Sauceria is like everything rolled in to one. They have different kinds of food and that usually clashes but here it all comes together. My favorite is the ricelet! Flavourful serving of meat rice balled and wrapped/covered by egg. And you can never go wrong with Guyabano Ice cream for dessert-handmade by the owner's partner herself. I always get the ice cream everytime I visit!

An artisan restaurant; they bake their own bread, they make their own sauces from scratch, even their yogurt, mayonnaise, ketchup and so much more. For me it's the type of restaurant that was made out of passion rather than for business.
Food: Try the Tuna Tataki or the Beef Tenderloin Tataki. It's encrusted with spices then seared, crunchy on the outside then medium rare-rare on the inside. The side salad was fresh & crisp, and the dressing was sweet & tangy. Other must try dishes would be the French Onion soup, Chilli Con Carne (the sauce is sooo rich and flavorful) and their smoothies.
Ambience: had this retro-cool-techno vibe, artsy interiors, perfect for a dinner for two or a small group of friends.
Service: very attentive and knowledgeable staff, even the guard was nice.
Price: Affordable. 300-500+ per person.
