Nuvali provides a sanctuary in the name of Seda Hotel. This is by far the most impressive hotel in the area.

The Magical Field of Lights re-opened the night of our check-in adding spark to our weekend staycation. The crowd is all over Solenad to witness the first day of the lights show.

Seda is designed with family-friendly amenities so do not be surprised by the swarm of kids at the pool area. There is also a play room with video game consoles at the ground floor. The fitness center is at the 2nd level. Relaxing massage is also available at a minimum of P800 per hour.

The room is spacious. Guests would want to sleep all day on the extremely comfortable linens. The window-side couch is a great nook for reading. Get a room with the serene view of the lake.

Skip the Misto Restaurant for lunch/dinner and explore Solenad restaurants instead. Try the Pasta, Pizza and other Italian favorites at Nonna’s or go for seafood at Shrimp Bucket. There are a lot of dining options within a 10-minute walk from the Hotel.

An overnight stay comes with breakfast buffet for P4000+. Seda Hotel Nuvali is also a good option for wedding receptions. Seda is approximately 30minutes away from the Sta. Rosa Exit of SLEX.

The rooms are spacious, the bed soft and comfortable. Breakfast buffet refreshing and filling. Its surrounding area a filled facility of anything you need. No doubt that accommodation here is worth every penny. The price is really affordable vis a vis what it offers.

My stay here was because of a wedding nearby.

Sometimes you just need to give in and try new things. My family loves to staycation. We usually staycation when a birthday comes up or during the holidays and we usually frequent Alabang Hotels. So when they decided to book Seda, I was underwhelmed. Well, one reason is that we are already living in that area so there's nothing too fun about it 128528 Second, it was a bit pricey almost the same price of the five star hotels in Alabang.

The line for the check in is very long. The good thing is they provided refreshment and snacks so that people would be appeased! 128514

The room is quite big, I must say. The bathroom does not have a bathtub but there are ample toiletries to peruse 128522 Some people don't understand why many would prefer to check in at hotels and do mini vacations. One thing, the beds! 128525 You just want to get a snooze and sleep in a comfy and fluffy bed. Where to find one? At top notch hotels! Seda's bed is really comfortable! The pillows too are nice and comfy 128521

The staff are really nice and welcoming. They would greet you and ask you how are you doing. A smile or a wave, it's a simple gesture that really warms the hearts of the guests and it really makes a difference.

Seda also boasts other amenities like their pool, too bad there are so many guests during our stay that it tends to get crowded. They also have a game room with about three tvs and console, 2 working PCs. But be wary, the kids would flock this room and stay for a really long time that I doubt you would easily be able to use the console or PC. You've got to wake up extra early so that you can enjoy this amenity. Well, there are also Mac PCs at the lobby so if you want to surf the internet, you can check it out.

They also have this really nice chairs outside where you can get a good look of the view mainly the manmade lake 128586 Still, it's great to just sit and think every once in a while, just enjoy the beauty of the moment.

Check-out was a breeze! Overall, it was a fairly good stay, breakfast can be improved a lot (but will save that on another post) 128513 Lots of other restaurants and establishments near the area. Also, Solenad has cinemas too. So I imagine that Seda is becoming a good spot for staycationers or travelers. 128522

Had our company sales convention here. Of course majority of the time we were out, not sure if they have function halls here big enough to house our company.

Anyway, lobby looked great. Was very inviting. My room was situated on the side of the pool. So peering out the window always invited me to swim. Haha but unfortunately i had no time.

Only spent around 4 hours in the hotel. Majority of the time, we were out in the conference or exploring nuvali. Bed was very comfortable. Service was great. We asked for an extra bed and go it immediately.

That's it. Thank you everyone!

Spent the Valentine weekend here and was a bit underwhelmed.

- Check in and check out was a breeze.
- Gym is equipped with Life Fitness machines. If you're doing cardio, bring your headphones and watch TV while 128170128170128170
- Pool was beautiful but we didn't take a dip since we preffered going to the gym.
-Location, location, location! Walking distance to Solenad, which has recently expanded to Solenad 3 128077

- Our bathroom room would not close (hindi nakalapat yung door sa doorframe) and there was a protruding screw in our door guard, almost about to fall off, which is a serious hazard.
- There were also some molds in the bathroom.
- Refrigerator was WARM and stays that way even if you adjust the temperature.
- You can also hear the other room's noise (there was tapping on our wall at 11pm. It was loud) and also noise from the corridor.
- For breakfast, we came in at Misto by 9am to find most of the dishes EMPTY. I had to call the attention of one of the waiters and have them refill the food.

Stayed here last Dec 25-26. The hotel was full. We arrived at around 3pm bec of the heavy traffic (everyone seemed to be going to Tagaytay!) But our rooms became ready at 4 and 4:30. My youngest sister already checked in the night before so we stayed in her room for awhile.

