My office mates were raving about a new korean ramen place opening nearby and we went to check it out. I was surprised that it was just packed instant noodles. Here are the steps on how to get your customized ramen:

How to order:
Step 1
Select your choice of ramyun. Prices range from P100 to P130 depending on the type of noodles. Ramyun comes with free iced tea and side dish (kimchi or radish).

Step 2
You may add cheese, rice or egg, as preferred.
Egg P15
Rice P20
Cheese P20

Step 3

I got Shin Ramyun [P100] with egg [P15]. The set came with a glass of iced tea and a small serving of kimchi. I liked how they served it in a small pot. It's really adorable. As for the taste, it's just like regular instant noodles. They egg was cooked whole though. They literally drop the raw egg inside without even stirring it 128514

This place is recommended for those who are too lazy to cook their own ramen. But as for me, I'd rather save my money and cook my own.

Enjoyed my Korean snack here in SeCham. Located in Makati walkway from Enterprise tower going Grernbelt. The place is a cute korean store that cook korean noodles of your choice. I love the Spicy Ramyun Squid noodles with added cheese and egg. It was a bit spicy but the cheese helped to lighten the spicyness. The seafood flavor of the soup is much better compared to the more frequent spotted Ramyun Meat noodles in grocery store. The noodle also come with a glass of icedtea and kimchi. Not bad for 115PHP plus 20 and 15 for additional cheese and egg. We also tied the korean beverage they have. I tried the Milkis milk soda. It tasted like McFloat hehe not bad. 128522

Overall the place is a nice place to have your spicy korean noodles instead of cooking it at home or in the pantry. You'll also love the music here if you're a fan of kdrama and kpop. Strong Woman ost was playing on our visit haha.. 9996

There was one random day I had to eat lunch alone because I had back to back meetings so I ended up in Secham again. 128514

Korean instant noodles with egg plus a banana milk after the meal. Hehehe. I also ended up buying this "square rice". 128514 It's spam, kimchi rice and scrambled egg shaped into a huge sushi like thing held together by a strip of seaweed. It was good as a snack. Pampalipas gutom. 128514

Another new addition to the Dela Rosa Carpark 1 walkway hall of restaurants! Well, Secham is more fast food rather than restaurant. Whenever I would pass by, I would be curious as to what menu they have.

As far as I know, there's not much cheap and authentic Korean restaurants within the Makati CBD. IF YOU KNOW OF ANY, PLEASE DO LET ME KNOW. 128514 Somewhere with kimchi jjigae please. 128513

So while killing time one fine evening, I was on my way towards Greenbelt when I thought, "Heck, why not?"

So I went in.

They don't really have a menu since they're still on soft opening. But what they have is a shelf with all the available food they offer. Which are basically, instant ramyeon, instant jajangmyeon, Korean chips, ice cream and candies and gum. Plus drinks.

As far as I saw, almost everyone orders ramyeon, and I like Korean ramyeon so I ordered one from the owner (who I assume is Korean based from her appearance and because she spoke only English). She then asked me what side dish I wanted - kimchi or radish. I chose kimchi. 128518 She then told me, I also have a free iced tea. All of those for Php 95.

They call out your name when your order's ready. The ramyeon is served in one of those Korean golden ramyeon pots! So cute! 128514 They gave me spoon and fork though, but asked me if I needed chopsticks and they gave me a pair of disposable wooden ones. 128517

While eating, I heard others ordering and one of the workers asked if they wanted egg. 128561 I WANTED EGG IN MY RAMYEON. 128557128557 I only asked them after I finished how much it cost to have an egg added in... Php 15. 128528 Oh well, nothing's free hahahaha!

PS. Secham has the stuffed toys like the ones in Descendants of the Sun. 128514 They move around, depending on where there's space. 128514 But they're usually placed on the bar table by the glass window facing the walkway.
