Sasam's is this quiet, simple, and unassuming place in City Times Square by Parkmall in Cebu. Amidst the drinking places and clubs that are in the area, finding a quiet and relaxing spot was a surprise.

I liked the feel of Sasam's. Dichromatic colors, simple furniture and decor, and a place where you can discuss, relax, or work. Admittedly, this place keeps out the noise from the surrounding areas pretty well.

Price-wise, pretty good. Cheaper than other coffee places. Coffee is quite good for the atmosphere and price you're paying. Also, service is excellent. I had a hay fever during my visit, so I was sneezing like crazy, and was asking for a lot of water. The people here were really attentive and kept refilling my glass. If ever I had an issue here, it would be that the size of the water glass was too small, just a little bit bigger than the size of a shot glass. They're also quite efficient, quickly cleaning up after leaving customers.

Definitely a good place to hang out with friends if you're in this area of Cebu.

This coffee shop is a great place to chillax. With available outlets for charging and a cozy ambience.

And the staffs are so polite and helpful. They treat you as if it's not your first time here because when I approached the counter, the cashier asked if I would like to have the usual which I answered honestly that it was my first time.

She then offered me their best sellers and student's favorites not that I am complaining but I am really old to be considered a student. Hahaha.

So I ordered fudge brownie with vanilla ice cream which is really really really good. Hahaha. I also tried their Passion Fruit Melting Moment which was a mixture of both sweet and sour but not a personal favorite though. Hahaha.

New on the menu was Matcha Gone Bananas which is a green tea Frappe but with a Banana twist. It was a bit unusual for me but in a good way. Caramel Macchiato was not bad too.

To top it all, I got a 10% discount coupon on my next visit because I shared in instagram the pics of what I've ordered (cafe's ongoing promo to invite more followers in Instagram).

Isn't it amazing? Isn't it surprising? Isn't it? Hahaha.
