On my first visit, I got their Churros con Chocolate to go since we were rushing for a movie screening. They gave me too little chocolate dip which left me munching on plain churros. When we went back to Eastwood City weeks later for another late night movie screening, I decided to visit Sancho once again. I had this theory that there would be more chocolate dip if you opt to dine in instead.

One order of classic churros with chocolate dip, dine in. To my delight, there was more chocolate dip this time! Placed in a small mug, the dip was thick and had the right sweetness. It's definitely tablea based. I was one happy kid! I could definitely say that Sancho's Churros are the ultimate bang for your buck!

Just a little warning though, their churros are a little oily.

I also tried their Choco de Leche Cake - 75php per slice. It looked so good! Thick Dulce de Leche frosting, milk chocolate shavings, two layers of chocolate cake --- I think I expected too much. It was just okay.

I don't know what's wrong but it tasted like it was baked days ago. It was moist and the cake layers were thick but not as chocolaty as it looked like. I loved the idea of the caramel-like filling in between the cake layers but it was too sweet. There was also something odd with the Dulce de Leche frosting.

Will definitely stick with just their Churros next time. Maybe I can try their eclairs next time.

Was really glad to see a Churreria last night in the cinema area of Eastwood City Walk. I have never head about Sancho so I didn't know what to expect but still went for it.

Churros Con Chocolate for only 95php, quite a steal! Got one order to go and it was handed to me in a paper bag. Freshly made churros and a warm chocolate dip. Let me tell you this - Dulcinea's Churros is my ULTIMATE FAVORITE and I always tend to compare. Seeing Sancho and trying it out had me thinking of Dulcinea the whole time because they had the same tear drop shape, almost the same size and no dusting of sugar. The churros were crunchy outside but soft inside.

The chocolate dip had dark chocolate in it. It's not runny but not too thick. Just the right consistency to coat the churros properly. It's chocolatey and not too sweet and almost like Dulcinea's only that the latter is better and has a richer consistency and chocolate flavor.

I would have rated this 4 stars coz I enjoyed my first two Churro pieces and 95Php for 5 with the dip is not bad at all BUT THEN the chocolate dip given was too little! It was actually the first time that I didn't have any chocolate dip left and I was just on my 3rd churro! Imagine the horror! Was not able to ask for more since it was very late already and I was already inside the cinema 🙄

If not for the chocolate dip disaster, this would do as a sub if I'm badly craving for Churros and there's no Dulcinea around.

Before leaving town, I decided to make a quick stop at Sancho's for a snack. Best decision I've made that day, ha ha ha ha!

Damn those Churros were good (even tho I waited for 5-10 mins)! Not too oily and it's crisp to perfection! Oh and that Tablea Chocolate?? DIVINE! For PHP95, sobrang solid na!

Thank you so much for the tip, Casey D and Patrick V! Ang saya ko lang noong time na yun. HA HA HA HA!

Discovered this little hidden gem via Casey D ! Haha.

Today, I was asked to report to Eastwood instead of Uptown and this made me extremely happy kahit mas malayo from our place because honestly, Eastwood has so much to offer in terms of food choices!

Anyway, ordered their churros which is so affordable at P95! At first ate told us we'd have to wait 10minutes. We said yes. But after a while she said that they had to change the mix kasi hindi na daw pwede kaya gagawa pa ng new batch. We said it's fine. So I kinda expected a lot since we're getting fresh ones! Haha. The chocolate was a little dark, sort of like a tablea kaya hindi nakakaumay. And the churros were not oily at all! Awesome. 128522

I saw on their display that they also have cream puffs, brazo and a cake. 128077

Looking for Churros place in Eastwood.. we have La Lola and surprisingly, there is Sancho churreria manila hidden near Citywalk's cinema. I love their churros! It's crunchy on the outside and not oily!!!! Their chocolate is good tooo, they use dark chocolate so this one is not too sweet. 128077 I'll choose this than the one nearby and it's cheaper too. Only 95php for 5 pcs tear drop shaped churros with small cup of chocolate dip. 128521 We also tried their Choco de leche cake. 1 slice costs php75. It's a moist chocolate cake with custard cream filling covered with caramel. It's soooo sweet but I like it! Ate server is really quick in giving water. Haha 128077128077128077 They only have seats/tables that can accomodate 8 people. They also offer rice meal and pastas. Ate server is nice and quite friendly. 128516