The room has a good view of people walking around like ants. The bathroom has no bidet. The water was not that strong. We used their shampoo and bath wash. The shampoo was drying to the hair. The ref did not make our water cold. Floor was not carpeted if I remember it correctly, which was good coz my son and hubby have rhinitis.

The hotel is just walking distance to Solenad restaurants. A lot of people were in the area, I did not want to be stressed anymore finding and waiting for food. I was tired so we just called for Yellow cab delivery. My sisters decided to walk to Solenad to buy food coz they wanted to eat rice. They got their food from Reyes BBQ, that was the only fast food chain that wasnt packed at that time.

The breakfast buffet was ok. We liked the arroz caldo, and champorado. One can choose from danggit, scrambled egg, tocino, fish fillet, veggies, pansit, bread, some salad, some pastries. Not a lot, can taste a bit of everything. There were fruit juices (not fresh). We liked the guava juice.

The kids liked the game room but during this stay they were not able to play as it was full. I think there were 4 xbox consoles to play with. There is also a smaller game room for toddlers with tv, slide and some toys.

I asked for a later check-out but the receptionist told me that the standard check-in time is 2 and check-out is 12. I knew that, so I emphasized that they we were able to checked us in at 4 and 4:30. She transferred me to the front desk and we had the same conversation. She asked me to hold. I waited for awhile and when she returned she said that they were expecting some guests so we really needed to check out at max 12:30, we can still stay at the hotel to use the facilities and for the inconvenience we had she would give me discount for 1 room. It should be 2 rooms discount but I agreed coz my sisters already paid for their rooms online in Agoda.

It was nice to stay here coz of the cool, fresh air. The first time we stayed here we were able to walk in the morning and also enjoyed the night breeze (nov 2014). But this time, it was too crowded outside.

We booked for an overnight stay at a premiere room for Christmas, Dec 24-25, for 3 persons, with 3 breakfast buffet.

The hotel room is very nice and cozy, however, we noticed that there is only one big bed and a day sofa which is not very big. The third person was probably expected to stay on the day bed. Since my Tita did not mind that she sleeps there, i let it slide.

Then, we noticed that the mini bar / fridge was WARM inside. Take note, it was warm, not even cool or cold. We called the front desk to ask why it wasn't cold, if they can have it fixed. The guy said, "ano po ba ilalagay nyo?". Why did he even ask what we were going to put inside?! Then he said that the temperature was just enough for the drinks to be cold. But the drinks weren't even cold if you touch them! So we insisted that he sends someone to the room to fix it. But the guy they sent insisted that the temperature of the fridge was just enough to make the drinks cold, which really wasn't cold AT ALL. To avoid stress, we just let it slide again.

Since we booked a premiere room, we had access to the VIP lounge at the 9th floor, so we had access to food and drinks during tea time from 2-4pm and cocktails and food from 5-7pm, which was awesome.

We called the front desk earlier to ask until what time the resto Misto will be open, and we asked if we can order ala carte, since we did not want to avail the buffet because my Mom and Tita doesn't really eat a lot, and they said yes, we can order ala carte. We also asked if we can order room service, in case we just want to stay in the room and they said yes, but there was no menu in the room. They sent someone to bring the room service menu, but they did not want to leave the menu and wanted to wait for it. They also said that the room service menu was diff from the menu in Misto, the resto at the ground floot. So we decided to just go down for dinner, and we asked to be seated outside since the live band inside was too loud. When we already wanted to order, the waiter said only the buffet is available. But then we saw a table inside eating food that was part of the ala carte menu, so we told the waiter. Then he said "special po yon ma'am kasi executive sila". We did not want to argue anymore, so we decided to leave. Then the waiter ran after us and asked "ma'am guest po ba kayo dito?" And when we said yes, seems like he wanted to stop us from leaving. But we were already pissed so we went upstairs.

I decided to call the front desk to complain.

1. I told them that guests should have the option not to order buffet and just order ala carte, because not everyone wants to eat buffet. And in the first place, we were informed that we can order ala carte.

2. It is not proper that other guests can see other "special" diners being able to order ala carte and it is not available to other guests.

3. Its not proper that the waiter had to ask if we were guests in the hotel, then changed his attitude and became willing to assist us after he found out we were checked in.

4. The room should have an extra bed or at least a mattress, since i booked for 3 people.

5. The mini bar / fridge is really WARM and not COLD AT ALL.

The girl who listened to all my complaints patiently and politely, Anika, was really nice enough to try and remedy the situation, even if it wasn't really her job. She apologized and said she herself will go to the resto and ask the chef if there is any item in the menu which they can extend for room service, and she will also arrange for an extra bed, since there really should be one.

