Don't know what to do this summer? Try something new!128522

After going on an almost 3-week break, I'm back to the pole.10084️ I learned from ate Mary, our studio's secretary we will be having a recital by June. The show will be showcasing all dance classes at SPA--ballet, hiphop, pole dancing, jazz, etc.128077

For those who would want to try it, we have a free one trial session. Just give them a call and they would be more than happy to accommodate you. For busy people like me, there's an unlimited classes pass for 1 week for only 790php.

And yes, they accept male students (as you can see in the picture).128516128077

I've been pole dancing for 2 months now, and I must say that I'm addicted to it!128518 (Pardon if this sounds like an ad. I just want to share my experience hehehe 128516)

Before enrolling, I was able to join the class for free. They offer free trial class to those who want to try it before enrolling. At first I was so intimidated, I felt like everyone else was so good. I do have a background in dancing but I'm not as flexible as everyone else. Good thing my classmates and teacher were very supportive. When I wasn't sure of what I was doing, they were there to help me. After that trial class, I decided to enroll.

Out of 3 pole classes, I only attend 2-- pole dancing and pole fitness. I haven't tried the spinning pole yet 'coz I kinda have motion sickness. Classes are every M-T-W-Th-Sa. At first I had really A LOT of bruises, and my body was so sore; but as I attend class it felt like I was slowly becoming immune to the pain. Though some tricks can be really painful but eventually I got used to the pain. I felt so much better about myself.128522

The place is just enough for 10 people at the most per pole class. They have 5 poles which can be shared by 2 people at a time. Usually we are 5-6 people in a class, sometimes less. Less people = more time to practice.128077

They have a promo: 3000/unlimited for 1 month. Their regular rate is 2800/8 classes or 400-450/walk-in (I forgot the exact rate). I enrolled for the unlimited. Mas sulit.128076

Btw, the studio also has ballet classes for kids, figure skating off-ice, TRX, and Krav Maga, and dance classes. I haven't tried the other classes though I would really want to learn ballet to gain flexibility (again). Hahaha128516
