and how it is sliced properly so it can be chewed easier. They also remove the stem (according to them) of the vegetable so that it can be eaten easier. I also like the breadstick although its small.

We also planned to order soup but it wasn't available. So instead we ordered the mango oats. It was also delicous and we shared it.

I ordered their sunshine manila salad priced at 520. The menu showed salads are at 260 pesos each(my order was for 2 servings for myself) and 250 for wraps. You can even make your own salad or wrap. They also have kale chips and quinoa cookies!

The sunshine manila salad in my opinion is their version of Pancake House's fiesta taco salad. It has brown rice, salad greens, tomatoes and chippy (?) with lime dressing I guess. After finishing the salad, I was not full but not hungry either. I ate around 5 PM and didn't feel hungry even past dinner time. Their version is more sour though than that of Pancake House which is why I am giving it 4/5 stars.

Overall, I would recommend this place and will definitely come back to try their wraps. Healthy and delicious without making you feel like you didn't eat anything. 128077🏼