After 20-30 mins, we had to call again since the menu still hasn't arrived. Anika said she will follow up from the resto. When the menu came, it still was the same menu for room service, no added menu from Misto. We were so stressed and hungry so we decided to call the number on the menu to order. Then the person who answered said, the food we were ordering wasn't part of the menu!!!!! MY GOODNESS!!!! So Anika went to our room herself and brought the menu from Misto and arranged for our orders herself.

We are currently waiting for our order for dinner and it's already 9:59pm.

And the extra bed isn't here yet. Looks like this is shaping up to be the worse experience ever this Christmas.

I commend Anika, their front desk girl for going out of her way to fix our orders. She should get a raise for this, as she spent her Christmas eve helping us.

To the management and owners of Seda Nuvali, you have a lot of fixing to do!!!!!!!

Decided to stay here for our annual anniversary weekend staycation. We usually go to Sofitel but tried Seda Nuvali for a change. Since we are used to Sofitel, we kinda lowered our expectations for this one. After all, a night in Sofitel's club room can get you a two night stay at Seda. The Premiere Room is great, though the husband is a bit disappointed with the absence of a bathtub.

The Premiere Room gets you access to their Club Lounge which pales in comparison to Club Melisimme of Sofitel. Snacks are limited and they don't refill in case guests gets too much hehe. Drinks are limited to coffee, instant tea and soda.

Perhaps the area where Seda wins over Sofitel is the greenery around the hotel and the sights around it like Solenad, etc. Will consider staying here again next time.

Except for the long lines during checkout, wala kami masabi sa Seda Nuvali! The P4500 Christmas Holiday promo was all worth it!

Seda is strategically located within Nuvali's community/commercial district, at walking distance to the food shops and the Nuvali/Solenad Eco park!

All three of us loved the room! Compared to other hotels of the same class, Seda has one of the biggest and most modern rooms we've stayed in.

Breakfast was great with a number of choices and a very relaxing view of the pool.

The infinity pool was very very kid friendly with the kiddie pool having small fountains that Kandyce really loved. The cool Christmas wind was blowing over the pool kaya we had to cut our swimming time short.

Sadly, Kandyce was not able to visit the playroom but we promised her that we'd visit during our next visit.

Overall, we had a really great time! Service was great! Food and amenities were perfect! Can't wait to come back this summer!

Celebrated our 15th Wedding Anniversary last Saturday and Sunday at a very perfect place at Seda Hotel Nuvali located at Lakeside Evozone Nuvali Sta.Rosa Laguna.

Booked here few weeks before our arrival and paid thru bank deposit. Thanks to Ms. Arnellie for assisting me on my booking.

We arrived at Seda Oct 25 (Saturday) before the check in time 2pm. While on our way there we can already say that the hotel is really nice, it's in the heart of Nuvali. The place was very modern. The parking was almost full because there were a lot of guest who check in at the hotel but so happy that even up to the parking we were assisted by their staff.

When we got to the main lobby, we were greeted by their reservation staffs and asked my booking number and they were informed that it was our 15th wedding anniversary. It's really nice to know that they are aware of our special event. They asked me to wait a few minutes because they were still fixing our room. So while waiting my kids and hubby are busy surfing at the lobby using the complimentary MAC computers of Seda. Really amazed that they have this at the hotel because my kids loves to use the Internet.

Then after few minutes the staff gave to me the room key card. Then we were ushered by their staff at our room. Before we go upstairs I was informed that our room was upgraded, from deluxe they make it into premier room! How generous was it right???? My heart was filled with joy and can't say a word but thanks again Seda Hotel Nuvali!

Our room was at the 3rd floor and when I opened it I was like shocked !128561 the room was full of roses everywhere and when we saw our bed it was full of petals of roses 127801127801127801127801127801 and there was an "I love You" how romantic isn't it! Perfect bed , perfect room for our 15th wedding anniversary! Not only that ,the doorbell rang and they delivered a complimentary dessert saying "Happy 15th Anniversary! " . Seda Hotel Nuvali made our day so special!10084️ This is the hotel I know that was so generous , thoughtful and would really make their guests special. The dessert was really good and has a nice presentation. Everything seems to be perfect 128076

Even up to the bathroom there were a lot of petals of roses and up to the refrigerator everywhere! Really romantic and I will never forget the kind of preparation they made for us.

When we opened our window, the view was outstanding , you can see the man made lake. So perfect. 128077

Seda Hotel Nuvali is set on a strategic location. Affords stunning view of lake and overlooking structure that blend perfectly with natural landscapes evoking a serene , resort like environment. It offers modern travelers essentials such as e-lounge, spa, meeting venues, gym etc. they also have a playroom where in we had fun. They have computers there for you to surf the net aside from the MAC computers at the lobby , they have Wii, Xbox and Playstation and we were able to play Just Dance!127918127926. There were huge beanbags where you can sit comfortably, and the whole room was air conditioned . The place was secured and you can even left your kids they were safe because there were guards watching over.

What I love also about this hotel is that it's just a few steps to Solenad's dining and retail outlets and within easy reach of the Monochrome events place and other sports facilities like wakeboarding site , Republic Wakepark Nuvali.127940

I could say that Seda is the perfect place to go when your in Nuvali. Thanks again to Ms. Arnellie for making our stay so perfect. A perfect staycation for my family 128106

We wanted to have a spontaneous overnight at Tagaytay before the long weekend ended but all the hotels were booked, luckily Seda in Nuvali had available rooms to satisfy our desire for a change of scenery.

The hotel is beautiful, from the lobby to the restaurant to the rooms. There's free and incredibly fast wifi throughout the entire place and Macs are available in the lobby for use.

The room itself was wonderful and the one we booked had an incredible view of the lake in Nuvali. The beds were amazing, firm yet soft enough to be comfortable. There are two pillows, one softer than the other for your own personal pillow preference. Beside the bed is an extremely convenient adjustable reading light.

There's a widescreen LCD TV with Cignal if you just want to chill in your room. For those that need to work, the desk has cable internet and enough space for all your stuff.

The bathroom was great as well and I could've stayed in the shower for hours. They have complete amenities and even a mat for the shower floor to prevent slipping and a weighing scale for the weight-watchers.

From our brief stay, I would say they need to work on their food. Their breakfast buffet (comes with the room) was mediocre (but that's hotel breakfast buffets for you) and there can be a wait to eat if you wake up late. Room service food wasn't so good, my tempuradon's rice had all the sauce and crumbs with it making it unbearable to eat. They also need to add a bidet to their bathroom, but that's just me.

I'd definitely come back because it was such a comfy stay. I would also try out their pool, game room and just to relax in Nuvali.

How can you not be creative when you have a mesmerizing pool beside you? The size screams at you but at the same time whispers relax. Love this mid-year off-site planning session. Thank you Seda Nuvali for giving us place to take a break in the middle of a busy week! 128536

Great location if you want a total family get-away! Near Holy Carabao Farm (for kids), wake boarding, solenad, biking, plus i think there's a new place built for team building activities.

Breakfast is good. Buffet style which is a plus for the price.

Though for the ensuite bathroom, it is better if they have enclosures instead of shower curtain. And there's no bidet, which i think is a necessity. However it's clean so I can let this pass.

Such a nice new hotel located at Nuvali. 10084️ PHOTO: Small lobby outside the function rooms at the 2nd floor. Forgot to take photos of their rooms, function rooms, and hotel lobby. Most of my photos here photos with my friends. 128514 Sorry.

Went here awhile ago for a friend's party. Their function rooms, swimming pool, gym, and playroom is located at the 2nd floor. Such a clean and posh hotel, simple interior + relaxing! 9786

They have LED screens along the hallways that features all their rooms. 9786️ Accommodating staff and hey, FREE WIFI! And fast wifi. 9786128077

They also catered my friend's party. Their buffalo wings, Charlie Chap pasta, pizza rolls and NY Cheesecake are good! 12852510084️ The Charlie Chap Pasta + NY Cheesecake is a must try! 128077

I forgot the exact rate, but it is minimum of P4.5k per night. Not bad. And also, you're just about a kilometer away from Solenad. 9786128099

We loved the hotel and their food. I hope they have buffet also + New Year countdown. We're planning to spend New Year here (naks maaga talaga kami magplano) if ever they have those para maiba, we're kinda sick of spending New Year at Boracay or Tagaytay. 128584

Late review. It was my birthday and usually I'll have an out of town trip with a group of friends, but I thought to myself to just stay at home for a change but then a friend of mine managed to booked a room during this hotel's soft opening and since it's not that far, figured what the hell.. I'll still be doing the same relaxing but with a view and a ton of amenities.

Perfect location. With this hotel you don't have to go all the way down south to have that serene and peaceful environment. View from our room as the lake where boats would go around and have a your of the whole nuvali, with a vast landscape and mountain at the far end. Rooms are spacious and comfortable enlightenment for businessman and expats.

Loved their pool. Big enough to do quick laps. Breakfast is buffet style. The place was packed which I didn't expect since it was their soft opening and I only got to see these guests during breakfast.

There were a certain things that they need to improve on that's for sure and that's what the soft opening is for, I've given feedback to the management as I felt that they have a ton of potential given that it's SEDA.

Looking forward to going back and see if they've improved significantly from their soft opening.
